Great location! Walking distance to many things. Condo was just as described. I couldn’t believe how stocked it was with necessities! Bring your own pillow, I forgot mine and suffered every night.

Brett’s property was excellent. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Great central location, walking distance to delicious food and convenient to lots of fun things to do in Denver. The rooftop view of the city was wonderful. This owner has thought of everything to make our stay exceed all our expectations. We will try to stay here again when we are in Denver.

Location was perfect for our trip! One of the best rentals no homes we have stayed at. Highly recommend loved it! Note it is a multi-level place so make sure your group has good knees.

LoHi rooftop

The homeowner was very accommodating. He provided ample supplies and goodies. We enjoyed the rooftop much more than originally expected. Made it tough to get up and explore beautiful Colorado.

Technology Overload

Too many plugs/buttons/ bedroom overheated at night. Toilets flush very slow. Location was as needed. Garage was great. Very modern furniture, comfort could be better. Thanks anyways

Fabulous Retreat!

A cozy and impeccably clean modern condo within walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants. We loved the easy access to the highway as it made our day trips a breeze. House was automated and the hosts were wonderful so it made our stay carefree! Merry Christmas!

Modern townhome in LoHi

The townhouse was very comfortable for our party of 2 couples. We enjoyed the neighborhood and being able to walk to restaurants. The property has a lot of very cool features and lighting options in every room. The fireplace in the living room was perfect for the cold, snowy weather we experienced. Brett was a great host, responded quickly to questions and puts a great deal of care into making guests feel welcome. One thing to note is that this is definitely someone's home so don't be surprised to see family photos, personal effects, etc.

Nice Condo in Good Location

My business partner and I were in town for a few days. We really enjoyed this condo. Very nicely appointed and in a great location. We didn't get to enjoy the rooftop patio, but what an awesome view!

Wow! The rooftop retreat did not disappoint!

Just stayed at Brett’s incredible townhome this past weekend. There were four of us and it was perfect. The location couldn’t have been better. We went to a football game and a baseball game while were the there and both stadiums were within walking distance. There were also lots of great places to eat right in the neighborhood. The house itself was immaculate and super modern. We had everything we needed and Brett was great at communicating all the pertinent info. I would absolutely stay again and will defitinitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area!!

Amazing stay in LoHi

Our stay at this property was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the attention to detail. The entryway was welcoming, and the entire place was spotless, with all the amenities you could ask for. The rooftop deck quickly became our favorite spot, perfect for enjoying our morning coffee or evening wine while taking in the stunning city views. The host truly went above and beyond, making us feel like we were staying in a luxurious hotel. The location in LoHi was ideal—convenient to local restaurants and bars, and just 25 minutes to both Red Rocks and the Denver airport (traffic permitting). We also appreciated the secure garage, which made parking a breeze. We used this spot as a base for day trips to Boulder and Colorado Springs, and it couldn’t have been more convenient. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Denver, this is it. Highly recommend!

Fabulous!

We came with another retired couple to visit Denver and go to a concert at Red Rocks. We had heard that this was a good neighborhood for restaurants and walking, which it was. The apartment/loft was perfect - comfortable and attractive with a spectacular view and lots of lounging room on the loft. The host really went the extra mile to have extra expresso pod delivered to the house during our stay. We will definitely be back.

Great location if you want to get out of the harsh concrete jungle of downtown but still want to be close bu. Plenty of things to walk to.

A Lovely Home

We really enjoyed our stay. Our host was responsive to our questions and very helpful. The home had all the amenities one could want and then some. I rated the neighborhood 4/5 because of ongoing construction, hardly the fault of out host. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful condo in wonderful fun neighborhood!

Enjoyed our stay over Easter in Denver so much! Everything about the checkin and rental was effortless and the house was beautiful. So many nice touches, too many to mention, from the kitchen supplies, condiments, spices, comfy furniture, great rooftop, very nice beds and beddings and the Easter basket that was left for us to enjoy. Will 100% stay here agian!!

As a Colorado native, i love the mountains and outdoor adventures and since I’m a proud dog Dad, Buster usually comes along for the ride. I also enjoy a nice craft beer or local whiskey, rock out to 80’s music and chill out with a murder mystery or horror movie.

I wanted to be in the heart of all the action, an urban downtown dweller, without the hassle of a high rise condo building or the constant noise from below. LoHi was an up and coming neighborhood (and it has come big time!) and was much more affordable plus the outdoor space is amazing!

You are so close to everything here, it's truly the perfect location! Walking distance to the city's TOP restaurants and bars, walk to downtown/Union Station, easy access to the major highways to get to/from the mountains. A huge rooftop deck with city and mountain views tops the privacy and amenities you get here while still have the best location around.
