Välkommen till Sterling Reef 1207!

Denna lägenhet har uppdaterats så att den är som helt ny. Vår lägenhet är en tre sovrum tre badstrand 12: e våningen bostad som sover 8 bekvämt eftersom alla rum och vardagsrummet är ganska stora. Du hittar balkongen utsikt över världens vackraste stränder för att vara underbar. Vi gillar att föra vår kikare tillsammans när vi kommer så att vi kan njuta av vårt morgonkaffe medan vi tittar på delfiner som spelar i bukten. Vi har försäkrat oss om att vår lägenhet är inredd för maximal komfort. Vi ville skapa känslan av hemma på stranden. Vi ville också göra detta till ett hem hemifrån. För oss och för våra gäster.

Spring Break '25

It's hard to find a condo with two masters and this one was great! Great seating in the living room too. The kitchen was a little cramped, but had everything you need. We didn't cook anyway so it didn't matter. The mattresses need updating, but the furniture was very noce

Great return stay

We’ve stayed here a few times now and it’s still our favorite. There are some new updates - master bath, kitchen, bedrooms, and furniture throughout. The new master shower was great! The property is well maintained, parking was easy, quick beach access, and lovely views. It definitely feels like home away from home. I look forward to returning again!

Amazing Stay!!!

There was no check in… Just park, go to your room and there you go. Easy! The Condo was better than described! It was clean and very comforting! With it being a large corner unit it was very private with amazing views! My family and I have been to Panama City Beach every year since 2015 and I have to say this was the best cleanest condo we’ve had yet! Very Pleased!!!

Nice Place, Good Location

The condo was in a great location to all the places we wanted to visit during our stay—just 3-10 minutes. My family and I did enjoy this location overall! A few things were that the outer frame of water/ice dispenser on the freezer side of the refrigerator fell off unless very gently handled. The frame was already broken at the bottom so it essentially had nothing to hold it up. The drawer with the silverware was broken on the left side which appeared to be previously fixed but maybe the glue finally gave way. The stackable washer and dryer were very convenient being in the unit but being a front loader, the washer had mold in the rubber gasket. Mold isn’t great to start, but I am allergic and I had a minor allergic reaction after washing clothes. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving but several items still had the sticker on the bottom of the cookware and were unusable as I was afraid the adhesive would be an issue on the stovetop or oven. The dishwasher didn’t appear to be fully inserted into the cabinet as the padding was visible on the right side, so we did not use it. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great! The hot water kept up with 3 showers going at the same time and we didn’t have to plan around 4 people taking showers and getting ready before going out to eat. The views were amazing and great view of the sunset every night overlooking the pier. Having the beach service included was great as well!

Very nice condo

We had a great time and the condo was very nice and spacious. The parking was easy and always can find a spot. The only complaint is the elevators had long wait times. That is expected but was extreme a few times.

No Worries :-)

We had five adults stay here and we didn’t have any problems at all. View was spectacular! Balcony was great, living room was very comfortable, bathrooms were all very nice, hot water, cold AC. We did Zoo World, Gulf World, escape room, axe throwing, mini golf, shopping and lots of different types of restaurants all within a 20 minute drive and several within a 5 minute drive. 12th floor so had some minor elevator waits going down but not excessive. We would visit here again.

1207 vacation

The living room Tv needs replacing. Lines in the screen. Door from living room to balcony very hard to open. Could use an overall deep cleaning. The layout was terrific. A lot of privacy for each bedroom. I would stay here again

Hot summer daze

Very nice. Our family could relax and enjoy our stay. We did find a few issues. The tv in the livingroom had issues lines in screen. The showerhead in the third bedroom was broken and leaking. The sliding door in the kitchen needs some repairs.

Great room

This was a great room. Was able to check in early. Parking was easy. Elevators were quick. Room is very close to elevators which was convenient. Room was spacious. The balcony was awesome. The WiFi was best I’ve seen at condos like this. Speed was >100Mbps and was able to stay connected and get over 50Mbps on the beach! Our new favorite place.

Best Rental I’ve Ever Booked

This was the best condo/rental I have ever booked. The property was clean, on the beach, close to everything, and had every utensil and kitchen item you could wish to have even at home - which made the stay so much better. The rooms were spacious, it had two separate balconies, and the place was truly a dream. I’ll definitely rebook if it is available next time we go. The only negatives were that the elevators were slow, and I lost my parking pass (totally my fault) and wasn’t quite sure how to get it replaced - but fortunately, I was not towed - though I did receive a citation that I would be if I didn’t display a pass. Even that was a positive though, because it meant they genuinely patrolled the lots. Great rental - highly recommended.

Perfect rental for our needs, great location!

Loved our corner unit with the large balcony and awesome views of the beach and main strip. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms well stocked with towels. No beach towels provided though so be sure and bring your own. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking your own meals. My only complaint is that the sofa bed was broken so my grandson had to just sleep on the couch. I let maintenance know so hopefully it will get fixed before the next person wants to use it. We spent most of the time out on the deck enjoying the wonderful view and breeze coming off the ocean when we weren’t down at the beach. I would definitely recommend this property!

Loved the balcony!

This property was exceptional! Clean and well appointed. Great location and easy beach access. Comfortable beds and living area. The view from the master and balcony access was our favorite. Lack of communication for early check-in was annoying but overall we would definitely chose this condo again

Our favorite place to stay

This our second time renting here because we loved it so much the first time. 3 bed/3 bath is the perfect accommodation for our family. Everyone has their own private space and there’s never a line for the bathroom! The kitchen had everything we needed which is a big plus. There was also a new (since our visit last year) washer and dryer! It gets warm in the afternoons with the afternoon sun, but there are extra fans throughout which are great to have! We enjoyed evenings on the large balcony watching the sunset. All it’s missing is an outdoor ceiling fan! The wicker patio furniture is the same as what we have at home, so it’s very much home away from home. We had one maintenance need while there, but they were responsive and had someone out to fix it very timely. We can’t wait to book our visit again for next year!

Wonderful stay!!

This was our family’s fist stay in Panama City Florida and our first stay at Sterling Reef. Our condo was clean and the views were amazing! Check in was super easy as well. We will definitely be back❤️❤️
