Perfekt för tre par. Denna spektakulära 4500 kvm. Custom Home sitter på en bluff med fri utsikt över havet och golfbanan. Det ligger i Bajamar Ocean Front Golf Resort, en gated community mellan Rosarito och Ensenada, 77 km söder om U. S. San Diego gräns. Anläggningen har 27 hål golf, restaurang och pro-shop.
Detta hem erbjuder: Tre Master Suites (en på första våningen); Alla har en king size-säng, privat badrum, dusch, badkar, platt-TV, öppen spis, däck och en vacker havsutsikt. Det finns totalt 3. 5 badrum, 2 vardagsrum (ett övervåningen, ett nedervåningen), våt bar, matplats med plats för tolv, ytterligare bord med plats för sex, 5 inomhus gas spisar (plus en vedeldad spis utomhus ), 4 TV-apparater, DVD-skivor, satellit och trådlöst internet. Kaskadvattenfall inomhus trappa från 2: a våningen och ner. Köket levereras med tallrikar, köksredskap, bordservice, kylskåp i full storlek, frys, 5-brännare gasbricka, mikrovågsugn och varmluftsugn. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i garaget. Utomhusområden har magnifik utsikt över Stilla havet / golfbanan. På övervåningen utanför däck (700sf) har solterrass. Bakre uteplats (2500sf) har 35 fot fri pool och jacuzzi, Plexiglas vindbrott, inbyggd grill med handfat. Poolen är soluppvärmd. Om du behöver det varmare, är det en $ 75 dagligt avgift för propanvärme som kommer att samlas in av vår fastighetschef. Han MÅSTE informeras för att uppvärmning av poolen kommer att tappa propanbehållaren. Vår fastighetsansvarig kommer att ordna att extra propan ska levereras. Det finns ingen avgift för uppvärmning av spa. Den främre innergården (1500sf) med bord och stolar har imponerande utsikt över bergen / havet. Fantastic location

The property was beautiful. Sitting by the wonderful pool was so relaxing and enjoyable. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. We had a great stay and would love to go back again.

Fantastic getaway

Our getaway was a retirement, birthday and a friend’s surprise proposal on hole 15, she said “yes”! We really didn’t have to go anywhere the restaurant at the club house serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was excellent. Oh, and I forgot they have a great bar. The house was amazing! It’s overlooking the ocean, with some great views when you swim in the pool or hanging out in the Jacuzzi. I can go on and on. Our host was awesome. He met us there and explained everything we needed to know. Can’t wait for our next trip!!

Hidden oasis

The pictures really do not do justice for the views of the ocean you get from your bedroom. William was an amazing host and happy to help out any time we had questions or when I accidentally locked myself out on the balcony. The property is a close enough drive to Ensenada and Rosarito for a day venture, but you're still in a private complex that gives the feel like you're away from everyone. The restaurant at the bajamar clubhouse is also pretty good if you want to pick up something instead of cook. I will gladly make this my getaway destination.

Best Location

Host was extremely accommodating. He is near the property should you need him to address any issues. House is perfect for sharing with multiple families as the rooms and kitchen are huge!!! Would 100% rent again

The new owners did a great job of greeting us and helped us have a great stay.

The property is great. This is not a knock on the property, I just wish this house had four bedrooms instead of three. It would be a perfect home to go down with four couples for a golf weekend from So Cal.

Fantastic stay

Property is exactly as advertised, three master suites all with majestic ocean views. Great kitchen and dining options (formal, living room, outside bistro tables) Hot tub & Pool (don't bother heating the pool just heat the hot tub). The house is so both beautiful and interesting it's what you expect of a classy hacienda Advise don't expect the perfection and the sterility of a Ritz Carlton as you will encounter a few minor nits example 50 gallon water tank so don't expect to run multiple tubs of hot water in the three bedrooms. IMHO this is part of the charm go local and enjoy your stay – if there is anything seriously amiss, Hector the property manager will fix things.

Nice place with excellent views.

The place is very nice and well maintained. View is amazing. Not much to do outside the property with the exception of long walks. The only drawback is the need to drive 20 minutes outside the property to buy groceries. If you have bikes, take them. I wish I did.

Perfect family getaway

The entire experience was amazing for my family and I! From the quick and friendly communication with Carl, to Hector who was very friendly and responsive as well. The home was beautiful, with so much Spanish character and architectural detail, it felt very rich with culture. The rooms were very large and comfortable, all master sized rooms with their own en suites. But what really made this home amazing was the views and the serene sunsets, some of the best we’ve ever seen. The property is in a gated golf course community, the guards wear masks and do temperature checks, which made us feel very safe. We ate at the restaurant twice, the food was ok, but we did drive off property for some fresh lobster and seafood at Las Brisas Restaurant (highly recommend!!) - the fresh tortillas are amazing! We drove to Calimax to buy marinated meat to cook tacos & burritos at the house, and also made some mexican hot chocolate after dinner which was a highlight for our kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’ll need - the entire house was stocked better than any other VRBO home we’ve stayed at! Would definitely love to return again, gracias Carl y Hector!!!

Located centrally between Rosarito and Ensenada close to Puerto Nuevo. Beautiful house with all the essentials, one of the closest properties to the ocean in Bajamar. We had a great time!

Gorgeous ocean front home with pool and jacuzzi in Baja.

Beautiful ocean front home with everything you needed and more. Three gorgeous master suite bedrooms that were extremely comfortable. Enjoyed the luxury of the pool and jacuzzi with an amazing ocean view. The kitchen was fully equipped with the best appliances. Living area is spacious and cozy. Hector welcomed us and was available if we needed anything. Special thanks to Carl Lee for having us in his breath taking Baja Mar home. Definitely worth staying again.

So special

House is perfect. If you want beautiful Mexican architecture and sweeping ocean views, this is the place. Loved waking to sound of ocean , cozy fireplace , and huge bathroom. Great trip. High praise for Hector the property manager. He spent entire day with our group of four women , driving us around Valle de Guadalupe and Ensenada. He made the day fun and relaxing and gave us so much info on what we were seeing.

Fantastic location, beautiful home

We can't say enough wonderful things about Carl's beautiful home . Everything is exactly as pictured, except the pictures don't tell you how you can hear the waves crashing through the open balcony doors all night long. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Carl and Hector saw that we had everything we needed for our 2-week stay. It was truly blissful.
