Detta hem är helt fantastisk. Det ligger i ett lugnt område i Lansing-området på en gata med många unika hem fyllda med charmig karaktär, precis som den här. Hemmet har fyra sovrum, varav två har queen-sängar, ett med en dubbel full våningssäng. Och så finns det vårt underhållningsrum. Den har spel, ett kortbord och naturligtvis vår jätteprojektor / xbox-installation. Detta rum är perfekt för att underhålla fester i alla storlekar, stora eller små.

Is in a very safe, quiet neighborhood. Very nice linens, well stocked kitchen, plenty of room to move around.

Bare bones

Couches are destroyed. Beds not much better. HVAC system clearly needs fixed. Dishwasher on last leg. Very disappointed, I guess that’s why their listing is cheap. But not cheap enough compared to other properties with better amenities that aren’t falling apart

Classic Lansing Home

Nice location but a little old. Living room carpet needs replacing and kept turning up at the corners making a trip hazard. Beds / matresses really need replacing as were extremely uncomfortable. Kitchen only had one coffee cup...got more the day we were leaving Wifi was spotty and did not work the last two days of our stay. Communication with host was delayed with only email and no texting available. Would not recommend this property.

Okay but disappointing

The house itself is lovely and very nice, and the owner seems nice enough. That being said the furniture was very uncomfortable, the beds were just 2-4 inch foam pads on box springs. The dinning table looks nice but sitting in the chairs for any amount of time and it becomes uncomfortable very quickly. The furniture in the projector room was all broken and there was actually a chair missing. They claim to do a deep clean of the house but when I arrived there were many remnants of a birthday party and stuff on the floor. We ended up doing a cleaning session and found trash toys and food under both couches. The laundry room in the basement was dirty the floor was usually wet(never been in a basement so unsure if this is normal). The kitchen was nice but we only had 3 forks. Over all if your only staying for a few nights this place is fine, but any longer than that and it becomes painfully uncomfortable.

A+++ Rating! I recently stayed at this property while attending a professional conference in January. While there were several options to chose from in the area, staying at this home was a great decision. This location was able to serve double duty as both a place to rest, and a place to conduct a meeting with my staff. Nothing beats the feeling of being at home while on the road. Everything was provided, clean beds, linens, dishes, etc; parking to accommodate at least three vehicles. If my family was traveling to the area, this would be great for them as well. The game room would have been a hit for my kids! And, if you want to avoid the cost of eating out, the kitchen is ready for making meals. Next year I will definitely book this place again! ...and probably every year after that as well. I can't thank the owner enough for making this property available. Reserve this property now!

Great place to stay

We loved this house. It was clean. There were several of us, and it did not feel overcrowded. It would have been nice to not have to go out to buy toilet paper and paper towel, but that was not a big deal. There was plenty of parking, which is always a plus.

Nice house

Two of the dining room chairs were broken and unusable. House need more than two extra blankets. "Futon room" would be much more useful with real beds. Futon was large enough for two people only if they are under 10 years old. Not at all comfortable .The house was clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped in a lovely neighborhood. Call to property owner concerning heat was not returned

4 friends stayed here for a HS reunion. Didn't realize from the description that the 4th bedroom is the entertainment room - but it was fine. (I can see that now that I look back at the pictures). Very nice house.

Beautiful tental

The rental property was very clean and a beautiful house. Comfortable living conditions. Only thing missing was patio furniture. Would definitely stay again and recommend this place
