Cresta Blava betyder "Blue Ridge" på katalanska och passar eftersom det är situationen i de vackra Blue Ridge Mountains. Det är bara 0. 5 miles från 2 bröllopsplatser (The Pavilion at Shenandoah Woods och Brenwood Lake Bröllop), men ändå privata och nära naturen!

Cresta Blava är en nybyggd (färdigställd i mars 2019) solid timmerstuga som erbjuder en blandning av komfort och moderna bekvämligheter. Den har tre sovrum och 3. 5 badrum och är designad för tre par, men kan också rymma familjer med barn. Varje sovrum har en king size-säng med privat badrum. Befälhavaren badet har en fåfänga med dubbla handfat, en stor badkar, separat dusch, klädkammare och privat vatten garderob. Det andra sovrumets bad har en stor fåfänga och traditionell badkar / duschkombo. Det tredje sovrumets bad har en stor fåfänga med dubbla handfat och stor duschkabin. Varje sovrum har en 40 ”Smart TV.

Den huvudsakliga nivån erbjuder ett snyggt inredda kök (inklusive apparater i rostfritt stål och bänkskivor i granit), tvättstuga, matplats, två sovrum, och stort rum med höjande katedral tak, golv till tak fönster och toasty gas spis. Ett stort däck med sittplatser och en eldstad är en perfekt plats att varva ner och njuta av den fantastiska utsikten ... eller sitta inne och njuta av utsikten från de två våningar från golv till tak! En 55-tums TV är monterad ovanför spisen om du tröttnar på den fantastiska utsikten. Vill du laga mat? Använd vår kolgrill precis utanför köket!

Late birthday trip

Visited with my boyfriend as a late birthday trip for myself. We have visited this area of Virginia several times and have always enjoyed it. Cresta Blava was definitely the biggest, cleanest, and best maintained property we have ever stayed at. We both hope to return for a longer vacation in the future!

Holiday Vacation

My husband and I, our 3 and 6 year old sons, and my in-laws had an excellent time at Cresta Blava! The list of inclusions is more extensive than most rentals in my experience, and it is a beautiful, well-kept cabin with a breathtaking view. Wisteria Farm and Vineyard nearby has a playground for kids, and good wines. We also went hiking in the Shenandoah national park and to a winery further south. Overall, great location and accommodations!

Wonderful stay at a beautiful cabin

We stayed with our 2 year old, 5 year old and two friends and the house worked out perfectly for us. We especially appreciated the availability of baby stuff (pack and play, baby gate, high chair), beautiful views, and telescope. The rooms were lovely and clean, the beds were comfortable. We had a small hiccup and the owners were extremely responsive and someone was at the cabin within 30 minutes to help us. All around a wonderful stay and we will definitely be staying again in the future.

Wonderful place

Of the four cabins that I’ve rented this one is the best so far. It is beautiful and spacious. It’s in excellent condition, and has great amenities. It felt very private, even though it’s not very far from the main roads. I highly recommend it, and will probably rent it again.

Great weekend getaway

In looking for a place to stay for a wedding weekend, our 3 couple friend group had a few “must have” items! One was a view, one was a hot tube, and the last was three bedrooms with king beds and 3 separate bathrooms! When we found this gem we knew we had hit the jackpot!! It checked ALL THREE “must haves”! We spent hours in the hot tube, took in the views from the porch balcony, and ventured into Luray for a tour of the caverns and the best lunch. The house was clean, welcoming, and well stocked!

AMAZING!!!! All that needs to be said about this property!

What a wonderful, clean and cozy home….nestled in the woods on top of a hill overlooking what seemed like a little valley. This place had the most spectacular views, all amenities as your own home, and most important…just peaceful and surrounded by beauty! Thanks Katie for allowing us to celebrate our 10 year anniversary in your home…we might just have to make it a tradition every year!

Mountain Weekend

We had a great stay at Cresta Blava! The house was exactly like the pictures and very clean! Perfect set up for 3 couples! The road leading up to the house is gravel and a little washed out in parts but definitely doable in a sedan with a little caution.

Amazing New Years Eve Weekend!

House was beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need to stay in and cook. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit watching the sunset. Hot tub was perfect. Favorite part of the trip was cooking all of our meals together. Enjoyed the game room and watching movies! Perfect New Years Eve Weekend.

Wonderful Getaway

I highly recommend this property for a family getaway. The house is just as it is described, very clean, and has a well equipped kitched. Plenty of space for 3 couples. The fireplace inside, and the firepit on the deck were perfect accents to the beautiful view of the mountains.

Great Time

Stayed at Cresta Blava with my husband, children and grandchild for an extended weekend getaway and it was blissful. The house has a great layout with spectacular views. Katie has quick response time to questions and we would stay here agin.

Inn at Little Washington landing

We came for a dinner at the Inn at Little Washington and were looking for a comfortable spot for 2 adult couples. Found it - beautiful, comfortable and perfect for us. We made the most amazing dinner and breakfast there. Kitchen had everything we needed. We really needed an extra day to enjoy the home - the downstairs is awesome and we never had the time to use it or the hot tub area - which was also perfect. Very close to Luray caverns -which we went to and the hike/walk thru the community was just enough. Very quiet with the exception of birds and cows - lovely view off the deck - DO IT!

Beautiful rural getaway

This was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway — the view alone was worth it. It was rustic-feeling but also upscale, and felt secluded while still being within driving distance of local businesses. Our only regret was the weather was too warm for the hot tub but we’d 100% make another trip out for the fall or spring!

Property is beautiful. Cabin immaculate. Views are fantastic. Incredibly comfortable for 6 adults. Hosts are incredibly responsive - but we honestly rarely needed to message then as everything was clean and as described. Location is great for access to Shenandoah park. Sitting on the deck with a beer after a day hiking while watching the sun set behind the mountains is ideal.

Perfect family home

We enjoyed our stay at Cresta Blava! It was our first time there, and we will be back. The home had everything you need to enjoy a relaxing time in the Shenandoah area. It was extremely clean, everything was like new and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect, the firepit at sunset, meals on the picnic table all with fantastic views!

Wonderful Getaway

The house was amazing! It was so clean and well organized. The views were amazing. We had a group of 4 with age ranges of 65 to 73. There was only one step to get into the house. This was awesome since one person used a cane and one just had back surgery. We couldn’t have asked for a better house. Thanks to the owners for sharing with us!!

Joe was raised in New Jersey and fell in love with Virginia the very first day he arrived at his alma mater, Virginia Tech. Katie and Joe became avid B&B and cabin renters over a decade ago across Page and Rappahannock counties as a way to escape the hustle and bustle of their Northern Virginia based careers. After discovering Cresta Blava – where we stayed as guests 6 times ourselves - we were hooked! So much so that when the original owners decided to hand their legacy to someone else, we jumped at the chance to take the reins with the hope of bringing its splendor to you with the same care and attention that they did.
