NÀr du kommer fram till vÄr vackra nya fastighet, hittar du parkering för 2 fordon i vÄrt garage och parkering för ytterligare 2 bilar i uppfarten utanför garaget.

Du kommer in i vÄrt 3 vÄningar hem pÄ den nedre nivÄn, som har en rymlig foajé med bÀnk sittplatser och en stor tÀcka garderob (eller barnvagn garderob!). Underbara trÀgolv gÄr över hela hemmet, med undantag för kakelgolv i badet. Ta trappan till de viktigaste vardagsrummen, som har ett stort kök och matplats som öppnar till det avkopplande vardagsrummet. VÄrt kök Àr fullt utrustat för alla dina hemlagningsbehov. Great stay in Asheville!

This home is great! It was just as pictured, super clean, and very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood seems brand new and is very quiet. Communication with the property manager was super fast and helpful. Would absolutely stay there again!

So nice.

Beautiful, new property with everything you need! Plenty of room for our extended family. We loved all of the details - they thought of everything. Aluminum foil, variety of cooking supplies, salt/pepper, scissors, laundry detergent, makeup wipes, etc. It really made our stay simple. We loved the view from the balcony - we watched fireworks on the 4th of July with the mountains in the background. Just gorgeous. Beds were comfy and towels were fresh and new. Lots of stairs in the unit and the place is on a hill to go down to the shops/restaurants if there are any mobility concerns.

Great location, recently updated with nice bedding. My toes were not a fan of the wood box mattress in the master. Deck is a nice size for hanging out with a group. I would definitely return to this lovely townhouse and recommend it to my friends.

Amazing property

Everything about this property was amazing. We had 6 women for a girls weekend. The property was well stocked kitchen and linens. So many places for sleeping arrangements. We could have easily had more people join us comfortably. Best equipped rental I have ever stayed in. Would highly recommend and would rent from again.

Best Rental in Asheville Ever!

Jessica was a wonderful host from the beginning of our stay till the very end. The house is in a gorgeous neighborhood and really is just minutes from downtown Asheville. The decor is just so well thought out and so are all the amenities and necessities. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and she left little gifts for him to enjoy upon our arrival. We will DEFINITELY be back.

Sisters Weekend!

Beautiful, spacious townhome (newer construction) in a lovely neighborhood! We could walk to restaurant and sports bar 3 blocks away! Very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Sat out on deck every night and watched sunsets over mountains! Close drive to downtown and attractions. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

The location of this property

quiet neighborhood, beautiful Mountain View’s off deck. It was very clean throughout,plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed using the deck the most for the cool weather. This property was 15 minutes from downtown Asheville to enjoy the restaurants and breweries and also close to Blue Ridge Parkway and lots of nature

50th Birthday Girls Trip

The house was the perfect place for our girls trip. There was plenty of room for the seven of us. The kitchen worked out well for our homemade brunch and our favorite spot was the porch. The property manager, Jessica, was extremely helpful before and during our stay. My only tiny complaint is that the porch could have more seating. While the bar is nice, the stools are not as comfortable to sit in as the two wicker chairs. Overall it was a wonderful experience, convenient to Asheville and the Biltmore. We also enjoyed dinner at the neighborhood pub during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great for a group

We rented this location for my sister's bachelorette. The place was lovely, clean, and very inviting. The check in and check out process were very smooth and the location was great. Super close to everything Asheville had to offer. We had no regrets, and would love to stay here again.

Girls Weekend in Asheville

This home was perfect for our Girls' Weekend. The open floor plan made visiting in one area work beautifully - even when one conversation was at the kitchen island, one was around the table, and one was in front of the fireplace! There was enough room to spread out but still all be together. The fact that there are FOUR single beds in this house made us very happy. I think this was the biggest plus of the house!! We admired the artwork, the furnishings, even the bedding. Very well done! Everything was so clean and new! The view of the mountains at sunset was picture perfect. We would love to go back. There is so much to do in Asheville!
