Excellent location, about 3 minute walk to the beach. Multiple pools. Close to a grocery store and tons of food trucks. Perfect for a large family.

Comfortable stay, great location

This 3 bedroom condo was plenty spacious for our group of 7, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed coffee on the ground-floor patio and loved being steps from the beach and the many different pools.

We had an amazing stay at “99 Steps”. The condominium was perfect for our party of 5 adults and three children under 4 years of age. We cooked a number of meals in and used the resort BBQ. The first floor location with the lanai and grass was perfect for our grandchildren to run around outside while we drank coffee in the morning. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a fabulous time at 99 Steps to the Beach. The property was lovely and ideal for families!

We were thrilled to stay at this property and definitely would come back again. The condo was well furnished and very clean. Our family really enjoyed the easy access to the beach and pool. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We loved staying here!

Everything was wonderful at this beach side property: the fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, beach and snorkeling gear, etc. We’ve stayed in other condos in this resort before and this room is now our favorite. We hope to be back soon! Aloha!

This property is perfect! Beautiful interior, nice patio. Ground floor unit offers beach access from the porch, eliminating the need to go through the interior of the resort.
