Det är ett modernt modernt hus på 140 m2 med en uppvärmd och säker pool som sträcker sig från 0,9 till 1,65 m djup, idealiskt beläget på porn, 800 meter från stranden och stadens centrum. Butikerna är 800 m bort, du kan göra allt till fots, inget behov av bil.
Om du är en golfare är golfbanan 500 meter bort.
Huset har 4 sovrum 1 badrum och duschrum 2 separata toaletter 1 spelrum där det finns en fotboll ett amerikanskt kök och matsal och vardagsrum med hifi-tv
den övervakade stranden ligger 800 m bort. Du hittar också den 14 km tullvägen fodrad med små vikar. Cykelturer, 7 cyklar finns tillgängliga, (många havscykelvägar) och fiske till fots.
Dess huvudsakliga tillgång är dess stora terrass på 50m2 och dess privata uppvärmda och säkra pool (rullande fönsterlucka) väl inredda (solstolar, gigantiska bönsäckar, trädgårdsmöbler, Weber grillparasoller).

A great family holiday home

A wonderful modern property in a great location that enables you to walk everywhere - Pornic centre is just 10 minutes walk, the beach is 700m away and you can walk to the supermarket in 10 minutes. We really enjoyed the twice weekly market. The pool is fantastic and the table tennis and table football were a great hit with the kids. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain. There are also many fantastic restaurants you can walk to in Pornic too. A great holiday home from home!

Wonderful Family Holiday

Our family have enjoyed a most relaxing week in this beautiful villa. The hosts Jean-Paul & Veronique are excellent and the property was immaculate inside and out. It had everything we needed and more and very much suited our needs. One of our children is disabled and the property worked very well for her as it is so accessible. Pornic is beautiful and we did not need a car to enjoy this coastal town. We enjoyed many walks along the coast paths and in the beautiful town. The supermarket is a 10 minute walk away, and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed visiting the Pottery centre which was a short walk away. The pool at the villa was much enjoyed, especially as it was partially covered so even on cooler days we were able to enjoy a swim. We highly recommend this lovely property and would happily stay here again. Thank you Veronique & Jean Paul, we have had a great holiday!

We had a wonderful holiday in Pornic. The area is lovely and was perfect for our family.

The house is beautiful. It is spacious and immaculate. We are a family of 6 adults and a 3 year old little boy who is disabled. We all loved the swimming pool and spent a lot of time in it. The water was clean and warm. We had several barbecues on the lovely terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are a good size. The local beach is excellent and easily walkable, There is a lovely walk to the centre for bars, cafes and restaurants. Supermarkets are a short drive away. We hadn't realised that they would be shut on our arrival (Sunday) and that was a little difficult with having a young child. The owners (Jean-Paul and Veronique) are very friendly and helpful and answered all our email questions quickly. Altogether a wonderful place to stay and highly recommended!

Super semaine dans une maison très agréable avec piscine et magnifique jardin

Nous étions 7 adultes,dont la plupart découvrait la région. Emplacement idéal, propriétaires charmants. La maison dispose de toutes les commodités et le jardin est magnifique, avec piscine chauffée.La réalité est conforme en tous points à l'annonce. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Avons profitez d'une semaine dans une maison très spacieuse, lumineuse,...très agréable. Sans oulier le jardin paysage et la piscine semi-couverte...très pratique jours de pluie ! Un super lieu pour y passer des vacances en famille. Avons été accueillis par les propriétaires, charmants et disponibles. Donne envie d'y revenir.

Lovely family home

Our family have just enjoyed a relaxing week at Veronique and Jean-Paul’s lovely villa. The house is located in a quiet suburban area within walking distance of town and beaches - and several supermarkets nearby. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. The pool was particularly welcome in the summer heat. And bikes for exploring local towns. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Maison conforme à l'annonce. voir plus...

Très bon accueil des propriétaires, visite de la maison, moderne et rationnelle ; présentation de ses équipements tous récents. Elle est très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien. Elle respire la propreté et l'on s'y sent tout de suite bien. Situation géographique favorisant le ''tout à pied'' ou à vélo, hypermarché, centre ville ou plage sont proches. circuits de ballades également proches. Avons passé un bon séjour. Vous pouvez vous engager sans crainte de mauvaise surprise.

Séjour très agréable dans une superbe propriété

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce joli coin de Loire Atlantique. La maison est très bien équipée, de quoi satisfaire les adultes comme les ados surtout quand la pluie fait son apparition! Plages et centre ville sont accessibles à pied, à 15 min de marche et les supermarchés alentours sont très bien achalandés. Belles balades, bons restos et propriétaires très sympas! A tester sur une autre période pour profiter des magnifiques extérieurs.

Fabulous stay in Pornic

We enjoyed staying in this amazing property for 2 weeks. There were 8 of us in total with plenty of space for all. When we arrived the place was spotless and we were greeted by the two hosts. The pool was very much loved by all and the outside furniture including the huge bean bags were great. With a short walk to the lovely beach and town it’s the perfect location. Communication with the host was very good and they were very accommodating. We would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Bon séjour

Grande maison moderne, équipée et bien entretenue proche de tout (centre ville, plages et commerces). Quartier calme. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine tous les jours. L'ouverture/fermeture de la piscine prend un peu de temps et cache le beau jardin mais protège du soleil voire du vent. Accueil sympathique et hôtes disponibles.

Heerlijk huis voor max 8 personen op fijne plek

Ruim en schoon huis voor een heerlijk vakantieverblijf. Rustige lokatie op loopafstand van het strand en de stad. Erg compleet. Met het verwarmde zwembad (28-30 graden) hebben de kids veel in het water gelegen. Wel eerst even de afdekking openen iedere ochtend (niet op foto’s), maar dat ging redelijk eenvoudig. Inmiddels is het terras ook voorzien van een heerlijke lounge set, dus op zonnige dagen de perfecte borrel plek. Meer dan genoeg borden, glazen, bestek, etc. Heel fijn! Wel één hele lage douche, boven het bad, waar je alleen zittend onder kan. Uiteindelijk allemaal gebruik gemaakt van de andere douche (in één van de slaapkamers). Ging prima. Kortom: een fijn huis op een prima lokatie!

Nous étions bien !

Malgré une météo plus que capricieuse, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison qui est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. La gentillesse des hôtes est à noter. Nous reviendrons probablement si nous en avons l'occasion !

Superbe maison, tres propre et bien équipée. Grande piscine et beau jardin sans vis-à-vis. Pour le coté pratique : plusieurs Supermarchés a moins d’1km, plage au bout de la rue, marché au centre de Pornic a moins d’1km egalement!

Super séjour

Villa contemporaine décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipée. Rien ne manque dans la cuisine!! Le quartier est calme et très bien situé. Le jardin et la grande terrasse sont très agréables. La piscine chauffée a de belles dimensions. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et à l écoute de toutes remarques. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
