Kom och njut av din nästa vistelse på min personliga, helt renoverade 2 sovrum / 2 badrum Condominium som ligger bara 200 meter från Mexikanska golfen. Denna privata strand sträcker sig mellan Stump Pass State Park till Main Public Beach och föreställer alla de pittoreska attribut som gör Manasota Key en av Floridas sanna HIDDEN GEMS! Fastigheten ligger på 2: a våningen med ett stort uteplatsområde med fantastisk utsikt över vattnet på Lemmon Bay-sidan av Key. Enheten har en lyxig Beach Bungalow Vibe med ett sant kockens kök med rostfritt stål, inklusive ett Electric Viking Convection Range och matchande Viking Microwave / Convection Wall Oven. Köket har också anpassade massivt träskåp, och underbara bänkskivor i karibisk blåttkvartsit.

Kikar ut från köket är ett öppet koncept, matsal och vardagsrum med bar, matbord för 4 och italiensk skinnsektion med drivgardine soffbord som alla knyter till temat av huset med sina sömlösa vitkalkade golv. A lovely beach vacation for a couple/small family

The property is very well-maintained, comfortable, modern & extremely convenient. A very beautiful public beach was accessible via a 5min walk. Gorgeous views of Lemon Bay & the Gulf, from the entryway balcony.

Beach reunion

Spent time with friends from another state! Had a great week. The location was perfect, and the property well maintained. The kitchen had most of the things we needed, including a crock pot!We will be planning another trip.

This was absolutely the best vacation for us. The condo was perfect! We loved the atmosphere of the condo snd decorated perfect! It came equipped with everything you would need from cooking accessories down to beach accessories. The access to the beach was great and easily accessible! We could not have asked for a better place to stay! The owner was very friendly and checked on us after we departed! I highly recommend this condo!

Perfect location and pristine condo

Everything was easy and absolutely no complaints. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Extra touches included ample towels, short walk to beach, beautiful sitting area, chairs and beach towels provided. Parking great and shuttle stop to all restaurants was right on Property. Of course, amazing weather was appreciated ;)

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The area was quiet but close to great restaurants. Thanks for the dining suggestions Ryan and Scott, we tried several and weren’t disappointed. So pleased with out stay. The condo was so clean and decorated was awesome. Short walk to the beach.Neighbors downstairs were nice and helpful. Scott was easy to contact. Rode Stumpys Free ride several times. Our second time at Manasota Key and plan to come back.

Great location

We enjoyed the condo and EVERYTHING was provided. Tons of towels, beach towels, kitchen equipment. There is a washer and dryer on the second level. Beach Chairs could be replaced, but worked and umbrella was very small. It was fine, we rented chairs, a canopy and wagon from Sunny Daze and they were great. They dropped it off and picked it up. Our only disappointment was that the beach was a lot further than 200 feet, about three blocks. The description made it sound like we were on the beach. The walk with a wagon was fine and we had a great time.

Lovely Little gem

Perfect place to hang out with friends to have drinks and cook dinner. The Kitchen is well-equipped and newly remodeled with an absolutely. lovely back splash The beds are very comfortable, each room has a ceiling fan. And a big screen Tv with every steaming channel you can think of. Two beach chairs and beach towels were available to use which is nice if you're flying in. Everything about the place was very nice. Scott was very accommodating with all requests. he went over and above in assisting .

High quality remodeled condo in a great location

As listing states, it’s location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and Stump Pass State Park and is nicely remodeled. I would say that it’s more suited for a couple vs. a family or larger group. Although the couch is beautiful, it was a bit uncomfortable and it’s the only piece of furniture in the family room. The kitchen is small with limited storage, the bed in the main bedroom was not as comfortable as the second bedroom and the closet in the second bedroom was unusable due to it being full of the owners belongings. The tvs were a bit confusing to operate, as they are 100% reliant on streaming ( no cable). I would say that this condo has potential to be great instead of good if the bed in the master bedroom would be upgraded and the closet would have been more useable in the second bedroom. We rented the condo for a month. Due to its small storage capability a longer term rental is more challenging than a shorter one.

Wonderful time on Manasota Key

My wife and I recently spent 14 days on Manasota key and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was plenty big enough with a large Master Bedroom/Bathroom. There is a second good size bedroom and a small second bathroom. The unit is on the second floor so have to bring your luggage up a flight of stairs We cooked a lot of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The appliances look pretty new. There is a large refrigerator, large range/oven and dishwasher. There is also a clothes washer/dryer shared by 4 of the units. We really enjoyed the area. Manasota Key was very nice, no multi-lane roads or large high rise condo complexes. This unit is in a small condo complex with 8 units. There are some bigger complexes in the area, but none are more than 3 stories. The unit is a 2 minute walk to the beach. Stump Pass Beach State Park is a 10 – 15 minute walk from the condo. It’s a beautiful beach without any houses or condos on it. The parking lot fills quickly so it was nice to be able to walk. A 15 – 20 minute walk in the other direction are a number of restaurants and bars. There is also a shuttle service that we didn’t use as we walked to dinner. A short drive over the bridge you can find grocery stores, other restaurants and pretty much anything you need. The owner Scott, was very responsive and provided all our access info well before our arrival. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quieter setting.
