Nice place to stay

Room was very nice, good view from the balcony. The whole facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The only negatives were the wait times for the elevator and the confusing parking garage directions. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend

Perfect for watching sea life swim by

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a super nice time. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels. This property is close to the water so it’s perfect for watching the sea life swim by or just people watching from the balcony. Beach chairs with umbrella are included daily. That was a big bonus as well as some of the other entertainment Bogo tickets that were available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Beautiful place. Perfect location.

Great resort. Beautiful view from the balcony. A few minor issues with the condo (kids room tv not hooked up, no batteries in the big clock and some very minor issues). In the master bedroom you can hear noise in the hallway, but the unit is near the corner so it’a not too bad. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

Convenient to Pier Park. The unit was clean and any minor issues were addressed quickly. Lots of activities for the kids. The biggest issues were with the facility - everything you hear about the slow elevators is true and the check-in process was a nightmare. We would consider staying again but not during Spring Break.

Wonderful Place for a family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was wonderful. I only wish the title of the condo on VRBO wouldn't include beach chairs during the off season. We didn't take chairs and had to rent them. Other than that, it was great.

Fall Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All in all it was a great vacation. There were a few things like paper coming off in places on the cabinets. The shower door in the spare bath was leaking water in the floor when you took a shower and the master bath had a very slow drain, but non of that affected our vacation.

Nice Condo but don't recommend Resort

The condo itself was nice and clean. But as far as the resort, we will never be back. Elevators were a 15-45min wait every time, no heated pools, glass in pool, which sent us to urgent care, staff was rude and too many beach rules. We couldn't have a extra chair or umbrella for our toddlers.

We are very happy to hear that the condo was nice and clean. I don't see that you had an issue with our property management company so it sounds like we took of what we can control. I have to be honest, I have never heard of a complaint of no heated pool in PCB in June. There is an indoor pool that is heated during the winter but with 95 degree heat indexes a heated pool is not something guests request. As far as the elevators go, the can certainly get very busy during peak CI and CO times but I was just there at 2:15pm and I didn't wait long at all. So maybe it just depends on the time of the day. Also sorry to hear about the other issues that the resort has control over and not the owner of the condo and our management company. We hope you have great success in future travels.

Elevator shortage

Place was very nice, but the wait for the elevators was the absolute worst. There are 30 floors so look for long waits when going up or down the elevator. But the ocean views were great and there was a pool on each side of the building. Very nice overall

Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view was beautiful. We liked that our daughter had her own “room”, unlike many condos where the bunks are situated in a cubby along a hallway. We also liked that the condo was at the end of the hallway, so there was less noise and foot traffic outside our door. The building itself was kept very clean- I saw someone cleaning every time we were walking through.

Four Star Condo Services are the best

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can’t say enough good things about Four Star Condo Services. The reservation process was simple, the lady that I spoke with was so helpful and professional. Check in was easy I was able to complete it via email. When we arrived we were greeted by the folks at Tidewater and given our armbands. We had an issue in the condo we gave Four Star a call they responded quickly, Lonnie the maintenance man was professional and fixed the problem. We will definitely use Four Star again.

Elevator hell

I booked through vrbo then was contacted by a second party fourstar. I filled out my registration online. When i arrived i had to register again and pay a parking fee of over $30. Check in was over off to the 15th floor. The elevators we were sent to too us 40 minutes to get to our room. The view was beautiful. But there is no ill just run back to my room because of the wait for elevators. So dont forget anything. We found out later there are 5 elevators but that didnt make it much faster.
