Du kan somna vaggas av rytmen av vågorna och vakna upp till en havsutsikt 180 ° på Marie-Galante och Pointe slott. Propriétés fidèle à la description et photos. Quelle vue splendide. Super accueil de Véronika. Logement propre et fonctionnel. Cuisine bien équipée. Plein de jeux de plage à la disposition du locataire. La boulangerie à quelques pas, miam!

Résidence propre et calme, logement spacieux propre avec tout le matériel nécessaire à notre séjour

Nous avons bien profité de notre séjour dans cette résidence. La propreté et le calme étaient au rdv. Grande disponibilité de Veronika pour résoudre les petits problèmes matériels. Malgré quelques déceptions sur la Guadeloupe, ce logement était adapté à nos besoins.

À la hauteur des attentes

L’appartement est comme il est annoncé. La mer est à nos pieds. Le port et la marina sont à 30 minutes de marche. L’appartement est propre et il y a assez d’espace pour 4 adultes. Nous étions 4 amies et notre séjour (du 24 avril au 1 mai 2022) a été vraiment agréable.

Extraordinaire !

Nous venons de passer trois mois au Mabouya. Dès qu'on y entre, on commence à admirer le spectacle fabuleux de la mer et du ciel. Que de beauté ! On ne s'en lasse jamais. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Les lits sont confortables et on s'endort avec le son de la mer. Le complexe résidentiel est joli et très tranquille. Les piscines bien entretenues sont un atout. À une minute de marche, on trouve la fameuse boulangerie, une bonne pizzéria et la très pratique supérette. Étant de bon marcheurs, nous avons pris plaisir à effectuer beaucoup de nos courses à pied dans Saint-François. Et pour finir, Veronika, la gestionnaire de la propriété, est une perle. C'est certain que nous allons revenir.

famille "friendly"

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine avec nos enfants (2 et 4 ans). La maison et l'emplacement était super bien adaptée pour les familles. Chambres d'enfant à l'étage, donc les parents ont le rdc au complet les soirs lorsque les enfants sont couchés. La maison est très spacieuse, on ne se sent pas coincé. Belle noirceur dans les chambres lorsqu'on ferme les volets. On n'entend pas les voisins. Banc rehausseur, quelques jouets et livres pour enfant, jouet et article de plage. Piscine avec barbotteuse très apprécié des enfants. Épicerie / boulangerie (délicieuse) / resto à 1 minute de marche. Plage a 1 min de marche. St-Francois / Marina a 5min de voiture. Réserve d'eau très utile. On n'a jamais manqué d'eau comparativement à certains de nos voisins. Je recommande a 100%.

Parfait!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'emplacement, directement sur la mer, est idéal. Nous étions 2 couples et la disposition des lieux, avec chambre et salle de bain au premier étage et 2 autres chambres et une salle de bain à l'étage, permet une intimité idéale. Toutes les commodités nécessaires y sont et la présence d'une citerne, vu les nombreuses coupures d'eau à St-François, nous a évité de nombreux soucis vécus par la plupart des voisins sur la propriété, Nous reviendrons, c'est presqu'assuré!

Perfect!

It was realy perfect to stay at Christal Beach in the House of Praticia. We are warm welcomend and everything was optimal organized, Dinner was ordered, House was clean, the Beach in front of the Garden (15m)! Airconditioning worked well and the swimming Pool 🏊‍♀️30m to Walk inside the area👍

Location très bien placee, literie impeccable,toute les commodités a deux pas, merci pour l'accueil avec veronika Petit bémol une superbe vue sur la mer mais on ne peu pas déjeuner sur la terrasse a midi car en plein soleil manque un grand store ,et le soir pas d'éclairage suffissant c'est dommage car on vient pour être dehors...

Séjour inoubliable!

Séjour inoubliable en Guadeloupe, une ile de rêve. Situé face à la mer dans la meilleure position du complexe, l’appartement Mabouya est accueillant, doté de tous les conforts, très bien meublé et distant 50 mètres de Raisins Clairs, une des plus belles plages de l’ile. Veronika nous a accueilli avec grande gentillesse, elle nous a donné des infos touristiques précieuses sur les itinéraires possibles ainsi que beaucoup de conseils très utiles. Le réveil à l’aube sur la mer des caraïbes et les petits déjeuners pris dans le dehors externe de l’appartement - avec des fragrants croissants de la petite boulangerie à côté du village - ont représenté le leitmotiv de cette vacance. Fortement recommandé, nous y retournerons sûrement !

