Pagoda del Loto Azul är ett unikt, tre-nivå fyra sovrum hus med några av de mest dramatiska vyerna i området. Den 180 graders utsiktsbilden är hisnande och inkluderar klippiga odlingar, det världsberömda Whale's Tail revet, Caño Island, Osa Peninsula och solnedgång på vattnet under sommarmånaderna.
Höjden är ca 1000 fot över havet, vilket ger platsen en hög känsla, måttliga temperaturer och sätter dig fortfarande inom några minuters bilresa till stranden. Den här egenskapen är ny på hyresmarknaden så jag håller priserna nere och recensioner kommer att komma efter att ha öppnats i oktober.

Amazing Week at Pogoda

I researched hours and hours about where to stay/go and what to do in Costa Rica and after a friend recommended Dominical/Uvita area I found Pogoda. Once I booked, I hardly had to do any more research-Tim was so helpful. Instantly he became our family travel agent and was so incredibly friendly and helpful. He planned all our excursions and even a few restaurant ideas. Pogoda is a beautiful and unique home on the top of paradise. The ride up is exhilirating and fun, and when you reach Pogoda it's worth it. The view is one like I've never seen- and we woke up to it every single morning!! Our family LOVED the outdoor living space on the top floor and spent our evenings there, listening to the rainforest sounds, enjoying the solitude. Our trip to Costa Rica would not have been as perfect without Tim and Pogoda. He eased the stress of travelling internationally, and the home is a sanctuary. I MISS IT. Tim is now a friend.

Amazing vacation!

We had a spectacular stay at Pagoda! The views are amazing… really some of the most beautiful views I’ve seen! And from the master bedroom, you get to wake up to those views just by sitting in your bed! Also, the house is surrounded by trees with lots of birds and we even had a sloth living in the property those days! The outdoor spaces are super comfortable for big groups and all have beautiful views. It truly is a special place. The owner Tim lives in another house inside the property and is always available for any questions or recommendations. The house is also perfect for outdoors yoga sessions. Because the house is in a mountain, I would definitely recommend going in a 4x4 and preferably during the dry season. There are several beaches close by. We went to the Marino Ballena National Park which is beautiful during low tide. We also went to another beach called Ventanas which during low tide has some caves that can be explored. Another activity I would highly recommend is the Catarata Nauyaca… beautiful! We had an amazing time and will definitely go back!

Incredible views!

Incredible jungle and ocean views! This house is perfect for those seeking a relaxing get away. The house is the perfect combination of being secluded, yet not far from town. While at the house you feel as if you’re the only house within miles, providing you the perfect relaxing jungle get away. At same time, only a short 15 minute drive to get to town for grocery store, restaurants, surfing, etc. Tim is extremely communicative and helpful, as well. Anything you need, Tim is there to assist. Great house…highly recommend.

Best View in Costa Rica...Ocean, ocean, ocean plus rainforest, tropical birds and more!

This was our 4th trip to CR and 3rd to the area. We were two families with 4 kids ages 8-16. Tim was very responsive to all our questions re: house & amenities as well as suggestions for activities & companies to use. Even with our CR experience, we went with several of his suggestions (zip-lining; private chef dinner; Cano Island snorkel). Arrival instructions/directions were detailed & accurate, and his recommendation on a 4WD vehicle was definitely needed. There is no way to accurately describe the view that greeted us upon arrival at the house. Our jaws dropped as Tim escorted us onto the deck. A full 180 degree view of the ocean, including a clear view of the Whale Tail, coastline and Cano Island. The other 180 degrees is the beautiful rainforest which is equally breathtaking. The house is very private on it's 1000 ft perch on the escarpment. The house was perfect for two families. The top floor includes two air conditioned bedrooms (#1. 2 x Queen beds with ocean/rainforest views, plus full bath; #2. 1 x King bed with ocean/escarpment & rainforest views w/full bath) and walk out to the large top deck (includes hammock, day beds, ample lounge seating 50% covered, lighting and ceiling fans). There is also a convenient spiral staircase on the outside of the home that gave our friends easy access to the upper deck, without having to disturb those staying in the top floor bedrooms. (And yes, there is also an interior staircase). The main floor was spacious and had plenty of seating for both dining and relaxing...and all with ocean views. The main level also has a full bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped (dishwasher, fridge/freeze that dispenses filtered water and ice). TIP: do your grocery shopping (use the BM store in Uvita) after arrival as Tim keeps many items on hand for renters use (spices, condiments, etc). The deck off the main level is huge and includes dining & lounge area (lighting /ceiling fans), grill, two washer/dryers as well as a large space that we used for Yoga (Tim hosted several classes for us). No need to bring yoga mat or other equipment as it is provided. The pool was the perfect place to cool off & has shaded areas most of the day. We felt comfortable, safe & fully immersed at Pagoda with the amazing smells, sights & sounds of the rainforest all around us. We loved getting to know Tim & his cute pup Koby; we are looking forward to seeing them both again soon. Thank you Tim!

Magical spot

My friends and I booked Tim's place for our annual surf trip. It was a perfect place for us. Four bedrooms one for each of us. The location was spectacularly beautiful with a several decks to walk and unobstructed views of the coast. Tim met us the night we arrived and showed us the property. He was incredibly helpful and responsive. And we enjoyed visiting with him. Watching Toucan's in the tress outside and spending an evening under the stars at the top deck were two of our highlights. Can't recommend this property enough.

Best place to stay for a large family

We stayed at the pagoda for just over two weeks and had the time of our lives. The view was amazing the house was comfortable, and the pool was perfect. We had our five kids ages 0 to 10, as well as a friend and their few kids.The pagoda was perfect for us.

The house is pretty big and the view is astonishing. There is abundant flora and fauna. The pool was big.

Moved to Costa Rica in 2021 with my dog Lucian from Seattle to open this vacation rental/retreat space . Have worked hard to create a special space for large groups to relax, enjoy the view , wildlife and gardens.
