Denna enhet ligger på 2: a våningen som är lättillgänglig av vår hiss. Det är gångavstånd till de fantastiska restaurangerna och butikerna på Rosemary Beach och Alys Beach. Seagrove, Akvarell och Seaside är också bara en kort cykel eller bilresa bort.

Boende och sovande område:

Har en king size-säng med en madrass av kudde, högt lakan, plattskärms-smart TV med inbyggd Netflix och en utdragbar drottningssoffa med en extra tjock madrass.

Kokvrå:

Pentryet är mycket funktionellt med bänkskivor i granit, kylskåp, mixer, kaffebryggare och mikrovågsugn.

Plats och Byggfunktioner:

Uppvärmd pool (mellan 1 mars - 1 maj), barnens stänkbassäng, badtunna, transferstation och gasgrillar ligger precis utanför denna byggnad (se karta i våra bilder ovan). Den kostnadsfria transferen går kontinuerligt till stranden (timmar varierar beroende på säsong), men det är också bara en kort 7 minuters promenad om du väljer att gå.

Allt du behöver är fotsteg bort och cykeluthyrning finns på plats om du väljer att hyra. Lämna din bil på parkeringen och njut av de stora restaurangerna, shopping, stränder och vandrings- och cykelvägar. Denna enhet är perfekt för par och små familjer.

Great stay close to the beach

We really enjoyed the location of this property as it was right in between Rosemary and Alys Beaches as well as being in the heart of the Seacrest community.

Great Location

Great location to the beach, restaurants, and private pool and hot tub! The location was quiet as well, but we arrived before all the spring breakers. Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you don’t want to spend money on a resort along 30A!

Lovely Place!

This lovely 2nd floor unit (stairs only) was very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed! We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed and more! (It was off-season and a bit chilly, so we didn't get a chance to use the provided beach chairs, etc.). We very much enjoyed our stay!

Wedding weekend

This property worked perfectly for attending our friends wedding in Rosemary Beach. The unit was the perfect size for my husband and I. The walk to Rosemary was short, and renting in Seacrest was a lot more cost effective. We would definitely rent in this location, and from this owner again.

Great Vacation!

This unit was so wonderful. My daughter and I had plenty of space, and it was very clean and cozy. The location was awesome. It's near the pools, shops, restaurants, and walking distance to Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants. The beach access was very easy via the tram, and it is also a close walk. The host was very friendly and accessible. We will definitely stay again on our next 30A adventure.

Great location. Room wasn't very clean and I would not recommend staying in the heat of the summer due to poor AC.

It was good. The A/C system was not great. Needs some work. The dishes need to be updated and the bathroom needs a little facelift. I would stay there again.

Great Rosemary Beach getaway

We stayed here on a Mother/Daughter weekend. The property is perfectly sized for 2 people. It is within close walking or biking distance to great shops and restaurants. The owner provided a fabulous electronic property guide ahead of our stay so we could familiarize ourselves with check-in, dining options and pool/beach processes and access among so many other wonderful details. In all of our years staying in properties, this was hands-down the best, most helpful guide we have ever experienced. The unit was clean with all the amenities you would want. The area is just lovely! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Location

Walkable location and a beautiful beach. The section of the private beach can get crowded so go early to secure your spot. We were told by other 30A visitors to go down to the beach at 6am to put your chairs down and then return when you’re ready. They were so right! The property had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable for our family of four. Lots of restaurants below the condo, 2 private pools and super cute shops. John checked on us throughout the stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. I’d definitely stay here again!

Stay and location was great, AC wasn’t working good.

The location was perfect and convenient! The room was good, but the AC wasn’t working properly. For the heat of the summer, I would recommend getting this fixed. My husband was sweating the whole time.

Amenities

We were not allowed access to the pool prior to check in at 4pm, or after 10am day of check out. I’ve never heard of such a policy, and clearly neither had others because 2 different couples were standing at the gate with their suitcases with nowhere to go because they flights weren’t until later in the day. If it’s a policy, it should be mentioned in the online description. Also, we turned the AC down to 68 degrees and the room never completely cooled down.

Great location

Small place but worked for us as we had family staying in a house across the street. Advertised as sleeps 4 but that would not work as one bed and one sofa. Picture shows two sofas (and a rug) which are not in the unit. There are two closets in the efficiency but both were locked and we had to but our luggage on the floor in a small space. I would not call this a one bedroom condo as the bedroom is not separate….all open space except bathroom. It is warm in the cove where the bed is….a ceiling fan would help in place of the chandelier.
