Jan was very helpful and the house is great. Good location for Hutchinson island. Close to a very nice off leash dog beach. Lots of good food available close by.

Pet friendly, cleanest, best kept property we have ever used. Judging by the number of pet pictures that have visited the property, it is an amazingly clean,well appointed property. We will be back.

Great Beach Area & Stay with Dogs

It was nice area, great location to the beach and had a fenced yard for the dogs! Jan was very accommodating and helpful.

Beach Rental

Great location when visiting the treasure coast area. Lots of good restaurants close by and the beach is right across. The house is well maintained and we had plenty of room for us and our 4 pets. Would highly recommend if you are visiting this area.

A Good Stay!

Convenient, clean and nicely kept. Dog friendly with good walks around the neighborhood. Love the boat launch and marina, too.

Location and great back yard

My favorite thing about the house was it’s location near the beach and the enclosed landscaped backyard which we used a lot and was perfect for our pets.

Short Getaway

A nice few days away with our pups. LOVED the pizza from Surfside. The multiple island beach accesses are convenient. Highly recommend.

We have rented several VRBO properties. This property topped our list in meeting our needs. Jan, the host, was great to work with. Being able to bring our dogs, and having crates, beds and toys provided was awesome. We are already planning our next trip.

Beach

Although I never saw a private beach, the one we went to was just a short walk and not crowded on most days. The house was very nice and I would rent it again. Wonderful stay!!

Hi Betty, Our private beach is right next to Waveland, the public beach. It's behind the white gated area and I have pictures of the entrance in our House Book. I'm so sorry you didn't see it and enjoy our tiki hut. Jan

Great winter getaway

We spent 3 weeks with our old dog in this house. We enjoyed the area, it’s great for walking and golfing. Friendly neighborhood and great restaurants nearby! The house is very clean and comfortable and the hosts are friendly and responsive.

Everything we needed more

The hosts were exceptional. The house & location were perfect for our family and dogs. Everyone on the island was so friendly & helpful. Definitely will return.
