VÄrt hus - '' Bara Bluffa '' - Àr en stor stuga med en fantastisk fri utsikt över Wellfleet Harbor och Cape Cod Bay. Titta pÄ bÄtarna komma och gÄ. Promenera den lugna sandstranden. Ta en femton minuters promenad lÀngs stranden över Uncle Tim Bridge i centrala Wellfleet för morgontidningen och en kopp kaffe. Njut nÄgon av Wellfleet fyra vackra havet strÀnder, bara 2 miles away. Ta med din kajak och paddla runt i vÄr vackra skyddad hamn. Entréplan: informell matplats för 6, vardagsrum med platt, vÀlutrustat kök, tvÄ fÀrgglatt inredda sovrum ett med vÄningssÀngar och det andra med en full size-sÀng. Den första vÄningen har ett badrum med beadboard vÀggar. Andra vÄningen: En ny master svit med en drottning sÀng och ett badrum med utsikt över bukten och hamnen; sovrummet har en privat dÀck med 200 + graders vyer. "Just Bluffa" har 3 sovrum, 2 fulla bad och sover 6 personer.

Amazing water views especially from the master bedroom upstairs. This part of the cape has beautiful majestic blue water and sand dune filled beaches and terrific restaurants (visit the beach comber, 5 min away!) The house was comfortable and we were able to relax and enjoy cooking in and eating on the outdoor deck. The bayside beach behind the yard is quiet and easy to get to via a path beside the house.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was exactly as described and perfectly located for relaxing walks and kayaking around the bay as well as trips to the National Seashore and Provincetown. We hope to return again next summer. Many thanks!

Perfect getaway

We reserved last minute it was a spontaneous getaway. We’ve never been to Wellfleet it is a great town. House is in a good location across from the pier lovely sunrises and sunsets. Easy check-in process and responsive hosts. Thank you Mike and Kathy!

Nice quiet location in Wellfleet harbor. Enjoyed the sunset views and the tides coming in and out, saw some seals and my baby enjoyed collecting shells on the sand. The home itself is old and vintage for sure which I understand, but needs a deep cleaning and new coats of paint on everything which left the appearance of some areas a bit off-putting and neglected. We did have to bring our own sheets and towels which was fine but did take a lot of space in luggage so be aware of that policy- I guess it’s common in this area though you can rent them from a third party company which was an extra cost. Note that the master bedroom and other two bedrooms are on different floors which is a consideration if you have young children. There was a high chair available which was appreciated. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and had a dishwasher. The host was responsive via text.

Great time on the water in Wellfleet!

We had such a great time at Mike’s place in Wellfleet. The location and beach were phenomenal, we enjoyed walking into town along the beach and catching sunsets directly from the place. Will definitely come back!

Great stay on the Cape!

Super fun stay in wellfleet is Mike’s home, he was super accommodating to our dogs. The house has a gorgeous view, and plenty of beds for larger groups. Will definitely come back!

Location, Location, Location

It's a functional beachy, pet friendly property right on Wellfleet bay harbor. Great views and opportunity to watch the ebb and flow of the tide. Tons of wildlife to watch for - seals, a minke whale, herons, buzzards, kingfishers, osprey for starters. Great walk along the beach path into town. Owner super responsive (use text).

Comfortable getaway with great views

This property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy ride to Provincetown or Orleans. Beaches to visit in all directions, take your pick, or stay home and enjoy the private beach. Perfect for ocean kayaking as it is in the harbor and you can watch the boats come and go.

The perfect getaway spot for our family's long weekend getaway!

This cottage is directly overlooking the water on the bluffs overlooking Wellfleet Harbor. The views from the decks and lawn are gorgeous, and a few steps down the hill a small quiet & uncrowded beach is yours to enjoy. It was the perfect location for our family of five's getaway for a long weekend. The owner, Mike, was extremely attentive and helpful which made for a very pleasant stay.

Good location with great views

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage! Quiet, clean, fully equipped, with direct access to small beach & water 
 owner was very attentive checking in with us to see how things were. Our dog loved the private beach area, the calm water plus trails nearby. Her first time for alll of it - her tail wagged nonstop. The sunsets really were stunning!

Great location

Mike was great, property exactly as described, view from master bedroom is amazing. Nice walk to town along the beach and across Uncle Tim’s bridge. Spotted a seal right out front. The tides are amazing. Wellfleet is too.

Adorable home on the beach

This is a great home, set on the beach and in a nice area. We enjoyed walking on the beach, everyone was so friendly to us. My dog, a golden had the time of his life swimming! The owner is very responsive and was a pleasure to work with. Thanks Mike!
