Helt ny modern konstruktion med 2500 kvadratmeter bostadsyta och ett vackert takterrass! Centralt beläget för en mycket bekväm resa till centrum och tillgång till allt i Nashville. Huset ligger också gångavstånd till 12 South, Gulch, Edgehill och Music Row! Bara ett kvarter från Belmont University och en mycket kort bilresa till Vanderbilt.

Radhuset är tre nivåer tillsammans med en fantastisk takterrass och har tillräckligt med sängar för stora grupper och familjer. Köket har alla nya apparater och är utrustat med matlagningsmaterial, disk och kaffebryggare. Vardagsrummet är mycket rymligt och utrustat med en 70 "TV, perfekt för att titta på stora spel eller tillbringa tid med din grupp under din vistelse. Detta hem är centralt beläget i ett mycket säkert, roligt område!

Destination Graduation

Our son graduated from Belmont and this amazing townhouse gave our family from all over, a gorgeous space to gather and celebrate. Located right on 12 South, you can easily walk or drive to Belmont. There is an attached 2-car garage that makes coming and going a breeze. The rooms were clean and so comfortable and the kitchen had all the little extras we needed for serving meals and celebrating. The rooftop gave us a bonus space with an amazing view of Belmont and downtown Nashville. Don’t hesitate to book this townhouse for a memorable graduation weekend… or any other reason you may have to gather in Nashville. Greta answered all my questions and I trusted that she was always just a phone call away if I needed her. We did not. We had a perfect stay.

Cute place

Overall, the house was super cute. The place is super spacious. We did have some issues though. It started off by having a very dirty shower curtain. The property manager was very nice and brought a new shower curtain asap but I had to take off the old one and put the new one on myself (I thought that was odd). Some girls took showers upstairs and the ceiling in the kitchen began to leak from the light fixtures. We called and a maintenance guy came out but nothing could be done. They mentioned this happened before and to not get any water out of the showers. The last issue we had was with the fridge. We brought coolers full of food and drinks that ended up going bad because the fridge took 48 hours to finally get cold. We were told by the property manager that it would only take 24 hours. So if you stay at this property, make sure to ask them to turn the fridge on or do whatever they need to do to have it cold for you. Other than that, the place was great for our stay. We had a bunch of girls for a bachelorette party and made the best of it. It was a short ride to Broadway by Uber. The driveway to the house was a little scary and lots of construction but it’s nice to have a 2 car garage to park in. There’s a little cafe across the street too! Everything was really close.

Great property!

Beautiful house and roof top that comfortably sleeps 10 people. We were able to do a bag drop for no additional fee! House has everthing you need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, towels and kitchen supplies! Safe neighborhood. Just a 7 mintue/ $10 ride from Broadway. Very convenient and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend property.

Great nashville stay!

Unbelievable property and service! Great location, close to downtown and Ben and his team were very responsive. We stayed for a long weekend with 10 people and had plenty of room, with a large kitchen. The rooftop patio had a great view and was perfect for hosting.

Absolute Gem of Nashville!

Beautiful and spacious property! Could not have asked for a better stay. Ben allowed us to check in early as we arrived around 10am. The pictures do not do this justice. Eight guys were able to fit spaciously and there were was more than enough room to host more. This was also only a 5-7 min drive from Broadway/Downtown area. Will stay here again when I come back to Nashville with a group. I can’t say enough positive things about this property. Thank you for everything!
