Great place to stay near Eagle Beach

I had a great stay here with my wife and two kids. The condo has everything you need for making meals and the view from the patio and rooftop are awesome. And Eagle Beach is incredible and right across the street.The condo complex is very well taken care of and we felt completely safe during our time there. There are also several very good restaurants within walking distance. While a couple of minor maintenance issues popped up during our visit, they were fixed very quickly. All in all - I highly recommend this penthouse condo.

Amazing

It was an excellent experience. Even before we got there, Michael provided us with all the information about the condo and the surrounding area. Perfect gated location with a beautiful view. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Richi, who gave us a small tour. I definitely recommend staying here, I know I wouldn't stay elsewhere!

Vacation Oasis

This was our first time staying on Eagle Beach and staying at the Oceania. We had a fabulous vacation and the beach is beautiful! The property amenities and security were great. My girls especially enjoyed the game room with a pool table, fuse ball, and ping pong. Michael was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive to any questions and the check-in /check-out process with Richi was a breeze. The condo is very well maintained and stocked with all the essentials you need for the week! I appreciated not having to buy things like laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc. The kitchen is well equipped and the fridge has filtered water. The rooms were spacious although the counters in the bathrooms were a little small. Only downfall is the couch in the living room is hard as a rock. Didn't really matter as we spent most of our time outdoors. The private rooftop patio is a great addition to this property with spectacular views, patio furniture and a hot tub. The location of the condo is wonderful. Right across from Eagle Beach and several restaurants within walking distance. We went to the beach every day. If you are trying to get a palapa though, you need to be out there by 6:30am. Yikes! Luckily we brought our tent with us (Otentik or similar is a must to withstand the high winds on the beach) There are plenty of beach chairs, towels, noodles, and a cooler that come with the condo. It was a wonderful stay at a fantastic property!

Great location and property

After walking and driving around Aruba, I can confidently say that Oceania Residences is the best location and property. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, everything worked, the views were fantastic. The bonus penthouse terrace was a fun addition. We ate lunch up there in the shade several times. The hot tub worked but we ended up not using it.The beds were comfortable, and again, it's really all about the views.The larger complex is very nicely landscaped, and we enjoyed a dip in the pool at the end of a beach day.We were also able to walk to quite a few restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Marea at the JOIA resort nextdoor.There's also a walking path that parallels the beach. My husband walked that every morning.The road you cross to the beach is very small, and we never had a problem. Cars stop at the crosswalk. The water and beach there are fantastic. Palm Beach has eroded, so Eagle Beach is the place to be for swimming. If you want to snorkel, you can go drive a short distance north to Arashi beach and Boca Catalinia. We rented a car for two days. Econo rentals is one block away behind the Screaming Eagle restaurant. We drove to Arikok National Park and saw the rock paintings at Fontein Cave. Also drove north to the California Lighthouse.Michael and Richi were wonderful to work with in renting the apartment and getting checked in and out. Couldn't ask for more.

Fantastic!

Michael, the owner, was quick to respond to questions any time we had them. The listing was exactly as described and more. We were greeted at the gate by Richi. He helped us to our condo, showed us all the amenities, the rooftop hot tub and gave us great tips. Overall, we were very pleased from booking to checking out.

Great location and view

Great location, friendly owner and management team. Hot tub didn’t heat up but hot tub guy showed up our last day - he was providing scheduled maintenance so hopefully that issue was repaired. Perfect place to stay!

Eagle Beach

Great experience from start to finish. Communication prior to booking and upon arrival. Apartment was extremely and had everything we needed. Views are incredible. Pools and pool areas are clean, comfortable and not crowded. Can not get better beach access. Penthouse was amazing for morning coffee. Highly recommend this apartment and theOceania property.

My son checked in. I was not part of the process. Check out was great. Rental Host Micheal was super informative and helpful. The property was everything they said it was. definitely would like to go back.

Very enjoyable

Condo was very clean and well supplied. We had everything we needed. The location on Eagle beach was perfect. The only downside was the noise from the construction going on next to the property, but that appears to be getting close to completion. Communication with the owner and Richie was excellent! We had a wonderful vacation and hope to return sometime in the near future.

