Söder om 30A vagnshus beläget i Rosemary Beach med två gratis cyklar! Njut av ditt kaffe på det lugna verandan varje morgon.

Ren, underbar och den perfekta platsen. Stranden ligger 1 minuts promenad från gångväg A. Lekplatsen är en 30 sekunders promenad från fastigheten och den närmaste husägare poolen ligger 1 minuts promenad från fastigheten. Den här egenskapen ligger på ett eftertraktat husägare grönt och är perfekt för avkoppling, picknick eller låta barnen springa runt.

Garageparkering:
Rosemary Beach är en liten pittoresk stad, men har inte en stor mängd parkering. Vagnshuset har en parkeringsplats för garage och en uppfartplats (okänd i det här samhället!). Observera att parkering är tätt i Rosemary Beach, vare sig det är i garageplatsen, uppfarten eller gatuparkeringen.

Tvätt:
Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i garaget nära parkeringsplatsen. Obegränsat tvättmedel är tillgängligt för våra gäster.

Köket är pittoreskt, men tillräckligt. Två brännare spis, brödrost och kaffebryggare finns. Observera att obegränsad matlagningskryddor, oljor, kaffefaciliteter, diskmedel och skräpspåsar finns tillgängliga för våra gäster. Kylskåpet är ett kylskåp i halv storlek med ismaskin och mikrovågsugnen fungerar som en mikrovågsugn och ugn (NYCCCUININART CMW-200 1. 2-kubikfot konvektion Mikrovågsugn med grill - inte en traditionell ugn).

Rum på andra våningen:
Följ trappan upp till loftet där du hittar en king size-säng och monterad tv för din vistelse. Trappan kurva upp till andra våningen. Även om du inte kan se sovrummet från första våningen finns det ingen dörr till sovområdet.

Simbassänger:
Rosemary Beach är hem för flera husägare / gästpooler. Poolerna tillgängliga är Coquina, Barbados, Cabana och Sky pool. Coquina pool är närmast vagnshuset och cirka en minuts promenad från hemmet. Abaco on the Green har en privat pool som är reserverad för vår största hyresgäst.

This place is an absolute GEM!!!! 10/10 for sure

My daughter and I spent 4 nights here over spring break. She is 16 years old, and we needed a little getaway. Charming area, carriage house was amazingly clean and bright, had everything we needed plus. Great way to experience Rosemary Beach, a few blocks from the beach and pool. We spent our days at the beach, short walk into restaurants and shops, Bikes were available and we did not drive a car the entire stay. Host Rebecca is amazing, attentive and responds quickly to texts. Main thing for me was the cleanliness of the place, I was able to relax and enjoy every minute. We will be back for sure!!! (I might bring friends instead of teenage daughters next time ha)

Beachside Perfection

Rebecca is really a pro at this. The property was immaculately presented and over delivered on our expectations. The carriage house was a perfect kid-free escape for my wife and I. Every time we needed something around the house, it always seemed to be in the first place we looked. Everything was in like new condition. The place itself is in a great location within Rosemary Beach - close to it all, yet in a spot with little/no foot traffic. Highly recommend!

Great for small families!

Perfect location in Rosemary Beach! Less than a minute walk to the beach access or one of the pools. This was our first visit to Rosemary and it couldn’t have gone better! Carriage house was perfect for our family of 3, my 16 year old thought the couch was comfortable and the king upstairs was too! So glad we rented this, and we are already trying to figure out when to go back next year!

Lovely property for my adult daughter and myself. Super short walk to the beach and morning coffee. Has everything you need and excellent communication from property manager. Was super quite but there were no guests in the main house during our short stay. Awesome to have access to bikes on site.

We had a wonderful time staying at this cute and quaint Rosemary beach carriage house. The check-in/check-out process was seamless. The house was extremely well stocked and had everything that we needed. Excellent location to beach, pool, shops, and restaurants! Would definitely stay here again.

The description of the property was 100% accurate. Rebecca communicated all details in a timely manner and worked with us to extend our stay. There was never a need to get in the car. Publix was 1.5 miles away along with a variety boutique shopping & restaurant’s, within walking distance. The beach access, as well as pool access, was very close to the home ( 1 min walk). The carriage house was very quiet and private. I will certainly plan future stays @ 32 Abaco Lane.

Nice & quiet

Great spot in Rosemary where it’s nice & quiet. Sleeping area in loft is tight. Going down and up stairs to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night may not be a good idea if you are of a certain age.

Amazing Carriage House and Home!!

We had the wonderful opportunity to stay in both the Carriage and Main House. Both were well appointed with gorgeous furniture, comfortable beds and great sheets. The host Rebecca was incredibly kind and available for anything we needed. We can’t wait to come back with our family and stay again in this amazing property. If we could give this 10 stars we would! Nothing here was missed.

Perfect anniversary getaway!

We came to Rosemary Beach early December for our anniversary. It is so quiet and peaceful at this time of year. The carriage house was perfect. Owner provided many restaurant recommendations that were great as well.

Perfect Stay

The carriage house was amazing, Rebecca was very easy to contact and responded immediately. No issues at all just general neighborhood questions. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, close walk or bike ride, (provided) to the beach. The king size bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. We enjoyed evening strolls through the beautiful neighborhood. It was a great vacation stay.
