En rymlig 5 sovrum, 2 badrum två våningar hem som har allt. Denna 1600 kvm. Ft. Hemmet har 5 sovrum som sover 12 bekvämt. Detta hus är en perfekt uthyrning för familjer - eller grupper - letar efter en bra semester på Jersey Shore. Bekvämt läge tvärs över gatan från stranden och strandpromenaden. Mindre än en 10 minuters promenad till tåget och staden och gott om uppfartsparkering för upp till 5 bilar. Den nedre våningen är öppet koncept och är perfekt för stora grupper. Njut av gården uteplats som inkluderar en grill och en utomhusdusch. Huvudnivån har tre sovrum, ett badrum, kök med alla rostfria vitvaror, ett vardagsrum och matplats, en full storlek tvättstuga och en sluten sol veranda. På övervåningen finns 2 sovrum och ett badrum.

We had a beautiful time at such a lovely place! I was getting married and this became an awesome spot to get ready with the girls. There is so much room, more beds than we realized, and the pictures don't do it justice because it's spacious and adorable! We loved the lobster! Thank you for a great stay!

It's the Perfect Getaway! Book it!

Our group of 8 (plus a dog!) stayed here to celebrate our mother’s birthday, and it was perfect. The house was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable for all of us. The location is excellent, and everyone loved it!My 8-year-old niece was especially thrilled with the bunk bed room! The kitchen was well-stocked and ideal for a cozy night in. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

JUST A GEM!

This property is the best VRBO for me so far! Location is awesome, walking to restaurants, local bars, beach and boardwalk! House had everything plus more then what we are used to. The hosts truly care about their property and it shows!!

Perfect house

This could not have been more perfect. The house was beyond clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The pictures online do not do this rental justice. Will def look to rent when in town again.

Wedding weekend

This house was perfect for our family! There was plenty of room for 12 of us to fit comfortably. The amenities were great and the owner was a pleasure to work with. The house was very clean and had lots of room. It was a great place to stay.

Great location and house!

Diane was so easy to work with and the house was awesome! Plenty of room and the house has everything you would need. It made it so easy to stay for a holiday visit to family in the area and so enjoyable with all of the beautiful Christmas decorations! Can’t wait to come back!

great location and very roomy!

We were pleased that the house had so much space for our group to hang out both together and apart. Ample and secure parking, too. Great location - convenient to Point Pleasant beach and boardwalk, as well as Asbury Park and Seaside Park. Nice winter weekend getaway with friends.

Perfect!

I absolutely Loved this home! If anything the photos do not do it justice. We recently downsized from our home in the Boro so rented for the Christmas holiday and Everything was Perfect! Clean, beautifully decorated, roomy, comfortable, every amenity one could need. Host was immediately responsive to every question. Awesome location - right near the boardwalk/beach/ restaurants/ close to downtown! This made our Christmas a most memorable one, I cannot be more grateful. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!!

Amazing Place

Most posts tend to overpromise and underdeliver, but in this case, it is the opposite. This place was way bigger than it said, and it was amazing. The location is perfect, the house is amazing, and even though we didn't get to experience the backyard because of the weather, the backyard is perfect to hang out in. It is very big with multiple grills and privacy.

NYE at the Jersey Shore

My group had a great stay in Point Pleasant! The house was very close to the beach and the boardwalk and had more than enough room to fit a larger group. Diane was attentive and quick to respond. We 100% recommend staying here!

Fantastic Group Stay!

There were 6 of us attending a wedding at a local Pt Pleasant venue. This home was more than perfect for us both in size and location! From the adorable beachy details all around the home to the size of the awesome backyard, it was by far one of our favorite houses so far! The hostess thought of, provided, and labeled everything! Front enclosed porch was perfect for group coffee and people watching. We would love to stay here again someday :)

Family friendly

This home was perfect for our off season get together. Owners have every need covered. Spacious & clean, we were sad to leave. Had a great time getting together with family/friends for my daughters bday. I highly recommend this rental. Just across the street from boardwalk.

Wonderful location & house.

Really appreciate everything about the house and ameneties. Used all 5 bedrooms for our 9 folks and were very comfortable. Walked to so much including our event at Lobster Shanty. Also aporeciated the owner/manager. She was excellent at communication and responsiveness. Thanks so much.

High school Reunion (45 years)

Been having sleep-overs with these girls for 50+ years, this was the best one yet. Lovely, clean home! Only negative, no corkscrew on premises, but overall, very well appointed and fabulous location.
