Rakt tvärs över stranden har denna skönhet ett stort vardagsrum / underhållande rum med välvt tak. En granit, fullt utrustat kök med matsal med utsikt över den obefogade solnedgången. Det finns tre bekvämt stora sovrum och ett badrum. Den stora inhägnad i trädgården, är perfekt för grill och underhållande. Du kan titta på de spektakulära solnedgångarna som konkurrerar med Key Largo, från främre och sidodäck. Det finns också en utomhusdusch.
Två av sovrummen har en dubbelsäng och ett har två enkelsängar. Vattenutsikten kan ses från alla rum utom badrummet.

Great location that’s about it

Location is great. Sunsets were niceThe house needs tons of work, I understand they’re trying to sell the property but we spend good money and shouldn’t have to put up with cheap fixes like a leaking refrigerator, front deck steps entire board flipped over with nails sticking out as we just stepped on it while walking to beachThe central air stopped working for about 12 hours on Monday, they got it fixed asap but really shouldn’t have happened. Small beds, put a queen bed in one of the rooms. You have the room this isn’t 1950Visible water damageJust too expensive for the productleft trash on the side of the street from last tenants, it wasn’t picked up. This is where you park so kind of trashy my wife tried to move for Trash pickup but bag opened and there was maggots everywhere We lost air conditioning on Monday for about 10 hours but was resolved and worked the rest of week

First time staying in North Cape May and it was wonderful. We loved this beach and will definitely be back. However, know that you are paying for the view and the ability to walk across the street to the beach. The house and landscape are both in need of some major TLC. Broken deck steps, doors that don’t close, and a refrigerator that leaks water are just to name a few. Looks clean when you first walk in but really needs a deep clean specifically the bathrooms, freezer and dishwasher. The deck was definitely not barefoot friendly and the yard and patio underwhelmed. The house is for sale, so not sure if that is why it’s not taken care of, which is a shame because it could be a really beautiful cottage.

Bayside 2024

First stay here for our annual bayside 2024 vacation. This house was by far the best we have ever stayed in. We come to cape May every summer for a week and have stayed in so many homes. We travel with our dogs, the fenced in yard was perfect for them. I have 5 and 1 yo children and the house was designed so well and set up perfectly for young kids. My daughter said this was her favorite “beach house” we’ve stayed at as well. My only suggestion is to have a pan for the oven but aside of that, I think this house was perfect! Thank you for hosting us! We hope to return next summer!

Location Location Location

The house was in a perfect location. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the front deck with a beautiful view of the bay. House was well stocked and very comfortable. Owner promptly addressed any issues. They even left treats for our fur babies which was very thoughtful. Two things that would have made it even better- a driveway ( parking got tight on the weekend with people parking to go to the beach) and a second tv in one of the bedrooms. Our first stay in North Cape May. Definitely will return.

Girls get away in Cape May - lovely sunsets from the house !

The Sunset house was perfect for 3 ladies! We all loved waking up to the beautiful views of the Bay waters. the house was comfortable and clean. We loved the outdoor shower. We rented E-bikes to get to and from Cape may town center - about 25 minutes on an E-bike. Lots of horse shoe crabs on beach in June, so we didnt want to swim or sit on bay beach in front of house. Lovely clean home with great front porch table overlooking bay, and a nice back yard table with umbrella. Harpoons resturant was just 2 blocks from the house walking distance .. nice sunsets and dinners there. Very clean.

Fantastic week at a beautiful spot!

This week was wonderful! The comfortability of the house, proximity to the beach, and views make for a great vacation. No need to go venturing out when it’s all right here! We had a blast playing games in the yard, dinners with that breathtaking sunset and making great memories! Thanks to Angela for sharing her house with us! Looking forward to returning soon!

Perfect location

This was our second time renting the house. The location is the selling point. The house is comfortable and clean. I have about a thousand pictures of the sunset. Truly a relaxing and magical retreat.

