In a secure 3-storey residence with lift and swimming pool, this 2-room apartment of approximately 50mÂČ equipped for 4 people is located near Port Santa Lucia, shops, the town center, sandy beaches and facing the creeks of the Parc Santa Lucia.
On the 1st floor, facing North/West, this accommodation is composed of a living room (sofa bed for 2 pull-out people 90x190) with equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob 3 burners, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, -linen), a bedroom with a double bed (160Ă190), a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and WC. The living room gives access to the terrace with garden furniture. TV, Air conditioning, Private garage in the basement (W 2.20m x H 1.78m x D 5m), Swimming pool.
