Bakom fastigheten finns en 1 sovrum garage. (4 sovplatser, 2 i queen size-sÀng i sovrum och 2 i vardagsrum full sÀng) med eget kök och 3/4 bad. Amazing time! 5 stars!!!

Had an incredible time in this location. Kirk was a great host and very helpful with events in the area. Very comfortable and beautiful scenery. Highly recommend Torch's. Perfect tacos with only a 5 min walk on the trail.

Great location, owner cares!

Location and house were as described. Owner was very attentive and quick to respond. He thoroughly seemed to care that everything was set up for our group and also wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay in Austin. He offered many suggestions around his property and Austin. I would recommend staying at the location and will def be staying here when I return to Austin.

Great SXSW house-share 2025!

Kirk's property was a perfect house-share for SXSW 2025, with enough space for us to be comfortable (4 of us!), decent food and shopping options nearby, good bus transport links to zip into town, and loads of Ubers to get back and forth to the city, when time was short, and a great location to get back to the Austin airport too! Kirk was a fantastic host, quick and polite with his responses and happy to answer our questions too. Thanks for helping make our Southby'25 a good one! :)

Cute Home in a Great Location

This place was honestly adorable and had everything we could have asked for. We were in town for ACL with a few friends. The home is a short 15 min walk from one of the common uber drop off points for the festival. The home had a very cute charm about it and looked nicer in person than the pictures. Our host was in great communication with us and was always available if we had any questions or concerns. He was flexible with our check-in time, which we greatly appreciated. We recommend this place and would book again. Thank you for the great stay!!!

Great location, house with character

We enjoyed the close-in S. Austin location, and the host was friendly and very responsive. It's an ideal house for a big group of young people staying in Austin for an event who aren't there much--lots of beds and 2 baths. The house isn't well-suited for people who like to cook at home or older people who have any mobility issues. There are some fun features (spiral staircase upstairs and a shady deck upstairs) and some funky features (œ the kitchen sink is blocked; one shower is rigged up in a broken jacuzzi).

Fantastic experience. Would come back.

The property was clean, spacious and had all basic amenities. Our 7 night trip was pain-free. Towels, garbage bags, coffee pods, WIFI, cooking utensils and cutlery were all provided. All communications with the host were expedient and hassle-free. He even came to trim the walkways when we had a rain shower and the bamboo forest grew a few inches (it’s great though—provides the property with a relaxed and secluded feel, and is well maintained) Would definitely stay again and will refer colleagues to this property in the future.

Spacious home with an unbeatable location and a wonderful host!

My group of 7 people came to Austin for ACL and wanted something relatively close to Zilker Park. This place was PERFECT. Not only was it close to Zilker, but it was also walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, and shops. There was enough room in the Airbnb for all of us to sleep comfortably without all being packed in like sardines. The property was so charming too - we loved spending time out on the deck surrounded by greenery. Kirk was a fantastic, accommodating host. Can’t wait to stay here again sometime.

We had so much fun visiting Austin! This house is in a great location, walking distance to so much, and Kirk is an excellent host, very easy to connect with and so helpful! The place is a bit musty - one of my friends had issues with allergies. Location is fantastic. Owner was very communicative and responsive. As someone else mentioned, would not be good for anyone with mobility issues (spiral staircase, bathtubs that require large steps to get into).

Great location, but austere dilapidated conditions

The location of the house is very close to downtown Austin and so convenient to many travel sites. The neighborhood is interesting and mixed, and house values reflect its location to downtown Austin. A couple of the neighboring houses are being remodeled and are two million-dollar plus houses. According to Zillow this particular property is worth $1 million, however, it is clear that is for the land and not the house. My wife was distraught when she saw the inside. It was not unclean, but neither was it spick-and-span clean. The bathrooms are very old with limited shelf space. There are two bedrooms and a loft. Our kids stayed up in the loft but whenever they walked it was very noisy downstairs. There is one television in the living room. The kitchen does have pots and pans and is fairly well-equipped. The house is probably ideal for a group of college aged males who, as a general rule, probably care less about refined living. The rent is reasonable for the size and location, but if you are looking for something classy, tasteful, or elegant, steer clear of this house. The owner was very helpful in terms of communication. Our family would not stay there again. If I were back in college and planning a trip to Austin with a bunch of guys, this place would be high up on the list.
