Omgivet av skogar, är detta lugna och privata reträtt en stor flykt om du bor i och njut av bekvämligheterna på platsen eller gå ut för att besöka lokala attraktioner. Mt. Trevlig Lodge är tillräckligt stor för hela familjen, gruppen, brudens fest, återförening, kyrkans reträtt, flickvänner eller killar fly. Sover bekvämt 10 i sängar och 4 extra på utdragbara soffor (14 totalt).

Dold på 15 hektar trädbevuxen egendom, vi är några minuter från Dover, New Philadelphia och Amish land. Närliggande attraktioner inkluderar historiska platser som Schoenbrunn Village, Zoar Village och Fort Laurens. Närliggande museer inkluderar Warther Museum, Auman Museum of Radio & Television och Dennison Railroad Depot Museum. Flera fina lokala osthus och vingårdar finns också i området som Yaggi's Cheesehouse och Breitenbach vinkällare. Bara 25 minuter till Canton och Pro Football Hall of Fame, mindre än en timme till Akron och en och en halv timme från Cleveland-området. Columbus och Pittsburgh är 2 timmar bort. Vi är lättillgängliga från I-77 (5 minuters bilresa från interstate).

En privat 100 ft uppfart leder vägen till våra fyra sovrum, tre badrum lodge förbises av över 5 hektar park som gård och 10 hektar skogar. Mt. Trevlig Lodge har ett stort stort rum med en ny fantastisk eldstad. Det fullt utrustade köket har nyligen uppdaterats och ett stort specialbyggt Amish-bord har plats för alla. Det stora sovrummet och badrummet, tillsammans med ytterligare två sovrum och ytterligare bad ligger på första våningen. Det fjärde sovrummet och det sista badrummet ligger i källaren. Källaren har också en TV-krog med en vintage videospelare och storbilds-TV. Krogen har en dragkrok och gardiner kan stängas för att ge mer integritet. Källaren har också en andra utdragbar soffa tillsammans med ett biljardbord, air hockey bord och gas spis. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i ett separat rum nere. Lodgeen har också en standbygenerator vid ett strömavbrott. Lodge har bra mobiltelefon mottagning, WiFi via en Verizon hot spot, men har inte kabel-tv.

Skogen är en utmärkt plats för barn att springa, klättra bergarter och spela i den lilla bäcken som ligger på baksidan av fastigheten. Barn trivs utomhus och det här är platsen för att bli våt, smutsig och lek.

Perfect place for kids

This was the perfect place to entertain our grandchildren who range in age from one to 10 years old, especially during the colder months of winter/spring. The pool area has everything you need for the little ones, including a water table and wading pool, and the older kids had a great time with all the water toys that were provided for the large pool. We lucked out with the weather and were able to take advantage of the playset and zipline in the yard too, which were a big hit, but if you're limited to the inside, there's plenty to do! There are so many unexpected surprises along the way, like the delicious box of amazing cookies in the kitchen! Can't say enough about Rose and her family hosting this property.

Awesome Place ! The Millers

We stayed with our friends ! we had a very great time The place was very clean and beautiful ! We have a Son that is handicap and it did not bother me to have him crawling on the floor . The kids and everybody loved the pool house and game room The cookies she left us didnt last long ! I definitly stay there again

Cozy Weekend

My family had an amazing restful weekend at the Mt. Pleasant Lodge. The cabin was very spacious and clean, the beds were so cozy and the basement playroom kept the grandkids busy and happy! We enjoyed the pool house, hot tub and gathering around the fire pit at night. I highly recommend staying here!!

Gorgeous Property with Unbelievable Amenities

The Mt. Pleasant Lodge is an incredible property complete with every amenity imaginable. The pool, hot tub and game room were a huge hit; there was something for everyone. Rose is an incredible hostess and went out of her way to leave balloons and cookies for my mom’s birthday. The s’more kit was incredible. I highly recommend and hope to return again!!

Best VRBO ever

Nine Ladies got together and we couldn’t have enjoyed our few days more. This house is beautiful. Every amenity is over the top. We had such a great great time. Not one complaint and I can’t say enough about this location and home. Just go there.!!!!! The house is decorated beautifully and has everything you need. From the moment you walk in, you will feel welcome.and warm! We enjoyed the indoor pool and outside hot tub. Couldn’t have asked for better stay. Loved it.

The property is absolutely stunning. Super clean, so much room to spread out, and there’s something for everyone to do!! The pool was our grandchildren’s favorite thing by far!! Rose has a way of knocking it out of the park! Our family have stayed at maple pond and mt pleasant lodge. The pool house was a huge hit with our grands! The parents didn’t have to worry about sunscreen and heat outside. They also loved the game room downstairs and the two little rocking chairs upstairs. She thinks of everything and is quick to respond to questions and changes you may make. I am local but the kids come from Massillon bolivar and Parma heights… not a far drive so more together time. Never disappointed… did I mention they have three refrigerators????!!!!! Game changer☺️

Wonderful stay! Must stay!

