The Condo was super close to Disney, easy to find and was big enough for my wife and me, my daughter and son-in- law and their 5 kids. Pool was on the property was perfect. We unfortunately did not have time to check out the other pools and entertainment amenities. Great place, great location and a VERY reasonable price. Highly recommended!!

Right on the beach, everything is very clean, you have everything you may need in the apartment. It just has an amazing vibe overall. Can't wait to stay there again.

This property had an amazing view, but the overall quality wasn’t what we expected for the price. Overall it was a nice stay, but if your are looking for luxury, look somewhere else.

On point

We ran into some minor issues with our room. The A/C was leaking and got some of my clothes wet, but as soon as we called they came out and brought a new fan and had someone out to fix that day. They are on point with up keep and making sure we were good, even called to make sure everything was in working order and to see if we needed anything else. Great service, great response time. Thank you so much.

Little rough around the edges

There is accuracy in the listing. The amenities we wanted were included. But the room itself needs work. It’s outdated and has been used a lot. The pictures looked much nicer and newer. We were there for our anniversary. Fortunately the beach and pool was our focus.

Wonderful view but the unit was extraordinarily basic, furnishing and fixtures were old and in poor shape. Had a ten digit random code to get in the unit every time you left the room.

It was good but very basic.

The comdo was clean. I wish they had stated there was not a stove. Kitchen items were very basic - there was not a chopping board or large bowl. This is a place to stay if you eat out all the time. The property need to put carpet down in the walk way, you could here everything that was going on out there, and it sounded like they were in the room with you.

Great stay!

This is our second time as this particular resort, love the location, amenities and staff. It’s kind of towards the end of the strip so quieter but still convenient to everything we wanted to do. There was staff cleaning something every time we went downstairs. Only had an issue with parking Friday night but we were able to park across the street without a fee. Room was clean and had more kitchen items than listed. Wish I’d known there was a Keurig and air fryer for use. No dishwasher. Tv included had cable and Disney for use. Balcony furniture was really nice! I enjoyed the bed, although hubby claimed it was too soft, just wish it was bigger. Plenty of extra linens and beach accessories. Overall great stay and would stay again although I understand the resort is closing in September for a year for reconstruction, but will definitely stay again in 2026 for Jeep Beach again!

Best part about this room was the view of the beach.. I only had one complaint and that was the sheet that was left on the sofa was nasty but there clean sheets in the closet. Also the pillows had a stain but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. But will help to have cleaner ones for the next stay. I had nothing bad to say I enjoyed my stay..

Condo at Harbor Beach Resort

The condo was clean, but not good for someone wanting to cook. Only a toaster oven and microwave. The coffee maker was not working. Beautiful beach towels and view from balcony.

Lacking Some Basics

Was a nice stay and a nice room. Opened balcony door at first arrival and the door that separates rooms was locked so had a time getting out. Nothing to put ice in, no stove or portable stove, kitchen faucet spins around and could not get hot water to it, no exhaust fan in bathroom, stains on bed cover, tv in bedroom no reception.

Pictures are Deceiving

We did not have a great experience upon checking in. When we got to the room the smell was awful, the floors were dirty, mold on the air vents, the microwave was smelly! We have 2 small kids and it wasn’t the place for us. Thankfully we were able to find another place to stay and Vacasa helped us with a refund. I really hope the owners step up and do some work to this room. I do not recommend staying in 511!

Nice property. Impossible to get housekeeping if needed.

Overall not a bad experience. Had a few hiccups with the checking process and how to get the key to the building, but thankfully a worker at the property helped me out. A car parking permit was not left inside the room, so I had to procure one from the facility office. Very difficult to get, especially if you’re checking on later. It is really hard to get any kind of housekeeping service in order to get towels changed, or supplies restocked, etc. Very nice view and OK accommodations otherwise.

Lackluster to say the least not worth the money

There were almost half of the blind slats missing from the sliding door and no curtains. There was an empty box that looks to have housed some replacement slats and a bunch of broken ones inside the closet rolled up which you would think would have been thrown away but they are just sitting there. The shower head needs to be replaced. There is hardly no water coming out and the hard water is built up around the head. It’s old and outdated and doesn’t rinse nearly as well as it should. The electric bed is a great niche to the room but when you can’t use it, it makes it like it’s not there. The headboard has completely become unattached from the wall so anytime you try to use the bed to raise the head the headboard falls onto the bed and leans so you can’t use it. It’s probably also a safety hazard. We knew there was a key for the pool and beach access but it doesn’t tell you in the directions where said key is. So it took us searching the entire place to find it hanging on the wall by the bathroom. There are no instructions on how to use the tv remote. I hit a wrong button and then I was there for 20 minutes trying to figure out how to get the tv back. Although advertised, there are sheets for the fold out couch but not one single blanket for it. So there are two thin sheets to make the bed and nothing else. Ohh and 1 flat small pillow. I had to go buy a blanket. The pillows are very lacking small and flat and the only saving grace was that we brought our own. There are no open outlets anywhere to charge phones, tablets, etc. Everything in the entire place was taking up the outlets. We had to unplug things just to charge our devices. Maybe get rid of that outdated table in the corner with the weird light to at least give one outlet. There is no mention that the public park next door where people park to go to the beach seems to be open 24/7 and they aren’t told to leave. So people were on the beach after dark till 1030-1100pm blasting their music with no regard to anyone else. I could not enjoy listening to the ocean because all I could hear was reggaeton. This happened both nights of our stay. As much as we loved the beach and the cleanliness of the room and the staff on property we won’t be returning for these reasons. I’d like to add the staff here is 5 stars. They are constantly cleaning and making rounds on property. I haven’t been on vacation in two years and was hoping this would have been a perfect getaway but it wasn’t. I brought this to their attention while I was staying there and as of now being day 7 they haven’t responded other than saying the local Vacasa team had to reach out to me multiple times but I still haven’t heard from them. I tried to give them a chance to make it right but 7 days is long enough.

Good value

This condo was a good value during spring break. The condo was clean and looked “as depicted” in photos. The decor is dated, but quaint. On one night the neighbors were loud on their balcony from 10-11 pm. The balconies are all very close to one another. You can step over the rail easily from balcony to balcony. If you are on a budget, this building and condo are good.

The unit needs updates, kitchen is too small no place to prepare coffee, sofa bed very uncomfortable and it will be nice to install some smart TVs. The ocean view from the balcony a breathtaking
