Snyggt inredda inifrån och ut. 18 tunnland mark med 900 fot vid vattnet vid sjön Chelan Shores, bara 2 miles från staden. 5 pooler, badtunna, racketboll och trevligaste FITNESS-center för kommersiell kvalitet i Chelan. 6 upplysta tennisbanor. Sovrum på bottenvåningen med king size-säng och HDTV. Fullt kök, full tvätt, HDTV i vardagsrummet med THX-surroundljud, Netflix redo. Wi-fi i hela enheten och grunderna. Två uteplatser: Stor uteplats på sjön bottenvåningen strax utanför vardagsrummet. Separat sideplats utanför kök / vardagsrum med propan som BBQ. På övervåningen loft sovrum med drottning och två våningssängar, separat bad och HDTV. Uthyrning av båt och jet-skidor ligger några steg från uteplatsen. Great location

We were there in April, just wanting to get out of town for a few days. We were pleasantly surprised at what a nice little town Chelan is, and think it will be a great place to bring our kids & grandkids in summer.

Family get away at Lake Chelan

We had such a great time during our little get away. We had our grandsons 10 yr and 12 yrs with us. The condo is wonderful, well stocked and comfortable. The lake views are spectacular. Reservation and check in went smoothly. We would love to visit there again in the future.

beautiful property with amazing views

we stayed at Tim's place for christmas and enjoyed our stay. the property is well kept and the views are to die for. we stayed in winter so were able to enjoy the tranquility ( which at times is missing in summer ) . checkin experience was smooth. lake shores is close ( comparatively) to echo ski resort so there is that too if you are planning for a winter visit.

There was a small tear in the sofa, and the seal on the west screen door was loose. There were also several no-se-mud in the kitchen. Otherwise the unit was neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location!

This condo is right in the water, with the swim area and dock right out the door. We had so much fun jumping on our paddle boards and sitting on the patio. Would definitely stay here again.

Great rental unit on beautiful property

Lake Chelan Shores has lots of grass and open space on a beautifully maintained property. This rental has outstanding views and access to the lake and surrounding areas. The owner was responsive, provided detailed welcome email, Kitchen well stocked, bed/furnishings comfortable. All great!

Beautiful location at Lake Chelan

Property was beautiful and in the most stunning location. Has everything you need. Kitchen was great to use! Located close to Chelan and Manson! Can’t wait to go back!

Great Location

PROS: Great location, it is waterfront. You can sit on the patio and enjoy the lake. The grounds and amenities were extensive and very well maintained. Since we visited off-season, it was quiet. The local restaurants are excellent. CONS: The condo really needs to be updated. The heat was not working (took 3 calls to get it fixed), one burner on the stove not working, toilet rocks, etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great for a family with young children

The townhome and location were fantastic, especially for a family with young children - easy access to the water, bunk beds, etc. We had no complaints. However, just a comment for those looking for elderly accessibility, the bathrooms are VERY small, which created a few issues for us and a fall. I say this not as a complaint, but only for those who need to take accessibility into account. My 80-yr old father loved the place, but this knowledge would have been helpful when planning.

Girl's getaway

The location is perfect! We relaxed on the patio and took in the view of the lake. The grounds are well maintained and staff were accommodating. The condo itself needs updating, but overall we enjoyed our stay!

A Cozy Getaway with a Beautiful View

Great condo with plenty of amenities!

My family stayed here for Christmas and the condo was perfect for us! The kitchen had plenty of amenities to prepare a nice Christmas dinner and we enjoyed the view of the lake. It was close to downtown and several wineries. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo has the perfect location to enjoy all the great things Chelan has to offer....Waterfront to enjoy the beach right outside your door...Outstanding boat launch on property with moorage option for getting out on the water....and a wonderful location to do wine tasting at multiple wineries in close proximity.
