Wonderful Vacation Rental with Relaxing View and Location

This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. The screen porch was our favorite. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The location was tucked away but also close to everything. We loved our stay!

Great place to stay on Seabrook.

This our second time staying at this property. It’s the perfect place to stay on the island. It’s quiet, close to the beach, very clean and cozy. The screened in porch, with a great view of the marsh and part of the beach, is perfect to sit to relax or watch the occasional thunderstorm. We plan on coming back!

This is a cozy, clean, and comfortable place. I would like to stay there again. The little screened in porch (only fits two people) has a beautiful view of the marsh. It’s on a great location. I wish it came with some beach chairs. Those are so hard to fit in the car! And according to the folder of information I guess most properties do, because it asks to wash them before leaving. I also felt that the adventures package and 100 “included” dollars was misleading. No one needs to read seven complicated emails prior to coming! They had no beach chairs left (I did call them trying to use my coupon). And the adventures they offer are far from local but the location unclearly stated. That was disappointing. But good place overall.

It is usually easy to rent the items, although July is definitely the busiest month. Sorry you found the island guest process cumbersome. Now that you have visited, the next trip should be a breeze! Great place to stay

The property was great for our family of five. In addition to the larger Beach House pool, there's a small private pool nearby thats available for free and easy for the kids to jump into. A fun overall place to stay. The only downside is that the property is overdue for a deep clean (the place overall was clean, but our kids dropped something behind a bed and it was clear that the harder to reach areas hadn't been cleaned in a while).

We love the location of this property! It was very clean and had lots of great kitchen supplies and games/puzzle/books!! The views of the Marsh were excellent – we saw so much wildlife, including Rossette spoonbills, mama raccoon with 3 babies, green heron, night, heron, and blue heron, and on and on and on. The beds and couches were all very comfortable and the screen porch was really amazing despite the 110 heat wave.Only criticisms are the master bath shower door kept popping open, a prior guest had really messed up the shower handle as well so figuring out how to get hot and cold water in the shower was difficult and one of side of our towels, had a bunch of stains on it but that certainly hit or miss based on the supplier not the actual home. I wish there had been more seating on the lower deck and a table, but we made due. Other than those minor things everything was perfect.

Second year in a row

This is the second year in a row that we have vacationed at this property. Just like last year, we had a wonderful time. The views of the marsh are magnificent with wildlife all around. Already looking forward to next year.

All the comforts of home but with a better view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is very comfortable, updated, and well-maintained, with lovely furnishings and décor. It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, with high-end utensils, dishes and appliances. The owners have a nice supply of board games in case you hit a rainy day, and the wifi is very good. We relaxed on the screened porch overlooking the marsh with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening, soaking in the view. We loved the Sleep Number Bed. The condo is in a very quiet area, with no through traffic. All we heard at night was the ocean. It was February when we visited, so we weren’t able to use the Creek Watch pool, but it looked very nice and we hope to return in warmer weather to check it out. The crabbing dock and kayak launch are just a short walk away, and beach access is only a 10-12 minute bike ride. We had a lovely time walking on the beach, bird watching, and sightseeing. Bring your binoculars and camera!
