Beläget i Gamla Seagroves samhälle, The Grove by the Sea, "Heavenly Sunshine" är en nyinköpta, renoverade och anpassade inredda 4 sovrum, 4 badrum strand hem. Bara en kort 7 minuters promenad till stranden, är denna stuga en av de mest familjevänliga bostäder som sover 12 bekvämt.

Skärmade verandor, balkonger och bakdäck gör detta vackra hem så roligt ute som det är i. När du går in i veranda, kommer du att njuta av en veranda swing och utomhus sittplatser perfekt för den morgonen kopp kaffe eller eftermiddag bok. Det största vardagsrummet erbjuder ett överdimensionerat familjerum och öppet koncept för att äta i köket och matsal (plats 8) tillsammans med ett uppdaterat kök med barstolar för 5 personer. KING sovrummet ligger också på huvudnivån med vackra möbler, plattskärms-TV och eget badrum med dubbla handfat och separat bad och dusch. En bakre veranda ger vägen till en stor utomhus matsal och underhållande utrymme.

De tre ytterligare gäst sovrummen och badrummen är på övervåningen. Två KING gästrum med eget badrum betyder plats för alla. Beautiful relaxing space

Good family home

Plenty of room, good size common space and bedrooms. Worked well with kids, close to pool and beach, though we used a wagon for the walk to the beach with 3 little kids. The beach was quiet and nice. Nice outdoor porches. Kitchen was a little lacking in kitchen supplies, bring some basics if you plan on cooking a bunch. Overall, would come back!

Wonderful House! Great Location!

We couldn't have been happier with this house. It's well put together, with great accommodations and location! We've stayed at multiple locations in this area and by far this is the best house we've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Will stay here again on our next visit.

Family vacay with adult children

This house was perfect! The main bedroom as well as two guest rooms all have king beds and the third guest room has a queen bed w bunks. Each of the four bedrooms has a private bath. The layout was spacious and comfortable for watching movies and dining in on a rainy day. We will stay here again!

Clean, comfortable and Convenient

We really enjoyed our stay. This home was spotless and a short walk to the beach and short bike ride to Seaside. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely home in great location for enjoying beach and town

The home is beautiful and spacious, with a great location for accessing the beach and walking or biking to all the restaurants and shops in Seaside Beach. The house was very clean and had all amenities needed for a great vacation. Highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

Perfect location for a great vacation!

We stayed at this beautiful home for the month of February and absolutely enjoyed it. The house was very spacious for our family of four, plus additional family that visited us while we were there. The bunkroom was perfect for our kids. We also loved the screened in porches, they were perfect for morning coffee and afternoon naps! The location was wonderful, the neighborhood is quiet even though it's right off 30a, the beach access is about a 5 min walk, and we were able to easily bike to nearby towns. We rarely used our car and loved being able to bike and walk each day.. Seagrove is a great spot as it's close to Seaside and Watercolor, and only a short drive to Alys Beach and Rosemary. We loved our time in this very special part of FL and we can't wait to return.

Wonderful Beach House

This beach house had everything! Loved all the extra amenities from board games to beach items. The backyard was the perfect place to have our Thanksgiving meal! We had a wonderful time.

Heavenly Sunshine is beautiful, spacious, and very convenient to the pool, beach, shopping, and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and had everything we could have needed. We highly recommend staying here.

A “heavenly” experience!

We ranged in age from 3 months to 78 years. The property was ‘home’ to all of us - complete with Fully-equipped kitchen & large refrigerator to family entertainment from books to games to TV’s. Also close swimming pool and short walk to the beach. This home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We will be back!

Great House!!

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this property and it is wonderful. The house is beautiful, the kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of space for our family. The beach is pleasant walk and only a few minutes away. Lord willing we will be back next February for our third visit!

We had an awesome stay here. The property is beautiful and has everything you can ever need. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the feel was very cozy! We’d definitely stay here again.