Great vacation stay

The place was very well decorated and clean. Very nice neighborhood. The beach is literally a few steps away from the house. Our whole family were all very happy and enjoyed our stay.

Location,location,location

Across from the bay with marvelous views and sunsets! Nice yard for dog. House very basic but worked well for a first visit to Cape May. Central air would have made it more comfortable.

What a great week!

This cottage on the beach was better than expected. I was worried about the size of the house, but my family of two adults, two teens, and a German shepherd had plenty of space in this cottage. The family room and outdoor space was huge. I would have killed for a second toilet, but having the outdoor shower saved us. I cannot overstate the perfectness of the location. Cross the street, you are at the beach. So easy to just go to the beach or back from whenever you need to. This is a quiet neighborhood. Everyone is out walking their dog in the morning and in the evening. The beach is practically yours during the weekdays. Sunsets at the beach are gorgeous. You can watch it from the front porch rocker of the house. The house is a short drive (or medium walk) to everything— groceries, restaurants, the ferry, and Cape May City beaches. We elected not to go to the Cape May city beaches after visiting one day. We preferred the beach closest to home. Everything about this house and the location was perfect. I am super bummed to be back home, far from the beach.

Great location, great sunsets

A really nice property with great indoor and outdoor spaces. The layout of the house is perfect for enjoying the views of the bay and the sunsets. Some highlights are the house is very close to the beach, the fenced in yard ideal for our dog and there was plenty of parking. Our host was great, the house was very clean. We had a very nice time.

Unwind, distress, & relax!

Our experience last week was fantastic! It was just what we needed to unwind from the world for a bit. The house was just the right size & combines the best of 2 worlds. Having the beach experience, but then also having a real yard was what made it perfect. When the descriptions mention the sunsets, they aren’t kidding! Unlike any I’ve seen. It was my favorite time of day there. Angela was very helpful & accommodating. So thankful she shared her place with us! Hoping to be back soon!

Perfect location

We had a great time staying here. The bay across the street is quiet and perfect. The sunset every night was so beautiful. We never stayed on the bay side in cape May before and it is now my favorite place to stay! Kids loved it! House is cute. Outdoor shower and hose were great for sand removal. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking. Overall a great vacation!

Clean and Conveniently Located

Beautiful beach house with nice layout. Great location to beach and many, many attractions including other beaches within short drives. Due to the extraordinary COVID-19 state of the world, we played it safe and didn’t eat out or order in. As someone who likes to cook, I was a tiny bit handicapped by a limited kitchen in terms of measuring and whipping up meals to wow our small group, but I doubt that’s typical. Most years we certainly don’t cook at the beach. So I only mention it in case you would intend to cook like I did. Outside of that small item of note, I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a medium sized party up to 6 people. We particularly liked the living room for its beauty, size and location away from those who wanted to turn in early while others kept enjoying the nights!

Beachside bliss!

We had a wonderful 3 weeks at this lovely bay side house. We arrived to find a perfectly clean home that was exactly as pictured with comfortable, tasteful furnishings, soft sheets, and a welcome gift! We couldn’t have asked for a better location- right across the street from a lovely bay beach with direct views of the most beautiful sunsets. Gerry, Angela’s mom was our primary contact. She was welcoming and very attentive. When we texted her on our third morning with a minor fire alarm issue, Gerry had the handyman there right away. The outdoor shower was fantastic as was the outdoor grill, and our NYC dog loved the freedom of the fenced yard. There are 3 different dining areas ( front deck, back deck and dining area), pots, pans, coffee maker, personal hygiene items, paper goods and everything else that you could need for a perfect beach holiday. The only thing that we didn’t like was ... leaving ;) Hoping to return soon!

I bought this property because of the fabulous views ! Though I've never lived in this house, It will be my future home. Until then it will be rented during the summer. We live nearby and will be attentive to tenants needs.

I never knew about this jewel of an area until this past year. The sunsets are unbelievable ! I can't wait to be able to have my morning coffee looking at the beach!!
