My husband and I stayed here while we moved our son into UTampa. The home was spotless, with thoughtful touches everywhere. It was impeccably maintained. The spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, and well-equipped kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. The host was great. What a great find!

I was looking for a place for my adult children to stay at and the hotel options in South Tampa aren't great. So I checked VRBO and found this place. Peter the owner communicates faster than anyone I've booked a place with and the description and prior reviews of the unit were accurate. My family loved staying here, great location, and well stocked with necessary supplies. I highly recommend this place and look forward to recommending it to out-of-town guests in the future.

Meets expectations and comfort.

I stayed here for a couple of nights with family members and the condo was very conveniently located for our needs. The host, Peter has been very honest in describing the features of the property. There were no unpleasant surprises. Good working air conditioner, and a well stocked kitchen with cookware and useful appliances were definitely a big help to us. The beds were very comfortable to sleep and linen were clean. Bathrooms were spacious and stocked with required amenities. The location was convenient to access and security was very good. I would surely recommend this place to my friends.

Beautiful Condo

I was in the area for a concert at the Amalie Arena and the condo was very centrally located. I only stayed a couple of nights but it was exactly what I needed. The condo felt very comfortable and quiet. The place was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable and the whole process from start to finish was handled well. The owner reached with all of the check in information well in advance of my arrival and everything went seamlessly. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable cozy place to stay. I truly appreciated my time there and you won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here. I had to travel solo unexpectedly at the last minute and I felt very safe here when walking around the neighborhood. I highly recommend the restaurant Bella’s if you are looking for an excellent Italian meal. I will definitely book Peter’s condo again when I come back to Tampa in the future. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality Peter!

Beautiful, perfectly appointed, immaculately clean, and so comfortable. The location can’t be beat – tucked into a quiet and peaceful neighborhood yet conveniently located to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and shopping. And the bonus- its one block from Bayshore Boulevard. Morning coffee and evening wine on the back patio was a simple pleasure. Thank you Peter and Sara for a great stay; you were terrific hosts and I look forward to returning.

Tampa family vacation

We came to Tampa on a little celebration trip for my daughter’s graduation. We were very pleased with our stay. The location was convenient to a lot of places that we wanted to visit. It was also on a safe neighborhood. Communication from the owner was great.

Beautiful home away from home

We cannot say enough good things about our stay. When we first pulled up to the building we had a momentary concern based on the exterior facade that this might be one of those places that is only nice in pictures. Not so!! As soon as we walked into the condo we were impressed with the beautiful parquet floors, modern kitchen, tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean unit. The unit also has a charming back patio that was much loved by our toddler! The location cannot be beat either. We’ve stayed nearby in SoHo many times at upscale hotel (pre-baby) and were worried about “missing out”. We are happy to report it was not the case— the unit is so close to restaurants/shops in SoHo and is just steps off of the beautiful Bayshore Drive while still being tucked away in a quiet, relaxed neighborhood. Finally, Peter & Sara went above and beyond in our book! They were so responsive from the day we booked and kindly got us all set up to accommodate our first vacation with a toddler. We will certainly try to stay here again on future Tampa visits!
