Overall, the cabin was fine for what we needed - a place to sleep. The property was well stocked with supplies and was in a convenient location to Dollywood. We had some issues with check-in and cleanliness, but the host addressed both of those promptly. As someone with young children, I appreciate the cabin being one story.

The location was great. The house needs a deep cleaning. It was tidy but not clean. The deck was our favorite part of the house but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with a fear of heights. We were in the treetops.

Great location

Secluded side of Hidden Springs, is very private but close to Dollywood and avoids the park traffic altogether. We enjoyed our time in the trees and especially the fireplace when the weather turned.

Kids first trip to the Smoky Mountains

This was a great place! We had a couple hiccups at first that were quickly corrected by the owner. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay. You are just minutes away from great restaurants and attractions! We will definitely be staying here again in the near future!

A great break from work!

My friends from work and I stayed for a few nights and it was perfect - a quiet, quaint cabin at the top of the neighborhood, so it’s the last house on the left and I loved not having anyone beside us! The hot tub was great and the back porch had great views, even for the middle of winter!

Beautiful surroundings

Great cabin, unfortunately internet band width not strong enough to stream in a busy vacation spot, so be prepared not to watch tv. Lots of dvd choices to choose from though. Very centrally located for trips to pigeon forge and gatlinburg.

Winter Vacation in the Great Smokey Mountains

The cabin was better than what the pictures displayed! This place was awesome with many amentias like cups, pans, utensils... The rooms were big and cozy. The deck was a great place to sit and have a few drinks. The fireplace made it seem like you were right at home. The furniture was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect touch to our winter vacation. All in all this was by far one of the best places my family and I have stayed at! Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get away or go skiing or snow tubing in the area.

Amazing

Such a fantastic place to stay. Beautiful views, great location, hot tub was phenomenal, amazing hot water with great pressure in the shower. A helpful little guide to tell you about places to go, things to see. The pool was great for the kids, a little chilly for me. It's not heated, just covered - which they tell you in the description, but I thought it would be warm being inside. We got lost trying to find the place - no fault of the owners... but we did lose service wandering around the wrong side of the mountain so be sure your address is correct in Google maps before heading out. The owner was great help. Very quick to respond when I was panicking when we got back into town.

Double booked and walked in on an occupied house

We all make mistakes and I get that double bookings are inevitable. It was very difficult to get in touch with owner prior to arrival and the communication between the booking and the arrival was poor at best. Owner was nice and offered to book a hotel. All of this could have been discovered and resolved earlier in the day had the owner been on top of things. VRBO was of no assistance in helping me find another place to stay at 9PM at night. Was left on hold forever.

Great cabin close to Dollywood

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was the perfect size for us. The kids enjoyed the bunk bed and having their own bathroom. The hot tub was a nice bonus. A couple of things could have made this a five-star review. The place was pretty dusty, like it needed a good deep cleaning of lamps, decor, moldings, etc. I think the regular cleaning was done well though. Also, the hot tub was not warm enough to actually use the first night, which was disappointing since we were only there two nights. Finally, we did not realize until the kids’ bedtime that the sheets were not on the bunk bed. Putting sheets on a bunk bed is just not fun, especially when everyone is tired and ready to sleep. Overall, these things are pretty minor, so I would still recommend staying here and would stay again. It’s in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, but it’s only five minutes from Dollywood.

The cabin was exactly what we needed! Comfortable beds, lots of kitchen items, clean bathrooms! Just a minutes from Dollywood and other activities. The cabin was at the end of our cul-de-sac so it was a perfect location and easy to get out of. We really enjoyed our stay!

This cabin has a great location in a quiet community. It is spacious enough for 2 couples and comfortable. We stayed here a few years ago and you can tell it needs a little TLC. Communication this time was much different, and I had to leave repeated messages to get the codes for cabin and condo. I would probably rent again.

Overall our stay was good, The cabin is nice, but the bedroom TV's didn't work. I reached out to the unit owner several times via text and once to VRBO. We didn't have our computer and thought someone would have answered us via text or phone call.

Loved the location to all attractions. The start of our trip was rocky but worked out well for us in the end. Seeing the fireworks every night was a hit with all ages. I would stay again.

Amazing location!

This is a great rental property. It was very clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen items (pans, dishes, etc). Nice quiet back deck with hot tub. The location was great. You literally just go about a mile past the entrance of Dollywood and a couple quick turns and a gate later you are there. Central to everything!

I loved the location of this cabin and the decor. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were nice. My granddaughter loved the bunk beds. The cabin needs a deep cleaning as previously stated in reviews. The curtains have a lot of dust on them and the walls in the bathroom are covered with dust. The door going to the deck from the master bathroom needs to have the blind removed and cleaned.
