Ny notering! Malu Kauai ligger i en liten, säker stadsdel som heter Niumalu. Tre miles från Lihue stadskärna är detta fristående hem med 1 säng / 1 bad centralt beläget, rent och välskött av ägarna. Inkluderar ett komplett kök, Lanai, utomhusgrill, AC i sovrummet, tvättmaskin / torktumlare och enkel parkering.

Den berömda Duke's Canoe Club, med sin matutsikt över havet, levande musik och Hawaiian Hospitality, ligger bara en mil bort såväl som Kalapaki Beach och Kauai Marriott Hotel. I närheten finns både Anchor Cove och Harbour Mall för fler restauranger och massor av shopping och concierge-tjänster. Safeway och Costco ligger ungefär 3 miles bort. Lihue har en biograf, Kukui Grove köpcentrum, museer och lokala företag. Missa inte Kauai Beer Company på Rice Street eller Verde i Hokulei Shopping Village. Oh and Robs Good Times Grill är också STOR för lunch.

Puakea golfbana ligger i närheten för 18 hål golf, måttligt prissatta och vart det går med lokalbefolkningen. Om en Luau ringer besöker du Kilohana Plantation för deras Kalamaku Luau, ganska show!

Nawiliwili hamn ligger i närheten av kryssningsfartyg och containrar anländer och Huleia River är steg längs vägen för kajakpaddling eller fisketurer. Ibland lite bullriga under dagen när fartyg anländer. Hulemalu Rd. fungerar också som en förbikopplingsväg för lokalbefolkningen som går till och från arbetet dagligen, vanligtvis är 6-8 am och 3-5 pm högre trafiktider.

Cozy cottage

Great location. We appreciated little things like a welcome basket, umbrellas and the live music at night being that we could hear from the hotel across the street. We had a very nice stay.

Excellent Location

My husband and I were visiting Kauai for our honeymoon, and we had an amazing time at the house. The house was clean, had everything you need to cook, stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. It was a very easy checking process, they gave us the code and told us what we needed to do for checkin. The surrounding area was very calm and peaceful, better than what is advertised. This could be due to a road being closed on one side of the house, but it was perfect for us. We took walks at night and enjoyed the beautiful view from our front porch. We are definitely staying here again if we ever come back to Kauai!

Hawaiian Paradise: A Perfect Stay!

Absolutely loved my stay at this home in Hawaii! The location was fantastic, with stunning views. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Best accommodation in Kauai

We’ve been to Hawaii a lot of times but this is by far the most relaxing place we’ve stayed at. Very quiet area. Most amenities we need are provided as well as toiletries. The drive to groceries and restaurants is 10-15 mins due to road closure which we didn’t mind at all. And secured parking is a HUGE plus in Hawaii. Will definitely come bak and recommend.

Best honeymoon rental

Quiet location, off street parking, clean, great to have a place to do laundry you will pack so much less and have a fresh clean bathing suit and beach towel each day. We hiked a lot so laundry was a huge help. Don't listen to what the other reviews say about it being noisy, there are chickens and stray cats everywhere on the island. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Great view of the mountains. Very close to everything you'll need without it feeling obtrusive at all. Had a great stay. I felt like a local.

Nice property

We stayed here before and was really impressed with the upgrades they have done by adding an AC unit in the living room. We like staying here because of the location and the owners are always super helpful.

Perfect Couples Getaway!

The cottage was perfect for 2 people. The location was great and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go on the island. The cottage was clean and comfortable with everything we could possibly need for our stay. We would highly recommend this rental!

Another great stay

We come every year and this property has always been our favorite. We love seeing the chickens, ducks, and peacocks roaming around the neighborhood. The mountains are mesmerizing and everything we need is in this little cottage. We will be here again next year!

Cozy cottage with plenty of amenities

The property was one of the best rentals we've ever stayed at. It was clean, the furniture was comfortable (a rarity), and an array of amenities were available to use i.e. cooking utensils, beach chairs, and umbrellas. And it was close enough to the highway all of the island was easily accessible.

Our Own Hawaiian Cottage

A very central location to wandering the entire island. A nice neighborhood with a lovely choir of roosters, peacocks, and doves. The cottage has met all our needs - spacious and comfortable.

Perfect location

Great stay in Kauai! The only thing I would change is to update the living room furniture. It is currently very nice outdoor furniture and after a long day in the island, it would be nice to sit on a couch to watch a movie! Amazing facilities overall. Would book again in the future!

Very Nice Cottage

We just loved the property. It was clean, neat and well maintained. Had wifi, which was important to us as our Verizon service evidently had a dead spot there. The location was convenient to everything we toured over the 6 days we were there. Would return again next trip.

Cozy, clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable. You can see the mountains from the front yard and the beautiful sun rising from the lanai. Glad to have washer, dryer and AC. We appreciated the welcoming basket and helpful property manager. It was fun to see the peacocks walking around, and yes there are noisy roosters around.

Amazing stay!

A wonderful house and great location! The house was perfect. Fully stocked with anything we needed for our stay, and the owners even included a lovely welcome basket! It was great to have a place with AC, a washer/dryer, and dedicated parking. The location is great to because it provides easy access to the south and east shores with short drive time, and relatively easy access to the north shore with a longer drive time. It's also a good place to finish your stay thanks to the close proximity to the airport. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and off the beaten path

We enjoyed our stay last year at this property and came back for another round. It is centrally located on the island yet easy to get wherever you want to go either north or south. The house itself has everything that one needs to live in a vacation rental. We had a couple of questions come up and these were answered promptly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Mahalo for another great stay.
