Great host

The trip got off to a rocky start, but the host was contacted and she immediately responded to our concerns. Once the issue was resolved, we enjoyed the rest of our trip and would stay here again on our next trip to this area.

Great Location

Great Location, away from the hustle and bustle but still close to many activities. Great communication! Kids loved the bottom and jacuzzi. Just missing some staples…No extra trash bags, no hand soap at any sink, paper towels almost empty with no extra, no dish cloth or sponge to wash dishes. All minor but we did have to stop at a store to grab some of these things. We would still stay again.

Great Cabin

This cabin worked well for our family. It was super close to Dollywood and the main strip for food. We enjoyed our stay. For the most part everything was clean. We did have a trash issue with the bins outside being full, but communicated with the property owner and had a resolution. We would stay here again!

Great location

Our family of 4 had an enjoyable stay at the cabin. There were some issues that the owner was responsive about correcting. Others, like the slow internet, noisy ceiling fans, malfunctioning hot tub, didn't bother us too much but would have been nice to use. Hidden Springs is a great location for visiting Dollywood and Pigeon Forge!

Double booked and walked in on an occupied house

We all make mistakes and I get that double bookings are inevitable. It was very difficult to get in touch with owner prior to arrival and the communication between the booking and the arrival was poor at best. Owner was nice and offered to book a hotel. All of this could have been discovered and resolved earlier in the day had the owner been on top of things. VRBO was of no assistance in helping me find another place to stay at 9PM at night. Was left on hold forever.

Fall break getaway with family

We absolutely loved our first VRBO experience at this cabin. It was exactly as described. Brittney was great at communicating with us. We would definitely stay here again. Our family loved the coziness of this cabin and the convenience of all the nearby attractions. The hot tub was a definite hit with our family.

Mountain retreat

From inquiry to check-in Brittney was helpful and responsive. The cabin was clean and nicely appointed with basics. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils. Brittney was very accommodating with our request regarding pets (exotic bird and dogs). I'm sure there aren't many people asking to bring their bird and she didn't miss a beat. The pet deposit was very fair. The cabin is secluded and quiet. You can see the fireworks nightly from Dollywood which was a nice bonus. The community pool is a quick car ride down the mountain. I wouldn't say it is walkable, it is steep windy road. You're far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough that it doesn't seem tedious to drive into Pigeon Forge or Sevierville. We would definitely stay again should we venture back to Tennessee.

Close to Dollywood

We enjoyed our stay! Brittney was very responsive to some cleaning issues and a repair need we had! She even found a repairman that came out on a holiday to make things right! Be sure your car can handle the steep road to the cabin and be sure to bring your swimsuit! The hot tub was a real hit with my family! Can’t beat the quick drive to Dollywood!

Family Vacation

Our stay at this cabin was great! It was so close to Dollywood and was very easy to get from the cabin to Smokey Mountain National Park. This was our first time using VRBO and I don’t think I’ll go back to a hotel for vacation stays again.

Bigger than it looks in the pics!

This cabin was so conveniently close to Dollywood and Splash Country as well as Pigeon Forge but tucked comfortably into the peace and quiet of the country. The cabin had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was hot and the back deck was private and felt like being in a tree house. The showers were also nice and hot. Hidden Springs resort is quiet and clean. The kids loved having access to the pool. I messaged Brittany a few times with questions and she promptly replied. She was very helpful and friendly. We hope to rent the same cabin next year!

Great spot!

Lovely spot close to the top of a hill. Clean with incredibly comfortable beds. Very convenient to Dollywood, the main drag in Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. The hot tub was a huge hit. The kitchen was pretty much fully-equipped with the exception of a strainer/colander, which I'd bring with me if I were planning on doing much cooking. I'd absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Do know that if you arrive in snowy weather, you might have trouble getting up the very steep roads leading to the cabin in a regular car.

Family Get away

This cabin was everything that we expected. The host provided us with a lot of information before our trip that made our stay enjoyable. The back porch is the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee or wacth the sunset while eating dinner. The only issue we had was with the hot tub. The jets wouldn't stay on and the pressure was really low. BUT this could be user error 😆 overall, a great place to spend a weekend in the Gatlinburg area.

Great cabin close to Dollywood

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was the perfect size for us. The kids enjoyed the bunk bed and having their own bathroom. The hot tub was a nice bonus. A couple of things could have made this a five-star review. The place was pretty dusty, like it needed a good deep cleaning of lamps, decor, moldings, etc. I think the regular cleaning was done well though. Also, the hot tub was not warm enough to actually use the first night, which was disappointing since we were only there two nights. Finally, we did not realize until the kids’ bedtime that the sheets were not on the bunk bed. Putting sheets on a bunk bed is just not fun, especially when everyone is tired and ready to sleep. Overall, these things are pretty minor, so I would still recommend staying here and would stay again. It’s in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, but it’s only five minutes from Dollywood.

Kids first trip to the Smoky Mountains

This was a great place! We had a couple hiccups at first that were quickly corrected by the owner. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay. You are just minutes away from great restaurants and attractions! We will definitely be staying here again in the near future!