We had an amazing time at Mt Pleasant Lodge. There were loads of activities that we could do just on the property, so we never got bored. We used the hot tub, pool, and firepit. We also did a short round of frisbee golf, even though we were pretty sub par. We loved that the cabin was pet friendly, so our dogs could be with us and have fun around the property. We also took them to a near by park to get their energy out - Norma Johnson Center. There were so many amenities in the cabin, including tons of spices, plenty of towels and having multiple fridges was a plus too. We would love to come back and stay again!! It was truly a perfect stay!!

Wonderful, Relaxing, Well Stocked, Private, Quiet

We had a wonderful stay at Mt. Pleasant Lodge. Rose went above and beyond with keeping in touch and making sure we enjoyed our stay. All of the little extra things she included were appreciated. It was the best well stocked place we have ever stayed. We cooked three meals a day and had every utensil, pot, skillet, dish, etc. that we needed. There were plenty of towels for baths, swimming and going in the hot tub. There are a wide variety of activities for all ages. My almost two year old granddaughter enjoyed the busy board and slide in the basement and the swings and zip line outside. The young adults had a great time in the pool and hot tub as well as the pool table, ping pong, connect four and video games in the basement. There is also a disc golf course on the property. The house was easy for my 82 year old mom to get around. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very convenient for her and she was able to use the concrete sidewalk to walk outside around to the basement.

Perfect trip for a family with littles!

We truly had the most amazing experience staying at Mt. Pleasant Lodge with our family. We had 6 kiddos with us ranging from 9 months old to 12 and there really was something for everyone! The best part was that since the kids were safe and entertained, we adults were able to actually just relax (a true luxury when you have little ones) The indoor pool was definitely everyone’s favorite and absolutely incredible. 😍 I also really appreciated the extra conveniences like pool towels, a high chair, and pack n’ play. Plus the kitchen was full stocked with everything you needed except the food, even a full spice rack! Can’t say enough good things about this place and can’t wait to come back!!!

Mt. Pleasant Lodge

My family had an amazing weekend getaway at Mt. Pleasant Lodge. There was so much to do on the property! We enjoyed disc golf and went on hikes everyday with a marked trail right behind the house. We bonded each night as we played pool and ping pong in the basement every night. We relaxed in the pool and hot tub each day. Had a bonfire with wood supplied to us. It was a perfect getaway and allowed us to connect with nature and each other. I will definitely be recommended to anyone and everyone!

Great property & location!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mt. Pleasant Lodge. It was a great location to meet up for our spread-out family between Columbus and Pittsburgh. While being private and remote, the property is still within 15 minutes of grocery stores, etc. We ventured out to Sugar Creek one day but spent most of our time at the property as there was so much to enjoy there. The pool was a big hit with the little ones (and adults too)! Rose was a great host -- very attentive and responsive. We had a maintenance issue during our stay, and she had someone out to fix it right away. If you are looking for a peaceful place to get away, relax and enjoy family, we recommend Mt. Pleasant Lodge. We are hoping to be able to return again in the future.

The Best

We have stayed in many rental homes for vacation, but no home or host compare to Your Family’s Place and Rose. We stayed at Mt. Pleasant Lodge and it was immaculate and stocked with all the necessities and bonus treats as well. Rose called the day before our trip to see if we had any questions or needs, no host has ever done that! Our grandchildren had so much fun swimming in the beautiful new pool, playing disc golf and using the zip line, plus all the games in the basement. Rose truly knows how to make her rentals a place for families.

Family Vacation

Absolutely Beautiful Property

Love this place. We had an amazing stay in this stunning home. Beautiful property, quiet and tranquil. Best communication and very courteous owners, always checking to make sure our stay was the best it could possibly be. The property and home have everything to make your stay absolutely perfect. The game room downstairs is set up for kids and teens to enjoy their time indoors and the property is a perfect host for games and adventures outside. The kitchen and living space upstairs is inviting and allows adults to have their own space to relax and unwind. You can’t go wrong with this property. Can’t wait to try out the new pool on our next adventure to this home.

What a wonderful cabin this is! It’s secluded and peaceful, so that you can take in the serenity of nature. Rose was a fantastic host and had superb communication. The check-in and check-out process was simplistic. Overall this was a fantastic experience and would highly recommend to others.

Family escape

Great experience. Fun escape with plenty to do for our multi-generational group. Well stocked home and host was very responsive. Kids and adults enjoyed the games downstairs.

A nice getaway for us moms

We very much enjoyed our stay for our MOMS Club retreat! Rose and Brian were extremely nice and helpful and eager to make sure our stay was perfect. The rooms were clean, organized, and very comfy! We'll most likely stay again in the summer/spring time to be able to utilize everything their property has to offer! Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality!
