Stor dekorerad med medelhavsstil hus i två våningar plus ett solarium med fantastisk utsikt över havet och den vackra Cala Tarida.

Fullt utrustade och uppvärmda, har huset tre sovrum, med stora garderober och två badrum, ett på varje våning, och en kapacitet på 1-8 personer i rummen och det finns en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.

Huset har två fullt utrustade privata terrasser med trädgårdsmöbler, grill och relaxavdelning med privat tillgång till pool av urbanisering som ligger framför huset inom 10 meter.

Också ett solarium på över 50 kvadratmeter med avslappnande möbler att njuta av en av de bästa solnedgångar över hela ön.
Salon dekorerad med stil och HD-TV, Hifi utrustning, dvd-spelare och en stor samling av filmer.

Kök med ugn, spis, tvättmaskin, kyl och frys, diskmaskin, Nesspreso, brödrost och alla nödvändiga och väsentliga.

Quality-family time

The house is clean. The bedrooms are tidy and the open kitchen has everything you need. The bbq has a system so you can adjust the height of the grill. That was handy. From the rooftop you have a nice view and it's perfect for reading having a coffee or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. There is a little driveway to park the car. Cala tarida beach is nearby and has a nice restaurant. There are a couple of supermarkets close so no worries there. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic house!

Just back from a great stay in this house. We stayed with a group of 8 persons (4 adults/4 children) It was a beautiful house, very clean and nice bathrooms. (2 bathrooms, ideal with 2 families) We loved the view of the rooftop! You can see the beautiful sunset. The pool was great for the kids and never busy. The location is close to the beautiful beach of Cala tarida. Raul is really a great host and good service! We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to go back. I highly recommend this house. Raul thank you for the great stay!

Amazing villa, we loved it, definitely would go back

Raul was very nice and welcoming, he was waiting at the property for our arrival, and he showed us around. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed, there was 8 of us and we found it was enough room for us all, with lovely outside space and facilities. Very close to the beach, with a shop around a 25 minute walk away. It was a 20 minute taxi to either the airport or San Antonio. Perfect for what we wanted. Raul helped us with ordering taxis and anything else we needed. Pool was well maintained and a lovely temperature Would recommend to anyone :)

Beautiful property

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Raúl’s property. It was spotlessly clean, modern and in a quiet and pretty urbanisation. There were little supermarkets and nice beaches in walking distance which was handy, and the house had everything we needed for meals in and a great garden for yoga! The only challenge was finding it, as the property wasn’t exactly the same address as listed here and the housing complex itself is fairly new so taxi drivers couldn’t find it on a map. That being said, Raúl was quick to help and the drivers soon learnt after a few trips!

Super séjour à Cala Tarida

La maison est propre, bien équipée et très bien placée (proche des plus belles plages de l'île). La maison est encore plus belle qu'en photo ! Nous avons passé 5 jours à Cala Tarida pour un enterrement de vie de jeune fille et c'était parfait. Juan est un hôte réactif et de bons conseils. Je recommande virement !

Fantastic stay in a wonderful location

My 4 friends and I had a wonderful time in Raúl’s beautiful property - it is clean, stylish and has everything you need (towels, kitchen supplies, even a bottle of wine!) We were all comfortable and slept well in the beds, and the property has good air conditioning and two big showers to keep cool. The outdoor space is fantastic, better than the pictures can do justice and we were able to easily cook a lovely Easter Sunday dinner for 5 in the kitchen. The communal pool is wonderful and it is a ten minute walk to the beach and local supermarket for fresh bread/supplies. We came for a relaxing, quiet holiday and this was the perfect place for it. Raúl was kind and always easy to contact, and very flexible with checking in and out which made the trip so much easier. I could not recommend this property and host enough, thank you again for a lovely stay! :)

Maison tout à fait conforme à la description. Très bel endroit sécurisé! Magnifique plage de Cala Tarida et beaucoup à découvrir aux alentours.... Très bons échanges avec le propriétaire qui met tout en oeuvre afin que votre séjour dans sa belle maison se passe pour le mieux. Propriétaire et maison à recommander....

Amazing stay

I had the pleasure to stay in Raul's home 5days in may. it was perfect. the house was extremely clean, nothing was missed. The position is 15 minutes walking by cala Tarida. The sunset is assured by an amazing terrazza in the last floor of the house. the swimingpool was just for us. Thank you Raul!!!

Lovely villa with a roof terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset

The villa was comfortable and with two outdoor spaces - the roof terrace and the garden - it was perfect for five of us. Although it sleeps eight, it might be a little cramped for that many as the kitchen/living area is small. The swimming pool only had one sunbed which limited its use. Apart from that, our stay was brilliant. A lovely area, stunning beach and fantastic restaurants. Our host, Raul, could not have been more helpful and accommodating, he really looked out for us to ensure our stay was welcoming. We would definitely return, and recommend this villa and location.

prachtige woning met veel slaapruimte en grote tuin

Erg mooie vakantiewoning. De woning is gelegen in een rustige wijk en is erg netjes. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een erg ruime tuin en meerdere balkonnetjes, waardoor je altijd de zon (of schaduw) kunt opzoeken. Ook de eigenaren waren erg gastvrij en meedenkend.

Nice and clean house

The house is nearby the Tarida beach. Everything you need (kitchen equipment, towels, coffe, tea..) is available. There are differents terraces where you can sit. Only in winter time you can’t sit outside so the livingroom and kitchen are a little to small for 6 persons. In the bathrooms we missed some hooks for hanging up the towels or clothes. But in generaal we are happy with the house. The contact with Raul was good. We really consider to go back sometime in springstime.

Very nice and clean house with everything you need.

We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we didn’t had the change to meet Raul in person but communication was very pleasant and smooth. Very nice and clean house with everything you need. Walking distance from the beach and beautiful view from the roof terrace. We will definitely come back next year.

Really lovely house

We had a really enjoyable stay at Raul’s place, unfortunately we didn’t get to meet Raul but communication with easy. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view from the roof top and it was lovely to come home for an evening swim. The beach just 10 minutes walk away is one of nicest we visited during our stay. Raulevening arranges a taxi for us when we wanted to visit sant antoni. We did have some issues with the fridge not being cold enough which meant we had to throw away some prawns we brought for a bbq, obviously things like this do happen and didn’t spoil our trip. We hope to return next year, thanks Raul

Ruhige Lage,. Grundsätzlich schön, aber leider war es unsauber , und es gab keine Liegen am Pool

Als erstes muss man sagen , dass das Haus grundsätzlich schön ist .Es hat aber einiges an Mängeln.Was uns am meisten gestört hat, war die fehlende Sauberkeit .Dreckige Handtücher, dreckiges Geschirr, und der Boden war auch dreckig .zum zweiten ist es relativ weit abgelegen.Man muss zum Supermarkt 10 min fahren ( wozu das Haus nichts kann ...rein als Info gedacht ) Es gibt einen gemeinschaftspool EINEN !! Für einen kompletten Wohnblock von keine Ahnung wieviel Einheiten , aber es sind sehr viele ! An diesen Pool kann man sich leider nicht legen , denn es gibt dort keine Liegen ! Man müsste sich auf den Beton legen , was nicht wirklich cool ist.Es gibt in dem gesamten Haus aus jedem Hahn nur Salzwasser ...zum kochen, duschen , Zähneputzen . Das fand ich katrastophal .Alles in allem , waren wir nur 3 Tage dort, darum war es ok .Für einen Urlaub von mehren Tagen , gar Wochen ...gibt es von mir ein Auf gar keinen Fall !!!!!!!!!! Schade !!!