Séjour de rêve

Séjour parfait ! Maison au top très bien située, une vue sur la mer à couper le souffle, très propre, très bien équipée, lave vaisselle et machine à laver haut de gamme, linge de toilette et plage à disposition, jeux de plage pour les enfants...) Tout ce qu’il faut pour passer une semaine de rêve. Veronika est très sympathique et donne beaucoup d’info pour vous simplifier la vie tout au long du séjour (location de voiture top, lieu à visiter...). Merci pour les gâteaux et fruits offerts à notre arrivée. Accueil très chaleureux. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir !

Superbe appartement

Superbe appartement vue mer avec toutes les commodités requises et plus encore. Tout est pensé pour notre confort et on s'y sent bien. Véronika, l'intendante, est disponible et attentionnée. Location sécurisée avec accès à la plage des Raisins clairs via un petit sentier directement de la cour de l'appartement. L'appartement est très grand et bien divisé. Les chambres sur 2 étages permettent à chacun d'avoir son intimité. Les + -Cuisiner et dormir avec une vue mer et au son des vagues -Les multiples accessoires de cuisine ( tout y est ) -Accès à la plage -Cour arrière avec chaises longues -La cafetière Nespresso -La boulangerie à quelques pas ( miam ) -La superette tout à côté avec du vin et du Rhum... et tout pour dépanner -Les 2 piscines -Les 2 espaces de stationnements réservée -À quelques minutes en voiture du centre de St-François Les - -La plage des Raisins clairs est rocailleuse devant l'appartement, pas idéal pour la baignade -Le confort des divans, qui sont en fait des meubles de jardins, mais rien pour gâcher le plaisir de la vue... Ne passez pas à côté...

Fantastic apartment on the beach!

It was easy and painless to book the apartment. I was communicating with Veronika (the manager of the apartment) who sent us a package with information on what to do, car rentals in the area and restaurants that came very handy. We rented a car from one of rentals on the list and were happy with our choice as price for our car would be much higher if we rented at the airport. We arrived late in the evening and Veronika arranged to meet us, which was very warm and personal welcoming. She showed us the apartment that was nicely decorated, clean and well supplied with everything we might have needed for our stay and beyond. It was a lovely touch to bring us some bread and bananas and have some Nespresso coffee capsules for the next morning breakfast! She also made sure that we had a crib for our baby (and a little blanket in it ☺). The next morning we woke up to see that the apartment literary is on the beach! The view from the apartment is fantastic and you can walk out to the beach and swim in 1 min! There is a terrace with a table and chairs, and lounge chairs to enjoy the beach and the view from the apartment! The Crystal beach community where the apartment is located has two swimming pools that our children just loved. Also, the community complex feels very safe, where our children could run around. The residence is located a short ride to St. Francis center (about 5 min) where we enjoyed several very good restaurants (also from the suggested list). Also, the best bakery in town is located right outside of the community gate (best baguettes and Chaussons aux pommes ever (aka apple turnovers☺)!) To sum it up – we really enjoyed our stay in Mabouya Marine Crystal beach apartment and Veronika made everything possible to make us fee welcomed and helped us with all we needed! Thank you!!! PS: the owner sent us a welcome gift – a very cute tote-bag, that came very handy for fetching those baguettes in the morning. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect place in paradise!

We are super happy with the apartment! Just totally renovated with high standard, clean, nicely decorated with carefully selected interior and the kitchen equipped with all the accessories you would need. The access to the veranda and grass through the sliding glass door is just brilliant! We had almost every meal at home out there. And of course very nice to sit out there in the evening to watch the stars and hear the ocean. We can easily recommend this place to everyone! We never talked to the owner but the contact person on site, Veronika, was extremely helpful and nice to us. That impression we got about the owner as well via Veronika. We felt very welcome and got help immediately with the few minor things we needed. We also got nice tips what to do around Guadeloupe. Veronika was always there to help and answer questions. She responded quickly on email every time. Regarding the residence Chrystal Beach we are also very pleased. Very calm area with two pools and just by the beach. The best bakery as neighbour and also a nice beach restaurant, hair dresser and gym. The beach is just lovely, to swim or to have relaxing walks on in the sunset. The town Saint-François is calm and quiet with nice restaurants and an exciting fish market every morning. In this apartment we stayed 4 month and before that 1 month in a smaller one, 2 bedrooms, also at Chrystal Beach by the same owner and the same nice and good standard.
