Helt nytt allt, från golv till möbler och alla detaljer däremellan. Vi är inte nya på värd och jag lovar att vi inte släpper ner dig! Passar för resenärer nära och långt, kort eller halv lång sikt och perfekt för barn och familjer. Vi välkomnar dig till vårt reträtt i City View på en gata som matar direkt in i South Loop 335 för enkel åtkomst. Bara några minuter från shopping, äta, Palo Duro Canyon State Park, West Texas A & M, I-27 och mycket mer.

House was very nicely set up. Quiet nice neighborhood. Recommend highly and just a short drive to Palo Duro park. Main reason for our visit.

Barstow Retreat

We stayed at the Barstow Retreat for three days while in Amarillo for a family funeral. It was the perfect place to unwind—clean, quiet, and cozy, which was especially comforting during an emotional time. Kara was a wonderful host with excellent communication, and both check-in and check-out were seamless.

Felt like home

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to unwind. Time with Family / Scavenger Hunt

This home is: Located in a clean neighborhood. Access to shopping, medical facilities, restaurants, fueling stations, and entertainment is a huge plus. Once inside you feel immediately at ease, getting you ready for a great homey feeling for your entire stay. Each of the rooms have their own unique style. The furnishings and decorations demonstrate the creativity and thought into what the owner wanted to convey. The exterior front and back are well tended and kept. My wife and I along with my eldest daughter and her husband were very comfortable here. We enjoyed our time as friends without "kids" interrupting every five minutes. This is out 1st choice for our next visit to Amarillo.

Perfect for going to Canyon and Center City

This is the perfect place to base out of for hiking trips to Palo Duro Canyon. Center City is only minutes away for Sod Poodles games. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Place To Stay!

My husband and I along with my mother stayed for 4 nights. We felt like we were at home, and extremely comfortable. No surprises it was exactly as listed. Kara was a perfect host, easy to get in touch with, and very nice! We will be staying here again! Five stars all the way!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood.

My wife and I stayed here for a few nights over a weekend to be close to Palo Duro Canyon. The location is close and the neighborhood is quiet which is great if you've been out hiking all day and want to relax in the evening. Everything was as described and the property is fully furnished. The property owner reached out to me a few days before our stay to see if there was anything we needed and she was easy to contact if we ever did. We would stay here again.

The Hostess With The Mostess

Sheer comfort and convenience along with easy access to family and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood, would definitely book again. Kara was so wonderful to work with giving clear instructions on house access and amenities.

Road trip from Alabama to Utah

We stopped in Amarillo on our journey to Utah, stayed 3 nights in Amarillo. The home was very comfortable and clean. Kara our host was friendly and the communication was great. Highly recommend!

Everything was very clean, and communication from host was great. She even offered to do a grocery pickup for us before we got to the house! Had some toys for our kids as well, which is always helpful :)

Beautiful Home, Wonderful Host

The home was just what we needed for 5 adults. It was very comfortable, clean and had fun decorations. Kara was so thoughtful to reach out and give information about a weather even prior to our trip. The pantry was even stocked with a few basic items. We will stay there again if we're in the area!
