Vackert, specialbyggt och rymligt tre sovrum hem ligger precis vid Devil's Knob Golf Course pÄ Wintergreen Resort, bara kort avstÄnd till skidbackarna. Denna underbara stolpe och balk utformade hem har tre sovrum: en kung, drottning och ett vÄningssÀng rum med en full sÀng och en tvilling. Det finns ett helt nytt anpassat kök med kvarts bÀnkskivor, nya skÄp, nya rostfria vitvaror och nya trÀgolv. Köket Àr ocksÄ fullt utrustat för att tillgodose alla dina matlagningsbehov. Det stora rummet Àr ett stort öppet vardagsrum med en vacker golv till tak, vedeldad sten spis med ved för vÄra gÀster Äret runt. Matsalen sitter sex bekvÀmt med ytterligare fyra barkrakar i köket för att rymma fler gÀster. PÄ nÄgon varm kvÀll kan du ocksÄ njuta av middag pÄ det stora dÀcket med skÀrmad veranda. Det har ocksÄ ett loft och kÀllare, alla med en utdragbar bÀddsoffa, vilket innebÀr att stugan sover bekvÀmt 8-10.

Sovrummet, som ligger pÄ första vÄningen, Àr rymligt med nya möbler, TV, privat dÀck och jacuzzi. Drottning sovrummet har ocksÄ nya vackra möbler och alla sovrum har helt nya madrasser av hög kvalitet tillsammans med nya 400 + trÄdtÀng sÀngklÀder och duntÀcken. Den andra vÄningen har ett stort loftomrÄde med en TV och blÄ-ray w / WiFi, och Àr ett bra omrÄde för barnen att leka. Alla sovrum och vardagsrumsdel har takflÀktar. Det finns en ingÄng pÄ nedre vÄningen frÄn uppfarten - ett bra omrÄde för att hÄlla din skidor och / eller golfutrustning. KÀllaren Àr ocksÄ ett trevligt, mysigt separat vardagsrum med en TV och DVD-spelare. Det finns ocksÄ alla de grundlÀggande bekvÀmligheterna du behöver för en bebis eller smÄbarn sÄ att du kan lÀmna det hemma - e. g. pack-n-play; hög stol (stol fÀster pÄ en vanlig köksbordsstol); leksaker, baby monitor, DVD, etc.

Mountain Escape

The property was perfect! It sits on the 5th hole of a golf course (right by the t box so no worries about stray balls) and is surrounded by trees. We felt very secluded but always met friendly neighbors when out walking the dog. The beds in the house were super comfortable and everything was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked, which made meal time easy. There is a great little walking path just down the street that the kids loved? It is a .3 mile loop in the woods; crossing over man made bridges and streams. The house is only a few min away from WinterGreen ski resort and tubing. We had a great time and would recommend this property.

We searched high and low for a property to rent within wintergreen that would have everything we were looking for. Well, we sure hit the jackpot with this one! The owner went above and beyond to be accommodating in every way possible - before AND during our stay. The place was clean and well-stocked, it was so convenient not having to bring towels and sheets, and that VIEW!!! The location was perfect, isn't far from the resort, tons of restaurants nearby and on the mountain, and there was plenty to do (we especially enjoyed tubing). Will definitely recommend this to any family or friends when they stay in the area. Thanks for everything!

Fall oasis

Great memories made in a great location. So peaceful being on the golf course with the leaves changing. Beautiful house, loved the kitchen! Plenty of room for 2 families, we had a great time.

The Perfect Hangout For Our Offroad Trip

This home was the perfect size, condition, and location for myself and my 6 friends as we explored offroad trails around Nellysford and Harrisonburg. The owner is responsive to questions and maintains a beautiful and uber-comfortable home. We stayed up late playing board games in the family room and used the kitchen to cook large breakfasts every morning. We did only find 1 spare roll of toilet paper and the rolls already on the spool of both bathrooms were quite low, but I'm sure this was just an oversight from the cleaners. We hope to stay for years to come!

Terrific house!

We had a wonderful week in this lovely home. The deck is low to the ground so we could walk out into the woods without going down a set of stairs. The house is literally in the middle of the woods with a path to a golf fairway, and it was cool, comfortable and always shaded. We recommend this house without reservation.

First great experience!

I rented this property for a weekend with friends to get out and explore. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean. Great parking area for our large group, quick responses from Curt, clear rules/guidelines to help set up, quiet area, and so many people were willing to help us on our hike to get to a nearby waterfall!!!

Wonderful and relaxing getaway!

The house was beautiful and extremely clean. Had everything needed for a great and relaxing stay. Being on the course was awesome and the dogs enjoyed sniffing around in the woods beside the house. Curtis is a great host and we will definitely be renting this property again!

Awesome house for our quick getaway

Chestnut Springs was perfect for our end of season last minute trip to hit the slopes. The location is less that 5 min from the main resort, located on the golf course which gave us a very nice walking trail since golfers were yet to be out. The home is stocked with all appliances, cutlery and plates you could need in the kitchen. Plenty of games, foosball table and some DVD's for the kids. Loads of firewood and gorgeous fireplace to warm up with. Looks like we were about a week away from enjoying a new suana downstairs but thats for next time. Thanks for allowing us to share your home.

Beautiful Home on the golf course at Wintergreen Resort

We thoroughly enjoyed our family ski weekend at Wintergreen Resort! It was a much needed relaxing weekend with our children who are now mostly grown! We loved the beauty of the home with the high A frame ceilings and all the windows that overlook the golf course. The home was also extremely clean and had everything we could need for the weekend.

This house has everything you need and more. For example, we didn't think to bring a sled, but the house had one. It was a really great stay, and the house is super nice and cozy.
