Rolig, fisk och familj! Detta hem ligger i ett vattnet grannskap precis utanför Shell Knob Bridge, med en mild promenad ner till vattnet kanten, bara 2 minuter från offentliga båt ramp, och minuter från Campbell Point Marina och King River Marina. Den här egenskapen har varit en framgångsrik hyra med bra recensioner i år tidigare, har nya ägare, var så först att granska det här året! Hemmet är nyligen uppdaterat med ny matta, färg, housewares, nya sängkläder, grill och mycket mer! På övervåningen finns 3 sovrum: Sovrum 1 är en master med king size-säng och bifogat badrum: Sovrum 2 är också en king size-säng: Sovrum 3 är en queen size-säng. Det finns också en 2: a fullständig hall badrummet. Matsalen har en 6-sitsig matsal, och vardagsrummet har en 47 "platt-LED-smart TV med Blu ray-spelare och ett sortiment av filmer. Hemmet är inrättat med Direct TV. Precis utanför från det fullt utrustade rymliga köket och massivt skafferi är ett 500 kvm fotdäck med bord sittplatser för 6, nytt delvis täckt tak och 2 grillar-vanlig och griddle stil. Det finns en ny 50-tums LED 4K plattskärms-TV i källaren. Det finns en dagbädd med utdragbar trille och bekväma sittplatser för att njuta av en film. Det finns också en stor tvättstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Sammantaget erbjuder detta hem gott om utrymme att spridas och koppla av efter en bra dag vid sjön! Detta hem har massor av bekvämligheter, inklusive en ny culligan varm / kall vatten dispenser, ny stor grill grill, kylare tillgängliga för användning och nya sängkläder / handdukar. Det ligger i ett lugnt område nära centrum av Shell Knob med full service mataffär minuter bort.
Branson attraktioner, inklusive Silver Dollar City, är cirka 45 minuter från detta hem. Utforska de naturliga attraktionerna i Dogwood Canyon Nature Park, Talking Rocks Cavern, Onyx Cave. Golfare kommer att uppskatta Kings River Golf Course. Var noga med att göra en reservation på Steak Inn, som ligger bara några kvarter från huset. Another amazing stay by the lake!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property again this year. It is clean, updated, and in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient location to the lake, boat ramp, and town center. The owners are responsive, the home spotless and well stocked for our needs. It is a very comfortable setting. We are glad we came back and are already looking forward to our next visit!

This place was exactly what we were looking for. We love Shell Knob and have stayed there for several years, but this was the first time we stayed at this house with our family! It was perfect! We met our family there from all over to celebrate my husband's birthday and everyone had a bed, the house was supplied with everything you could think of. Not just your "hand me downs" from your personal home, but really nice appliances, utensils and even things in the bathroom incase you forgot. We will def stay again in the future when we go.

Big house!

We chose this property to attend a nearby family reunion. The house is large and can fit many people. Several amenities were available which was very nice. The host was easy to talk with and reach. Be aware this is a split level house so you must be able to navigate stairs. And the water is close but it’s a drive to get to an area where you can swim. We went to the marina to swim but it was 27 mins away. Overall, the screened in porch was our favorite feature of the house! We hope to make this an annual thing!

Annual lake trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the newly upgraded amenities, especially the living space, huge deck, part of which was screened in, and new grills. There were plenty of beds and space to spread out for the 10 of us. Great location in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to get to the grocery store and marina where we rented a boat slip for the week. Check in and out was incredibly easy. The owners were great and very responsive. We are looking forward to staying here again next year!

Wonderful time

We have used Vrbo for years. We have stayed at varying price points. This property is exactly as listed. Pictures are accurate. Quiet neighborhood and convenient location. It was close to local restaurants and grocery store. The owners were not "fussy", with pages of rules on how to use the property. If we stay in area for future vacations, we hope this property will be available for booking.

Nice home, great amenities

We had 4 couples stay with two 21’ bass boats and trucks and also another car. There was plenty of parking for vehicles and room in the house. The house has so many amenities it made our stay very comfortable. The grills and covered patio seating were great! The only minor concern is that Shell Knob doesn’t have much to offer and the drive to Kimberling city or Branson is 30-40 min. We didn’t care as we stayed in, grilled and enjoyed the house. I highly recommend this house!

Our Son's Graduation Celebration

We rented this home as a graduation gift to our son who graduated high school with honors. 4.3 GPA to be exact. He was allowed to bring 2 friends. My Dad and our youngest son joined us along with my husband. Everyone had their own space and the downstairs is perfectly setup for teens or kids to enjoy. My Dad, husband, youngest son, and I all slept upstairs and the graduates had their own space downstairs. We brought our pontoon boat and rented a slip right down the road. Ate lunch one day at the marina. Harter House grocery store made 50 pinwheel sandwiches to take out on the boat 2 days for our lunches. The boys LOVED them. I came down a day earlier than the rest and meal prepped. It was the perfect celebration and the home and location is the main reason. We will be back again!

Exactly what we need.

We've stayed here for the last several summers for our family lake vacation. It is perfect for us. We love the location (proximity to Shell Knob, Coffee shop and family). Well stocked and ready every year.

Very clean and comfortable

Our family of 8 stayed here for a week and the house was a perfect fit for us. The basement room fit 4 kids, ages 10 and under, great. Plenty of beds for everyone and space to spread out. The beds upstairs were all very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels, we all loved the water machine! It was just a few minutes to a dock and about 15 to Campbell Point Marina where we kept our boat. We will definitely be booking here again!

Awesome VRBO location

We had 8 people in this lovely home and had room to spare! This property was clean and located close to everything we wanted to do in Shell Knob. The kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate. All the little extras that included beach towels, coolers, pancake mix :) just added to our experience at your home! Thank you!

Awesome Stay!

Kit and Staci were amazing host. Their house was beautiful and they provide you with absolutely everything you could possibly need. They pay attention to the small details, our favorite being the chalk board name tags for your bathroom towels, so you always know whose is who and plenty of hooks to hang them up on! The house was spotless and super comfy beds. Plenty of room to spread out. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Great Place

Property was great as was accommodations! Needs a hot tub, working golf cart, and was difficult for older grandmother to get up and down stairs. They provided a book with surrounding areas and attractions as well as provided some free food. Quickly responded to my questions, and kids had fun on Pac-Man arcade. Overall great if no infants or elderly!
