Vår nyrenoverade 2: a våningen lägenhet sover 8 bekvämt i 3 sovrum och 2 badrum. Det öppna köket erbjuder nya apparater och moderna bekvämligheter. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med en ansluten badrum. Det andra sovrummet har också en king size-säng och det tredje sovrummet är perfekt för barnen - sover 4 i 2 fullstora sängar. Det finns också en drottning utlopp i vardagsrummet.
Den täckta verandaen har underbar fri utsikt över bukten våtmarker och spektakulära solnedgångar. Den bakre däcken är en propangrill och möbler för lounging. Detta hem erbjuder också en utomhus, sluten dusch och gatunivå lera / tvättstuga (med en toalett för de snabba springer tillbaka från stranden.) Uppfartsparkering för 1 bil och gott om gatuparkering på West Avenue.
Vår plats på oceanen av West Avenue mellan 38 och 39 Street i Ocean City, NJ är idealisk. Det är bara 2 korta kvarter till den vackra och bevakade stranden på 39: e gatan. Också bara 1 block till Uncle Bills pannkaka hus och moster Betty's glass på 40th street och bara 4 kvarter till shopping, restauranger, lekplatser, tennisbanor, basketplaner etc. på 34th Street. Cute place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute condo! My kids also loved the space and enjoyed some of the games/puzzles that were kept in the condo. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

A Home Away From Home

My wife and I spent several nights here with our 1 year old daughter. The house was clean and welcoming upon arrival. We knew it would be overkill for us to have the house to ourselves, but it was worth it. The house is great for families because there are loads of board games, puzzles, etc. for your enjoyment. The kitchen was well-stocked with the necessities if you wanted to do any cooking. Besides for the location, we chose this house also because it was a 2nd floor space which would allow our daughter to sleep peacefully without the possibility of noisy neighbors above. The property was conveniently located near the beach on the quiet end of town away from the Boardwalk. We did visit the Boardwalk almost every evening as it was still only a short drive away. There is also a playground nearby that we visited a couple times. The house is very close to the grocery store, pharmacy, and several restaurants as well. There’s a nice porch for morning/evening relaxation facing the bay. The host, Cheri, kindly let us check in early since the cleaners had already been through and she also allowed us to check out several hours later since there was not a booking immediately after ours. This allowed us to not feel rushed and let our daughter get a morning nap in before our long drive home. Cheri was very responsive to any questions. Thanks for having us!

Perfection!

We just can't say enough about this house! The location was perfect!! Close to beach, just 2 short blocks, beautiful sunset deck overlooking the bay, and wonderful communication with owner! The house was clean and had everything!! You just need to bring towels and sheets, and food of course. ;-) The space was perfect for us 6. The kids would pick up the Jitney at the corner of 39th and West that took them to boardwalk. Will be definitely booking this next summer 2025. Lisa

Wonderful time

Rental was clean and welcoming. Cheri was so responsive and reached out to let us know that it was ready early. The living room and kitchen is nice and open and we loved sitting on the porch in the evening. Beach was a close walk.

Lovely stay in OCNJ!

My family greatly enjoyed our stay at Cheri’s property in OCNJ. It is exactly as the listing describes, and is generally well located relative to the beach, grocery store, playground, and importantly Uncle Bill’s pancake house! Cheri was communicative and generously allowed us to check in early and check out late on our arrival and departure dates. We would love to return!

Weekend getaway

Perfect for our mother/daughter weekend. The home was clean and updated. So close to the beach, further from the boardwalk but perfect for a quiet weekend away. Cheri was great to work with, responsive and thoughtful.

Wonderful stay in early fall

We had a wonderful experience! Decor is so nice, very clean, and it was convenient that the house had so many amenities (e.g., lots of tupperware, appliances, new kitchen, FireStick). We were also impressed that the beds were comfy! Cheri was also very easy to get in touch with when we had a question upon arrival. We hope to return again!

Wonderful home!

Great house in a great location. The home is recently remodeled and it was very nicely done. The kitchen appliances were really nice and there were plenty of cooking utensils etc. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were a nice size (and not overstuffed with too many beds.) The porch easily seats 6 adults for dinner. Communication with the host was very easy. All in all it was very comfortable for 6 adults who want to enjoy the beach but also want to have some down time to sit and read or have a nice family dinner. We’d love to come back next summer!

Best Beach and Sunset Stay

Cheri is fantastic at communication! I’ve rented at OCNJ for 15 years and I adored her home. Location allowed for easy 39th street beach access which was fabulous with considerably less population then 34th or 36th street beaches. The highlight of her home is the beautiful sunsets of the unobstructed wetlands. Overall great little home with a perfect kitchen, adorable dining/living room, terrific front/back porch including upgraded grill. Our family of 6 (one teen and three young adult children) were very comfortable.

Wonderful Home away from Home

We had a wonderful stay here in mid June. The house fit our family of 6 perfectly (2 adults, 4 kids ages 3-12). The shed is loaded with beach gear which saved us so much space when packing. House was clean, kitchen well stocked. Laundry is downstairs through a separate entrance but super accessible and convenient. The porches are lovely. Short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. 5/5

Cute beach house

House was nicely furnished. We missed that linens weren't included, but they helped us out in a bind instead of us having to go buy linens for the weekend! Loved the house, and the owner was super helpful. Would definitely book again!

Great getaway

The house was very nice, beds were comfy! It’s had everything you need for a great stay. Having access to the shed was a nice bonus to store beach things since house is located on the second floor.

Beautiful week at the beach!

What a great week we had! Cheri provided us with detailed information about everything we could possibly need or want prior to our visit. The house is tastefully decorated and spotless. Great kitchen, comfortable beds (hard to find 3 bedroom rentals without twin beds!), wonderful porch for morning coffee and evening sunsets, a handy gas grill on the back deck, and a storage shed stocked with anything you need for the beach. (The beach cart was life-changing!) Cheri was responsive when we had a question about the microwave and the tv and we were able to figure both out very easily. We will definitely be back!

Great location and amenities!

We had a wonderful week in August. The property was well stocked with beach gear. The sunsets from the deck were beautiful and we enjoyed watching the ospreys over the marsh. Short walk to the beach, Uncle Bill's Pancakes, Aunt Betty's for ice cream, and 34th Street shops and playground. Comfortable beds and kid friendly!

Great property close to the beach

Would definitely stay here again. The house has just the right amount of room and has everything you need. There are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, gas grill, fast Internet, and the shed has everything you need for a day at the beach. The beach is a short 5 minute walk and with the beach cart in the shed you can easily haul everything in one trip. The front of the house has a nice balcony that overlooks a wildlife wetland, there were nesting osprey during our visit. Overall we were very happy with our stay.
