Denna moderna fastighet på 275 m² drar nytta av ett förstklassigt geografiskt läge bara 750 meter från stadens Uzès historiska centrum samtidigt som det erbjuder en exceptionell livsmiljö.

Den här egenskapen består av en huvudvåning som är direkt tillgänglig från trädgården på övre bottenvåningen, där mottagningsrummen och huvudbyggnaderna i byggnaden är organiserade, och har en exceptionell ljusstyrka. Loungen / vardagsrummet (69 m²) med insats har stora franska dörrar öppna till terrassen och drar nytta av mycket vackra balkar; det utrustade köket (induktionshäll, fläktlucka, integrerat kyl och frys, integrerad ugn och mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin), öppet till vardagsrummet, bidrar till den varma atmosfären i denna uppsättning. Sedan, åtskilda med en vägg av bursprutor, rymmer poolloungen poolen uppvärmd med värmepump (7 x 3,5 m). På rad och speglas i vardagsrummet är de viktigaste sovrummen på andra sidan poolpoolen. En första svit (46 m²) erbjuder ett stort sovrum som vetter mot terrassen, ett omklädningsrum och ett badrum (italiensk dusch, handfat, vägghängd skåp). Great property in Uzes

Fantastic spacious house, with great indoor pool and loverly outside spaces. It was a pleasure to deal with the owner, Herve. Beautiful Uzes is easily walkable from the house with plenty of great restaurants, bars and cafe. The surrounding countryside and villages are lovely too. We had a great family holiday.

Second Visit to Uzes

It was our second stay at the property in 3 years. This time we stayed with my wife's sister and her husband. The house was fantastic again. Plenty of room for 2 couples with lots of amenities, inside and out. Loads to do in the area, with or without a car. Uzes is a special place and we will be back again.

Beautiful house to enjoy the region

Uzes is a great town to have as a home base to explore Provence. This house has everything. The rooms are clean and spacious. Grounds are well kept and beautiful. Lovely to have the pool to cool off. The kitchen doesn't want for anything. It is a relaxing place to come back to. Also, great sunset every night. Herve was responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.

Perfect in Provence

Fantastic house, only a short walk from the centre of beautiful Uzès. The house had everything, and all to a very high standard. The indoor pool was our only concern when booking this property, having always had outside pools in previous houses. However, we couldn’t have been more pleased, and used it for several hours every day. The aircon, in both our bedrooms and in the living area was a huge plus, as temps were nearing 40degrees on most days. All in all, we loved Uzès, and the house made it a perfect stay for us in Provence.

Absolutely amazing!!!!!! Book it now!!!

We had an incredible time at the villa! Everything about it was amazing. Immaculately clean - Huge!! The furniture and the way it was decorated was out of this world. It's definitely one of the best places we have stayed in. The location is excellent and the town of the beautiful, idyllic Uzes is a nice 15 minute walk, which we did daily for some delicious lunch. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms and dressing were very luxurious. The outdoor space was lovely and the sunsets were to die for! The heated pool was everything you could ever dream of and our girls were in it from dusk to dawn! We loved it being inside, so we were protected from the sun but because all the doors opened so wide, you felt like you were outside! The main part of the villa has two bedrooms, sleeping 4 people and then you need to go outside and down some steps to the other bedroom, smelling beautiful from the Lavender plants. This worked perfectly for us. The kitchen was very well equipped and the living space was huge. The garage where we parked two hire cars all week had 2 washing machines and tumble dryer. We would defiantly recommend this and would love to return one day. The villa has a large locked gate to it, making us feel very secure and safe at all times. Don't hesitate to book this. Thankyou for our amazing week. We didn't want to leave!

Super vacances dans cette magnifique propriété. Tout a été parfait. L'accueil, la décoration intérieure, la superbe piscine, la grande terrasse, les lumières extérieures etc...Même la météo a été parfaite. Chaud, mais pas trop, avectoujours un petit peu de vent. Nous avons profité de belles soirées sur la terrasse, avec ses nombreux coins salon pour se détendre. Découverte d'Uzès, et de cette belle Provence.Un séjour en famille, très apprécié de tous.

Quelle magnifique maison

Magnifique maison décorée avec goût et très spacieuse. Les chambres sont grandes et belles, la cuisine ouverte sur le salon est bien équipée. La terrasse aussi longue que la maison est idéale pour profiter des belles soirées d'octobre. Entre le salon et les chambres, il y a la pièce incontournable des vacances, à savoir la piscine intérieure chauffée. Le jardin de la propriété invite à prendre du temps, boire un café au pied d'un olivier. De belles lumières éclairent l'allée et font ressortir certains arbres, c'est magique! Un petit studio indépendant a fait le bonheur dans nos deux adolescents. La maison est très bien située par rapport à Uzès. Tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour vivre de magnifiques vacances en famille et laisser une kyrielle de jolis souvenirs.

Perfect Stay in Uzes

We have been visiting France for more than 25 years and this house is the best we have ever stayed in. It has everything you could want, all of a very high quality. The outside space is perfect for "al fresco" dining and catching either the sun all day or the shade if that is your preference. The pool is fantastic in either an indoor or outdoor environment if you open the patio doors. Air conditioning in the living spaces makes living and sleeping in the house very comfortable. As a location it is wonderful. Easy access by car. Supermarket 2 mins away by car as is Uzes. The walk into Uzes is easily manageable in 15 mins on safe roads. We walked into town a couple of times a day if not out and about seeing the area. An easy stroll for lunch and also for an evening drink in the Place aux Herbes watching the world go by. The house offers everything it says on the web site. Nothing disappoints.

Beautiful Uzes

An ultra modern house with a lovely homely feel. The living area and kitchen air conditioned all the time made a comfortable escape from the heat of the day. The kitchen had everything you needed and we enjoyed eating out on the terrace in the evenings. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were beautifully decorated. The swimming pool was delightful except that the tiles if wet were very slippery . The only criticism l had was that the television only had basic French TV, and the box for the other Chanel’s did not work so our husbands, huge sports fans were not able to watch. Overall we had a wonderful time, thank you.

Excellente adresse. Le rêve aux portes d'Uzés.

La villa était magnifique, l'accueil charmant, tous les détails ont été appréciés. La piscine de belle dimension et très sécurisante de par sa profondeur nous a comblé. L'ascenseur entre le garage et la cuisine est un vrai plus pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. La décoration et la qualité des mobiliers sont à la hauteur de la prestation. If you are looking for a very nice, relaxing place, this is it. The place was spotless! The attention to detail is just incredible. Herve is such an excellent host, he was always available if we needed anything. and he went out of his way to make sure the house has everything you need for you to have a good time!
