Nice place

House is very rustic inside and out. Internally, the sanitary ware and fittings are a bit worn. Some basic kitchen equipment is missing and there is a lack of plug sockets. Other than that, it's fine. House is clean. The pool area and terraces very nice. It's edge of town so it is nice and quiet. A car is needed to get around. Sofia (manager) is very organised, helpful and responsive

Wonderful charming French Villa

Beautiful views and very quiet and private. Lovely femme de manage and very easy to check in etc. Wonderful home. Very lucky to have found this. I stayed 22 days here. Great location. Room for visiting friends. Absolument spécial.

Short break in Antibes

Large comfortable property, quiet neighbourhood, 350m to local shops (a grocer and boulangerie). Definitely need a car for exploring further afield, easy access to motorway though. Secure garden for pets, lovely pool area. Decor is very dated, but house has modern appliances including wonderful coffee machine, and great air conditioning. We had a very relaxing visit.

Tolles Haus mit großem Pool

Ein wirklich schönes provenzalisches Haus mit großzügigem Pool und gepflegtem Garten.Für uns war die Umzäunung besonders wertvoll,da unser Hund sich somit auch frei auf dem Grundstück bewegen konnte.Viel Spaß hatten wir beim Billard spielen im Haus.Gerne wieder

Holidaying with friends

The property was beautiful and the pool was so welcome after various trips out. The kitchen was well sticked and all the bedrooms lovely. The hosts were more than helpful. We would stay there again

Wunderschönes Haus mit Pool

Das charmante Haus besticht durch eine tolle Zimmeraufteilung und eine provenzialische Architektur. Der Garten ist durchgehend mit Zaun abgegrenzt, auch Ferien mit Kindern und/oder Hund sind so sehr gut möglich. Der Pool ist erstens schön gross, zweitens liegt er windgeschützt, Sonnenbaden ist also auch in der Nebensaison sehr gut möglich. Die Küche beim Pool bietet sich für eine kleine Grillade an Sonnentagen an. Der Billardtisch hat uns viel Freude gemacht! Waschmaschine, Tumbler und zwei Geschirrspüler sind auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Kommunikation mit Sofia war schnell, einfach und sympathisch. Extreme Flexibilität bei Check-In und -Out. Danke Sofia! Und danke auch für die tolle Unterstützung bezüglich Wetterwarnungen und von uns liegengelassenen Sachen.

Villa Absolute GEM lacks quality ownership!

Our family stayed for 3 weeks in this beautiful authentic Provencal villa. Photos, JLP location all superb, gorgeous pool and palms! Property well kept. BUT The Inferiority of provisions was shocking; no sheets, no sleeping pillows, crusty torn towels, (1 per person for 21 days) no duvets. Ragged tea towels. Kitchen had mod cons built in but lacked simple basics. No thought to guest stay. We had to purchase drinking glassware, pot holder, mixing bowl, a jug, etc. No pool towels were provided - we had buy our own. Does this owner really think travellers pack their own towels? Manager (Sofia) is terrific but this VRBO owner does not meet even the minimal guest expectations. A few niceties like a spatula, oven mitt, ice, a platter, a tray, a candle or outdoor lantern, were expected. Most frustrating of all was absence of an information booklet provided in ALL vrbo's of quality; with appliance manuals, welcome book, list of local boulangerie, shops. Discovered in the last few days that there was a patisserie hidden around the corner and, instead of driving to the highway daily we could have walked there each morning for baguettes and croissants! Quality property but inferior delivery, so won't be back.

Our stay at the villa

We enjoyed our stay at the villa in particular because of the three terraces. The outdoor kitchen, pool and terrace are great. Sofia (the caretaker) and her husband are fantastic and respond to questions/querries immediately.

Great experience BUT

The agent is fantastic and always there to help. The pool area is great and most of the house is as promissed. However, the rooms in the basement (2 rooms) smells extremely like a wet and damp basement. The ligtning in the basement is really bad and the kitchens are not well equipped. All-in-all a great stay but dont expect to be able to fit 8 people in the house - at least not if you want comfort.

We spent a week in this fantastic poolhouse. Both the house and the surroundings were great and with a short distance to Nice and Cannes.

Amazing holiday in the south of France!

Everything was fantastic on our 3 week holiday in Antibes, thanks to this perfect villa! The location is perfect, quietly nestled in hills, sea views, and 10 mins from our main destination, our kids’ tennis camp. Very close to sea beaches, and cultural sites in Antibes, and surrounding towns. We explored the region with ease from this location. Wonderful for hosting dinner parties, sitting by the pool. The House had everything we needed. Definitely coming back here! Thank you to the lovely property managers for facilitating everything, and their warm welcome.

Villa tres agréable pour vacances en famille

Des vacances d’été réussies dans cette somptueuse villa sur les hauteurs d’Antibes. Une villa sur 3 niveaux qui permet d’etre au calme. Une propreté irreprochable - un niveau de confort inégalé. Les grands plus sont la piscine, les 2 cuisines et la vue sur la mer. Un Grand Merci aux propriétaires!

Une superbe villa a Antibes avec tout le confort!

Nous avons passé des vacances de reve dans cette supbere villa située sur les hauteurs de Antibes. Superbe jardin bien entretenu, magnifique piscine et une vue sur la baie. La location était tres propre et parfaitement décrite. Les propriétaires ont été tres agréables et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Un séjour idéal!

Agréable séjour dans une jolie villa !

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances de Pâque à Antibes, très satisfaits de notre choix de villa. La maison est joliment aménagée et comfortable, parfaite pour accueillir 3 couples d'amis. On y reviendra sûrement pour nos futures vacances ou longs week-ends. Merci pour tout !
