This place was wonderful. It's far from town and very quiet. The house is nice(polished cement floors, leatger couches, and excellent beds. I will likely stay here again

Amazing place

What a great place to stay! Easy check in, hosts are amazing, very clean lodging abd love the location. Lots of solitude and on a clear night you will see for yourself that the “stars at night are big and bright…….” Loved it and will be back!!

The host was very welcoming! The house itself was decorated for Christmas and was so cute! Very clean, well layed out, everything we needed was available. Plenty of room for my family of 5.

Perfect place for a weekend away

We really enjoyed staying here: the house had everything we needed for a weekend trip. The owners are insanely nice and the house was spotless. We will stay here again next time we’re planning a trip to enchanted rock

Excellent Ranch Rental Property

Really enjoyed staying out at the Ranch Guest House. Quiet, clean, and relaxing place to get away from the city lights and enjoy the country scenery.

My wife and I have 3 requirements for a VRBO; cleanliness, quiet, & comfort. Big Sky nailed all 3 plus we enjoyed beautiful sunrises, no city noise, an amazing array of wildlife to watch, and a beautiful drive through the country to reach Big Sky. We wanted to stay close to Fredericksburg, but just far enough away that we could see stars at night and not hear the city. Big Sky is perfect. This is definitely our "go to" place for future Fredericksburg trips.

Texas Hill Country Retreat

This home was very comfortable. The hosts were great with information about local places to eat and enjoy. Our grandson had fun riding his Go-Kart around the property. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Place!

The Big Sky cabin did not disappoint. Convenient location close to Fredericksburg, yet just far enough to enjoy the hill country landscape, wildlife, and sky. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hill country getaway.

Beautiful and peaceful

We loved our stay at the Big Sky Guest house, the area is quiet and serene, far enough from hustle and bustle but close enough to get to town quickly. Hosts communicated well and provided everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend this property. Thank you!

Fantastic views of the sky, amazing wildlife encounters and the beds were so comfortable :).

Relaxing getaway

Great place to stay while visiting Fredericksburg. Only a 20 minute scenic drive and you’re away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful and clean guesthouse. Jenny and Eric have provided nice extra touches-games, toiletries, chocolates, and coffee. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay

Our quick weekend getaway was perfect! We live in the country so the drive didn’t bother us at all! It was a nice attribute to the property! It was all that we needed and all the details were thought of! Sweet owners and no crazy checkout list which was very nice!!

This property was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Very clean, well stocked and peaceful!

This place was the perfect size for our family. The owners have thought of just about everything you will need during your stay. They gave detailed directions, helpful information during our stay and wonderful recommendations for the area. The house was very clean, fire pit was ready to go for us and the whole process was very pleasant. We will keep this on our places to stay again list for sure!!

Anniversary Getaway

The Big Sky Guest House is a fantastic vacation property for a quick getaway. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and we could not have been happier. Eric and Jenny are great hosts and went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. We highly recommend this rental and would love to visit again!
