Sebastian Tropical Sanctuary

Detta är en verkligt unik egendom som har genomgått en totalrenovering nyligen. Bänkskivor i marmor, uppgraderingsapparater, anpassade brickor och träverk, välvda tak med mekaniska takfönster, Bluetooth-högtalarsystem, parkering etc. Fastigheten har ett damm (enorm 20 år gammal koi och en flock vänliga ankor) med utsikt över däck, belysning av landskap, grill och en kanot. Poolområdet är stort med en saltvattenpool och en 250 kvadratmeter anpassad mosaik. Extra uppmärksamhet på detaljer är uppenbar vid varje tur. :)

Detta hem har en komplett Master Suite med privat dusch. Det finns ytterligare två sovrum, ett som fungerar som ett håla.

Pretty Paradise

This home has everything: pool, pond with coi, ducks, various birds, lovely yard. Quiet neighborhood and a great location to stores and restaurants. Home has a great layout, divided floor plan for bedrooms. We had a wonderful vacation visiting family and friends.

Great Stay

The house was really nice, and the pool and outside area was wonderful. The pond was cool and the ducks were really funny, we had fun feeding them peas and boy do they love peas!!! The neighborhood is safe and really nice for taking walks. Kathy was a great host and we would love to stay here again.

We felt so at home the minute we got to the house. Everything was so convenient and comfortable. We came for Christmas and Chanukah to visit family in Vero and this was the perfect spot for us! We will definitely be back :)

Family vacation at Kathy’s Flamingo Lounge

Let me start by saying I could not have asked for anything more! All you need is a tooth brush and clothing to enjoy yourself. Pool was magnificent. House decor meticulously furnished. Beds soooo comfortable. Ducks to feed in the pond. We came with our son and had the most comfortable enjoyable time. I would recommend 100 out of 100.

Tropical serenity

This is our second time staying at this home and it is always so relaxing. My only complaint is that the pool area which needed to be cleaned up a little bit. They were leaves in the gutter which dripped onto the tile. The chair pads needed to be replaced. The house inside was lovely. We did love the pool and lanai very much, but just needs to be cleaned up more before guest come in.

Oasis is correct!

We had a great time at this property, everything was working well and as described. The highlight being the 'Florida room', quite large, quiet neighborhood, great pool. For wildlife lovers, don't miss the TM Goodwin waterfowl management area - just a short drive from this home.

Relaxation with the comforts of home

We booked this home during the week of the Grant Seafood Festival which has been a traditional visit for us and my brother and sister-in-law. The location for the festival as well as local Sebastian and Vero Beach restaurants was perfect. The extra bonus was the heated pool, the pond with koi and ducks and the well furnished and and supplied home of all the needed amenities. Walking our dog through the neighborhood was a pleasure - quiet streets and friendly neighbors. We recommend staying here and will consider a return visit.

Perfect Escape

The property offers every comfort of home and more. The private pool and its surrounding lanai, side yard and duck pond provide opportunities to disconnect from the stresses of life and escape with nature and tranquility. There are beautiful rivers, lakes and beaches within minutes as well as many great restaurants and stores for all. Oasis with pool

We enjoyed this cozy home with pool. Communication with host was great! Kathy was very accommodating and added a crib to home for us. We enjoyed the pool daily and plenty of seating and pool was larger than pictures. We will be back!

We had an amazing 9 day stay at this little hidden gem. Beautiful home and pool with everything we could need or want. Lovely quiet space with pond. The neighborhood was so nice for walking. Kathy was so helpful with any questions. We will be back next year.

We enjoyed the heated pool and the neighborhood was quiet …enjoyed our walks and we visited around the surrounding areas each day beach and dog friendly restaurants! Fabulous retreat

It was so perfect. Has everything you could want plus more. We loved the privacy, watching the big, fat ducks and ibis and the salt water pool. The host provided excellent communication. We loved our stay so much that we wanted to stay extra. Yet, it was already booked. We will definitely be back.

Relaxation Retreat

We couldn't have asked for anything better. The house was beautiful, the pool was fabulous, and I can't say enough about the outdoor areas. We could sit by the pool and enjoy it as well as the beautiful mosaic wall, or hang out by the pond and enjoy watching the ducks and feed the fish. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful and only a few minutes to the beach. Can't wait to go back!

Absolutely the best experience!

This was the best little trip due to this house and the host. We were down for a funeral and emotions where high. These hosts helped with any questions we had and the house kept giving! Every turn we found something we could use for the pool, beach, or house hold items to make traveling with our two toddlers! Can’t wait to come visit again!

Great stay

Beautiful home nicely furnished. House was very clean and well stocked. Owner responded immediately the one time we had to call. Television only offered streaming services which took a little time to figure out, but we got by. Would stay again.

I lived in this home for years before moving to a smaller house. Spent the past 6 months renovating the property with attention to every detail. The idea was to create a truly unique experience for guests. Every detail has been attended to from the mosaic that covers the entire back of the house by the pool deck, to the tile work, the granite counter tops, new beds, pressed sheets, koi and ducks in the pond, bluetooth sound system, new large screen TVs and brand new dishes, hand made glass wear, etc.

A BBQ grill sits on the deck overlooking the pond where the ducks and koi swim. The pool has hanging chairs that you can lounge in while enjoying time with family and friends.
