Nice place, perfectly suited for a family of 5. Needs minor TLC with a few handyman projects. Overall would stay again had everything you needed.

Weekend Stay

The property was as described. We had a wonderful stay. It was a lot of added prep to bring all our own linens, and supplies for a weekend stay for six adults, but we were prepared based on the listing. The golf cart access was a nice perk. Owner Tim and property manager were excellent communicators and very responsive.

Property was clean and appeared exactly as it was listed. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for our family. Furnishings and bathrooms were nice also. Loved the outdoor space and the cart was a plus. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Absolutely wonderful property!

We loved this house!! It was extremely clean and well maintained. The pictures don’t do it justice. The location of the house is definitely one of my favorites so far in Ocean Lakes. Having use of the golf cart was a major plus. Tim is such a nice guy and extremely wonderful to work with. Hoping to stay again in the future and would recommend this property to everyone.

Great Beach House. The location of the house was perfect. The owner is very friendly.

The inside of the house was very clean. The outside of the house and the property was also very clean especially since hurricane Ian had just come through the Myrtle Beach area a day or two before we arrived. The owner made sure that we were happy with everything and stated several times that if we needed anything to let him know. Everything was perfect during our stay. I can't say enough good things about the owner and his attention to detail. He made our trip a very pleasant one. We look forward to staying at his beach house on future trips. Our family loved this house in ocean lakes,it had plenty of room for our family in a great location.its a straight shot to the beach on the golf cart and it's easy to get in and out of ocean lakes with your vehicle.Tim was great at communicating with me throughout the process, and I had no problems throughout our week stay. My husband said by far the best place we have stayed inside Ocean Lakes. Tim was the best to work with - had a problem with the golf cart but he was very quick to solve the problem and had us driving/riding around quickly. Loved the place - very nice!

Post vacation review

Over all great experience. House needs updating asap. We were pretty disappointed with master bed. Almost not sleepable. Keyless entry was not working well. Spent several thousand dollars to stay and the toilet paper holders were broken. A band aid was holding batteries in a remote. Nice kitchen n bathrooms. Golf cart was huge plus. Lost cable in master. 1 guest tv never worked. Front window screens were ripped in half. Some of the outdoor furniture was broken. The stackable washer/dryer, huge plus! Ocean Lakes is spectacular to stay at. Will book again with different location.

Great Vacation & Home

We stayed at Ocean Lakes with my son's baseball team and this house was perfect for us. It was very clean and Tim was very responsive when we were unable to get the TV to work. Tim was scheduled to bring us a new box the next day but we were able to get it to working again so he didn't have to come out after all. Having a golf cart was key to our vacation. We were able to get around the camp site to visit with friends, go to the beach and water park. Tim was right, we will be back to Ocean Lakes and will definitely rent this house again! Thanks for a wonderful week!

Great clean house

We loved having a golf car to ride around. The amenities meant we never had to leave the campground after hot days of baseball. We were in town for the Ripken Experience and it was an easy drive to & from.

With 24 hour gated security you can feel safe in this family friendly park. Ocean Lakes is a kid haven. With basketball courts, indoor pool, game room, nightly activities, and a huge waterpark, there is no need to leave the grounds.
