Vi är 5 minuter från Seven Seas Beach, El Conquistador Waldorf Astoria Resort eller Coqui Water Park. Fajardo Ferry, som också ligger en kort 13 minuters bilresa bort, tar dig till en av Forbes topprankade stranden i världen, Flamenco Beach. Vi är 15 minuter från vackra Luquillo Beach. En 20 minuters bilresa tar dig till El Yunque, den enda tropiska regnskogen som skyddas av U. S. National Forest Service. En kort båttur tar dig till Bahia Bioluminiscente, där du kan kajka genom världens största bioluminescenta vik.

Peña Mar ligger en 12 minuters bilresa till Ceiba flygplats med flyg till Culebra, Vieques, St Thomas, Tortola och Amerikanska Jungfruöarna.

Wonderful

Stay was amazing , clean accommodating. They had a washer , dryer also supplied laundry pods. Had a cooler and chairs for the beach. We also left behind things for the next family. Property was beautiful the teens loved the pool with the water slide. Plenty of restaurants locally. Overall great for a family vacation. Also host checked in on us to ensure everything was good. We will be back for sure.

Great layout, very safe with security gate. A few things on interior of unit need to be addressed. It fit us very well. Lots of extras stocked in the unit made it very helpful and convinient. Thank you for a lovely time.

Very responsive host

Condo is very nice. 3 pools of various depths. We used the pool closest to the apt as we has young children. One of the beds was broken but thankfully one of our people wasn't able to come so we were able to easily adjust to having one less bed. The host was extremely apologetic. We arrived the day after most of PR had a black out, but we were unaffected as the property and many of the local businesses had generators. We reached out for assurance by the property owner before our departure which helped ameliorate our angst.Appt had towels for beach and bathing. Lots of fun toys and chairs for the beach and pool. Relaxing patio.

The condo was charming and welcoming. The property was well-maintained and quiet. Elliot was very communicative and made checking in easy; he also gave us tips on places to go. We would definitely come back!

Good location, good condo

Stayed for 4 nights with teens. good location to get to Ceiba for flight to Culebra. easy access to El Yunque. multiple restaurants nearby, and we used the grocery stores for meals in the condo as well. easy location to navigate.

Great balcony!

Had a nice stay. The view over the marina was great-we enjoyed playing games at night on the balcony. We walked to dinner, had short drives to the Rain Forest and Luquillo beach. Overall worked out great.

A perfect base for day trips

We loved staying here. It was perfect to take days trips to hike the rainforest, kayak the bioluminescent bay, and take ferry to the islands. The kids loved the pool at the end of the day. It was a big help to have a washer and dryer and full kitchen. It also felt very spacious.

Great place: both the apartment & facility (especially the pools). However, the toilet in the master bath had to be turned off between each flush (or ran continuously). The AC in the second bedroom was broken. And the fire alarm on the first floor of the building went off from 1am-6am every morning. Otherwise great place & if corrected we would stay there again!

Love this Property!

The condo was perfect! Plenty of room, well stocked, and comfortable. The balcony was a lovely space and everything in the condo was exactly as described in an excellent location. The "heated" pool was cold. The hot tub was cold. We stayed tried two nights in a row and the pool and hot tub were both cold. The property owner communicated well and I would stay again, but disappointed in the common areas.

Peaceful escape

The condo is located in the lovely Peña Mar community. The gated community has 24/7 support to keep you safe and they were very good at communicating to let us in and out. The apartment itself was exactly what we needed! With two bedrooms and an AC unit in each, allowing for different sleeping temperatures! The view off the balcony was of the marina in fajardo, and we got to watch the sea turtles every morning with our coffee. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and it turned the wonderful stay into a relaxing experience! Would recommend this place, Elliot was a great host!

Weekend getaway

Our itinerary consisted of breakfast, beaches, lunch, pool, dessert, and more pool. Also squeezed in a quick day trip to El yunque amd luquillo kioskos. The kids were so impressed with the apartment and pool options. The teen loved the infinity pool and the little ones really enjoyed the slide pool. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms (6 beds) and 2 baths. Kitchen and common spaces are big. My husband loved the gym. There's Pueblo grocery shop nearby, a bakery, oceans flavor for a frappe, and the local ice cream shop crimaldi. The apartment was clean and condo premises are well kept, Elliot was very responsive. You do have to get buzzed in everytime you enter the property but it's a minor inconvenience for privacy, security, and safety.

Hello. Our stay at Peña Mar was Awesome!! The host was amazing, his swift response was reassuring. We were actually were on a family trip. We had our elderly mothers with us, I needed facilities. The place had it all ramps, elevators walk in showers, it was perfect! The place is outlandish, exotic. I wish I had explore it a little more but we had our elderly moms with. Our unit balcony led to the marina. I mean right across the street . It’s like up on a hill, beautiful. My family and I were very happy, the house is nicely prepared and very comfortable you don’t have to take anything only your food. There are courts, a gym and more. I would return in a heart beat, check it out.

Not very clean

Rooms were large, had great security, had nice pools and amenities, beautiful view of the Marina and beautiful balcony. Mr. Elliott Rivera was kind to accommodate our request due to our son and that is appreciated. However, The furniture layout was not as listed, was not very clean. Not enough towels and towels there had stains and we had to wash them and had to purchase hand and face towels because there were none, the linens did not smell fresh we had to wash those too. The mattresses were thin low quality feeling the box spring when you sit. Master Room AC leaked water. Host did not address the issues in the unit, but I am sure if he did this rating would have been a much better rating.
