Last minute trip

My husband and I met up with another couple at waters edge, we had a great time! Very relaxing. The condo we rented was very nice! Would definitely stay there again.

Great Getaway!!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was amazing! The neighborhood is so fun to explore and the beach was beautiful! The only thing was the apartment smelt off, but besides that it was a great getaway and a wonderful vacation!

Perfect for a quiet getaway

I booked this condo for a quick weekend getaway, and it was perfect. The location was a little outside of the downtown, so it was more quiet, but it still had plenty nearby. Definitely hit up the food carts at Pine Dine, which are across the street. I'll absolutely be booking this condo again!

Beautiful

This property was by far the best that we have stayed in at Waters Edge. It was very clean and well maintained. We will be returning for future stays when we travel to Lincoln City.

Great place on the water!

We loved our stay!! We however could not find sheets for the fold out bed or extra trash bags but other then that there was plenty of everything else! The condo is at a great location on the beach and close to many shops, we did a lot of walking to our destinations. We would definitely stay here again!

Decent place. Definitely a rental due to care. Smoke detectors beeping on arrival. Had to msg maintenance. Shower sprays all over, access is finicky & can be time consuming, & dish ware is marginal. Clean tho!

Excellent home away from home!

There were 10 in our group that celebrated a class reunion at the WatersEdge. Each of our rooms were very clean and the kitchen was stocked well. We stayed in room 310, which was absolutely perfect! The owners really did think of everything and the condos are centrally located for easy entertainment and exertions. Would definitely rent again!!!

Great Location and Great View

We loved the condo, it's location and the view! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because the TV did not work, even after maintenance came to look at it (cable issues maybe as both TVs were down) and the DVD player made the DVDs skip - so we couldn't use that either. We usually aren't TV watchers while on vacation, however it is nice to wind down at the end of the evening with a movie. Other than that I highly recommend.

Away time

The property was older but nice. Could hear through the walls, but again....not the end of the world. When we first walked in tho I seen that the counters had not been cleaned, the floors were dirty, the dishes were not clean and the shower had not been cleaned. We ran up to the store and grabbed a few cleanrs as there were not any there and cleaned the condo peior to staying. A bit of an inconvenience but overall, it was a beautiful view and we would stay again.

Million Dollar View

We arrived after sunset and found the condo to be homey and very pleasing. Very much enjoyed the gas fireplace and comfortable couch. Went to bed and woke up to go out to the living room and was blown away by the wonderful view. Had no idea it was so beautiful. Loved the layout of the condo and the comfortable feel. Having the kitchen right by the living room, and being able to see the bay from the kitchen, was a huge bonus. The space was perfect for us and felt very homelike. We couldn't figure out how to use the DVD player, which was a bummer since there were a few movies we wanted to watch there, but cable tv was sufficient and we enjoyed our favorite show. There was a semi-quiet beep that happened every 25 seconds when we were in the bedroom, almost sounding like a smoke alarm low battery signal, but we couldn't find where it was coming from. It didn't keep us awake, so we just ignored it and slept fine. We loved the two-sink set up for the bathroom. That really worked out well for us. The decor is pleasing. The view just kept blowing us away and we are so glad we got to stay at this condo.

When I arrived at the property, after a long day of driving, the code that was given to me worked, except that the door knob was locked, and I could not get in. I called the company and they did get me in, but those details should not be overlooked. That process took probably about 35 minutes. It was me and a child traveling alone, but thank goodness he is easy going. Also, with all the stuff that was accessible to us as guests, there was no hair dryer to be found amongst those items, therefore I couldn't wash my hair after spending time at the beach. I texted the property and they said they'd text me with updates, yet no one ever came with a hair dryer. I'm easy going so having greasy hair was ok for a couple of days, but I'm sure that other people wouldn't be too happy about that. I would've liked someone to communicate to me if they weren't going to bring it, instead of just not doing anything about it.

Condo at the beach

There was plenty of room for 3 to 4 people. Very clean, nice furnishings, kitchen was nice, had everything we needed. Great view of the bay and some of the ocean. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet amd pet friendly

This is a well-loved, but clean place to stay and relax at the coast. I was so glad they allow dogs. The bay view from the balcony is grand and the coast with breaker waves is just a short walk along the road or beach at low tide. The fireplace is cozy in bad weather. The only odd thing (like most of the other reviews state) is the faucet in the kitchen. It is not secure and wobbles a lot.

Great view, but needs TLC.

The good: fantastic view, large and comfortable condo, sweet balcony. The bad: terrible kitchen gear, unable to regulate heat, only 4 towels (there were 4 of us) and one said “dog towel”, no directions for tv and only basic cable. We would stay again, but will be prepared for the deficiencies.
