Great

There were 3 adults in our party and the room was perfect for us. We are beach bums so didn’t spend much time in the room anyways but it was just as expected and a great place to stay for our trip over a long weekend

Amazing location; dingy room

The resort amenities were amazing! Pool, tiki bar, ice cream, umbrella service… The room, however, was dingy and worn out with a computer chair as the only balcony furniture, feminine pad stuck to the wall behind the Murphy bed, and worn out furnishings. We would stay at this resort again, but not room 706!

Communication with the host was great...at first. They accommodated us for an additional night as we wanted to come to Myrtle Beach early for a wedding. Upon arrival, we noticed the resort was a little older and out-dated, but that was no big deal at all. We were only staying for a few days anyway. However, upon entering our suite, the room was sticky, the sheets were damp from the humidity and there was condensation on things because the air conditioner didn't work, and the icing on the cake was that there were roaches in the room. I texted the host letting them know and the response was that they'd let maintenance know and that the air stops working because of the condensation in the room.Unfortunately, we couldn't stay there. I had to book a different resort. I texted the host and let them know that we were leaving and didn't get a response except "I will let management know." I was understanding that we did stay the one night as we arrived at 2am and had nowhere else to go, so I wasn't expecting a refund for that day, just the remaining days we couldn't stay. The host ignored me for dayssent photos of the roaches and finally got a response of "those are palmetto bugs. They are common in the south." Which, if you google it, Palmetto bug is literally just another term for a roach. After being incredibly patient I finally had to get a hold of VRBO to get an issue refunded. 10/10 do not recommend.

Well…it’s right on the beach.

If you just need a place to rest your head, this is fine, but it is too small to really accommodate the 6 people as it advertises even though there are 3 double beds. Throw in a 4 person table and a 3 ft kitchenette and everyone needs to find a place to be comfy or just head out to the beach for room to move. The carpet was grimy, and beach places should not have carpet in them anyway. It was not the cleanest due to mildew on the shower curtain and dirty air circulating fans, but there was no trash and it smelled of cleaner when we arrived. Like I said, if you just need a place to rest your head, three adults could be comfortable here, and it is right on the beach so that’s a plus. Parking was not great, but there was ample room to park as long as you don’t mind parking at the garage across the street from the “resort.” Fair warning… if you try to park at the garage on the resort side and get to the 6th level, there is no turn around room, so work on your 3-6 point turn around skills. We didn’t try out the pools because there were lots of families with kids wearing swim pants, but the pools appeared to have plenty of chlorine as the water was a bit cloudy. ;-)

DISGUSTING ROOM!!! Don't stay at this property!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is disgusting, mold on everything, dust on fans that where in the room to cool the room because air was broken, called maintenance and he text me to unplug the unit and plug it back in to see if it would work, stated that it could not be turned below 70 or it would turn off for 4 hours, beds were filthy. Linens were 20 plus years old. Front door would not lock except from the Inside. Floor was soaked from air being broken. It was horrible!!! I am asking for a full refund. Also. I'm Sheila from GA. Not NA.

Horrible check in and out process!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You have to check in to get your keys at a another location than where you’re staying. Without a car it cost an estimated extra $20 for a Lyft. Same situation when returning the keys. Check in was supposed to be between 3-5 pm. Our room wasn’t ready at 4, and they said they have until 5. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time so that I wouldn’t have had to wait an hour in their office. My child needed to use the restroom and they wouldn’t let him.When we arrived our air conditioning wasn’t working.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pleased with location. I would give room a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness. Air conditioner in bedroom area did not work, but living area air kept rooms fairly cool. Place to pick up and drop off keys was inconvenient. Happy with stay.
