Denna charmiga rustika planteringsstuga i planteringsstil i International Colony Club (ett lågdensitetskomplex med 40 enfamiljstugor) är den perfekta platsen att helt koppla ur och koppla av eller behandla som din hemmabas för alla dagtid och nattaktiviteter i West Maui.

-Ved en vägg-till-vägg renovering 2019 har denna stuga ett öppet levande koncept inklusive en vägg av fönster som leder ut till en mysig lanai med en stor soffa och två vilstolar - den plats du vill tillbringa det mesta av din tid när du inte är på stranden eller poolen.

-ICC-grannskapet är en lugn tropisk tillflyktsort för familjer, par eller en liten grupp nära vänner.

-En av de två poolerna ligger precis bakom gräsmattan.

-Bara två kvarter bort ligger Airport Beach (Kahekili), Mauis dolda pärla med en lång sandstrand och en strandpromenad på 5 mil vid havet. Snorkla revet med tropisk fisk och sköldpaddor några meter från stranden. Koppla av med lokalbefolkningen vid solnedgången eller njut av en cocktail på de många barer och restauranger vid vattnet upp och ner på Kaanapali-stranden.

-Master sovrum har king size-säng och angränsande badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng med två dubbla våningssängar. Köket har granitbänkar, induktionsplatta och verktyg för gourmetmatlagning. Regndusch i båda badrummen, plus en utomhusdusch direkt efter stranden eller poolen.

Peaceful, great location

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo/bungalow was clean, peaceful, quite. It's close to beaches but also away from crowds of tourists. Super comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Loved having the patio to relax. Great place.

Perfect spot for our family of 5

We loved this cottage. Clean, tasteful/modern decor. Enough space for my husband and I and our three daughters. In addition to the bedrooms, the common area was big enough to gather: as was dining area and outdoor dining area. We loved the proximity to the pool. The cottage was quiet & private. I would absolutely stay there again. The management team was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying here! The place was clean, rules were clear and easy to follow, and we were a short 5min walk to the beaches. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Would highly reccomend!

Well appointed and relaxing west Maui home

The location was great. Less than 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach that has great snorkeling, swimming and sun bathing. You can also drive to the beach and there was always parking if you have a bunch of stuff (chairs, sand toys, etc). The home had everything we needed. Partial ocean views and a view of Lanai Island from the covered patio. Very peaceful place. Would highly recommend!

Paradise Vacay

The cottage was lovely, comfortable, & well equipped ! Having coffee each morning on the lanai was a great way to start the day! The location of the cottage was perfect; easily accessible to the beach, shopping, & restaurants! Yes, we would choose to stay here again!

Lovely Cottage near Kahekili Beach Park

Perfect two bedroom cottage a short distance away from the beach. The cottage was very clean and orderly. Perfect amount of space for my wife and I and our two children (11 & 8). We enjoyed having our coffee on the back porch in the mornings and dinner at night. The beach was a short distance away. You could either walk or drive. The parking lot at the beach was never full. We would definitely stay here again.

Great cottage

We had a wonderful time, the kids loved the bunk beds and the pool. Close to the beach. Great cottage with a large deck for relaxing at home. Highly recommend - we'll be coming back!

Great place

Property was as described. Small but had everything you would need. Nicely stocked kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Property management company was very quick at responding to any issues (coffee pot quit working and we had a new one that same day). The only issue i would say-and not really an issue- was that the garbage cans were quite a walk from the condo. It was not a problem for us but might have been if you had mobility issues.

Absolutely amazing!!!!

We stayed for one week (July 2023) and had the most amazing time. The property is fantastic and beautiful inside and out. Tons of room for 4 people. 5 min walk or 2 minute drive to beach. Lots of beach items provided (cooler, chairs, toys for small children.) outdoor living space was awesome. It felt like home. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Best family trip!

We loved our time at this cute cottage in Maui! It’s located in a quiet area, private and walking distance to beach! It was fully equipped with everything you need and comfortable for our family of 5. We loved sitting out on the lanai. We would definitely stay here again!

Location, Location, Location

The International Colony Club is a gem of a location. It is close to the beaches, Lahaina, and Whaler's Village, but it is private, quiet, and secluded. We enjoyed every minute there, especially the lanai which was steps from the heated pool.

Amazing location

We absolutely loved being in Lahaina! So many quick and convenient places/beaches to get too. If you forget to make a reservation at Dukes - drive over (or walk) and put your name on the list, then head to the beach until your table is ready. We had the perfect amount of space for our 3 kiddos (ages 5-9) to share one bedroom, while Mom& Dad had the other. Kids enjoyed the outdoor shower (much needed after big days snorkeling and playing in the sand). We also loved the outdoor patio!! The house was exceptionally clean, tons of amenities and well thought out. We be would absolutely stay again on our next trip. We stayed for a week.

Amazing!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was carefully thought out at this nicely renovated home. From beach materials like surfboard, goggles and life vests, to bath towels and toiletries, and a full kitchen with pots, pans, herbs and spices, and a coffee maker! This is the perfect vacation home for your stay!

All it promised and more

This property was perfect for our family of 5. It was all the listing promised and more. Clean, well stocked, accessible to the pool and only a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The outdoor shower, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, and other amenities were well maintained and convenient. We had friends in family in town and were able to host and comfortably entertain both indoors and out on the lanai. I’m already missing my morning coffee here and looking forward to another visit!

ICC 20 for a short Vacation

My wife and I rented ICC 20 to be with family for a short vacation and it was perfect for our needs. We had 4 adults staying there and there was room for all. We also had about 5 friends and family groups staying nearby, all in ICC. Our #20 turned out to be the gathering place. The deck, grill and and proximity to the pool worked great and access to the parking lot is perfect. Close, to bring items in, but not so close you get parking noise. The little house itself is just as pictured. Super clean and comfortable. It's a beach cottage style with everything recently redone. Kitchen was well stocked, rooms were big enough and clean, and having two bathrooms was great. Washer /dryer was a great convenience. I highly reccommend this cottage. Because we had family nearby in ICC I was able to see 2 other cottages. Both were stellar. One additional note. The full time residents were great. We felt welcomed by everyone we met. This is a hidden gem and everyone I spoke to in our extended group felt the same.

We felt so at home here and with the pool right in the back yard area and a beautiful beach about a block and a half away, this was such a gem. The 5 of us had plenty of space and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Perfect location!

This property met our needs perfectly! Two couples in their 50's who just wanted to relax in the mornings, go to the beach, shop some, and spend time in the water found this perfect for our return trip to Maui. We had to remind ourselves we were in Maui as the back lanai was so perfect and comfortable! I would definately recommend this lovely cottage!

Wonderfully redone and well stocked

So many great things about this unit, the layout is great for several different family configurations. Beds very comfortable. Bright updated layout with an awesome back porch for rinsing off after a beach day and hanging up things to dry, plus some beach chairs to get you started. Great porch couch and table for chilling, and even a TRX hook, they really thought of everything. Amazingly well stocked kitchen with a ninja blender to make fun drinks. We rented several units on this property and this was by far the best. Lovely property overall... Nice pool and friendly neighbors, and you can be at the beach in a few minutes.