Perfect Location

The property was fabulous. Living room and Bed room sliding doors looking over the pool, beach and Sea. West-facing balcony for morning coffee. Roof deck with veranda to catch the evening breezes and view across the eastern island. The property has three beautiful pools so you never had to feel crowded. All the amenities (washer/dryer, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) were fine. There were beach chairs, but you should bring or buy your own beach toys, like floats. There are only a dozen or so Palapas on the beach directly in in front of the Oceania property, so you need to rise early to get one, or set up your own shade/shelter if staying on the beach all day. We think Eagle Beach is the best on the island, and this low-rise area has everything except the crowds. The Palm Beach / High-rise hotel area is good if you're looking for lots of people on the beach and in the restaurants, and a big night-life with clubs and music. We prefer easy access to shopping and easily available seating in restaurants. Oranjestad city has lots of shopping and restaurants too, but no beach, tons of traffic (including cruise ship foot traffic), and is too busy for us. North beaches (Arashi, etc.) and South beaches (Baby) were pleasant but felt remote. When we return, we will definitely book this property.

Excellent!

We loved it here! Very clean and plenty of space. Great location and easy access to Eagle beach. Hot tub on the rooftop terrace was fun in the evenings. We recommend this place and would stay here again.

Beautiful Vacation Spot

This spot on Eagle Beach is breath taking. What a beautiful condo. It was immaculate. Check in was so simple. Richie met us at the condo and showed us around and then even gave us a ride to the grocery store. I read a lot of reviews online before I picked this spot. I was not disappointed. I am already trying to pick a week to go back next year. I highly recommend Michael’s place. It is gorgeous!! Thank you Michael and Richie. I will be back!

Absolutely Wonderful!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. It provides a great view of the ocean (and sunset) and is located just a few steps from the section of Eagle Beach that is less populated and quiet. Unlike many rentals, this unit is furnished with higher quality comfortable furniture and very comfortable beds. The unit also includes beach chairs, floats and even a cooler for the beach. We also appreciated the unit being well stocked with paper goods and household supplies. Plus, a property representative is on call on site to greet you, help with departure and for any issues during your stay. We couldn’t have been more pleased!

Penthouse condo with private rooftop spa, pure Aruba bliss!

Had a great time at the property! A/C worked great. Kitchen had everything you need. Ice trays (icemaker broke), definitely dated appliances (seemed like the fridge at times wasn't the coldest), but I understand its probably hard to get the most recent products like here in the US. Washer and dryer in unit are dated but functional, bring your own stuff if you're particular but they do provide toilet paper and basic essentials like soap for the dishwasher and trashbags etc. Bring your own toiletries! A few suggestions I would have is to get blackout shades for the guest double room (it was very bright in the early AM) & to get more towels specific for the beach/pool (only 4) Plenty of linens for the beds which was nice & pillows/extra blankets. Ice machine in first floor of neighboring building. There was a nice booklet/binder that explained stuff about the condo. The little kids area is a separate room not too far from the room, however did not have A/C & very limited stuff for toddlers. Felt very safe with the gate guard, we parked in visitors parking. Facility was great, pools were nearly empty everyday. We were exploring the island and never even got to hit the beach out front. Very easy check in & out with the property manager and easy to contact via WhatsApp if needed. The highlight of the place was the entire rooftop penthouse area with the spa tub! Beautiful for sunsets and late nights. Such a quiet condo and lovely property! Can't wait to return.

Wonderful stay!

Our family of four had the best time! Condo was spacious and clean. The hot tub on the roof was great. The beach was a short walk past the pool. Beautiful sand and water. Restaurants and casinos are a short cab ride away. You will love staying here, everything you could possibly want. I ordered groceries ahead of time and they were there before we arrived. Best time ever!

Amazing Aruba Vacation

The Oceania condo the we rented was amazing. The location was perfect. The pools and the beach were awesome. We had a minor issue with the hot tub and it was addressed immediately. Aruba at it's best!

A great property that was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful view and steps from the beach. Awesome location and great communication throughout the process. Grounds were beautifully maintained and security was excellent. Highly recommend!!
