Välkommen till semesterstugan i Downtown Farmhouse! Vårt nyligen ombyggda 1930-talets hem blandar perfekt gammaldags charm med moderna bekvämligheter och apparater. Det ursprungliga trägolvet, de ursprungliga fönstren och den gamla ladugårdsdörren ger karaktär till huset, men du kan ändå njuta av den moderna bekvämligheten med ett fullt uppdaterat kök, 32-tums plattskärms ROKU-TV och höghastighetsinternet. Detta hem har också central luftkonditionering, vilket är viktigt eftersom temperaturen i Cody ofta överstiger 90 grader på sommaren. De tre sovrum och två badrum hus innehåller en king size-säng, queen size-säng och två enkelsängar. Vi välkomnar också välskötta hundar och det finns en stor inhägnad gård samt två hundbäddar som får ditt husdjur att känna dig som hemma.

Den här egenskapen ligger i ett lugnt område precis utanför huvudgatan och har vackert landskapsarkitektur, ett picknickbord och grill i trädgården och mysig veranda som är perfekt för att njuta av en kopp kaffe och titta på hjorten gå förbi. Det finns parkering utanför gatan för två fordon, vilket kan vara särskilt användbart under de livliga sommarmånaderna. Eller lämna bilen bakom dig och gå bara ett kvarter till QT's Restaurant eller Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant eller sex kvarter till Buffalo Bills historiska Irma Hotel and Restaurant.

Cozy cottage- great location!

We had absolutely great time at the property that was so close to everything! We walked downtown, to the grocery store and even to Granny’s (great restaurant)! We loved our time in Cody!

Slippery shower/tub

We enjoyed our stay, the location was easy to walk to downtown and the accommodations were nice. Three things to be mindful of. Upstairs king bedroom has slanted ceilings that make getting out of bed without hitting your head difficult. Stairs are narrow, steep and with low ceilings. Lastly, the downstairs tub/shower is very slippery. It needs skid strips or rubber anti slip mat and hand rails.

Cody Family Reunion

We enjoyed our family reunion so much! It was fun to get to know cousins we’ve not seen in many many years. Stories from long ago and new friendships will always be in our hearts. The downtown farmhouse was so perfect for a relaxing environment—- clean, pretty, comfortable, — it was a great place!! We would highly recommend a stay here!

Very clean and nice home. The only real drawback is the upstairs bedroom with the king size bed requires some head ducking to maneuver around. Not something I would recommend if you are a tall individual.

Cody Downtown Farmhouse

This place was just darling!!!! We loved how they renovated this old home-simply beautiful. The yard was great for our dogs and the deer loved the front yard! Location was fabulous and the beds were so comfortable. Had everything we needed and more! Thank you for putting so much love into this sweet home and for sharing.

Home away from home

It was a cute farmhouse in a quiet neighborhood. It had all anyone would need to cook and most things you may forget. All newly updated! The beds were so comfortable! Conveniently located to most attractions. Would stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Thanks for giving us such a cozy home away from home!

An okay stay

Overall it was an okay week long stay for the price we paid. The property has a lot of quirks- my husband is 6’3” and had a hard time reaching the microwave, yet everyone kept hitting their heads on the ceilings upstairs. None of the bathroom doors are actual doors they’re just sliding doors with a latch so there’s not much privacy. We were given vague/incorrect check in instructions before we arrived and had to figure out how to get in after an 18 hour travel day, in the dark and in the rain. When I messaged the host saying we couldn’t get in I received an automated response that I was reaching out during non business hours yet no one responded the next day (or ever) during business hours. But they were sure to contact us morning of check out to make sure we were leaving on time and cleaning before we left. We learned staying at property’s managed by a company just isn’t the same as someone who owns and actual cares about the property managing it. Our other family in town for our wedding had a better experience at their rental and arrived to a complimentary charcuterie board so at least sometimes you might get treated better by this management company just not us this time. I think we would have enjoyed our stay more if it hadn’t started on such a bad note.

Cody Farmhouse/Bungalow

Really cute and comfortable rental. Comfortable beds, everything you need, and a great location for visiting places like Yellowstone, Buffalo Bill Museum, Heart Mountain, etc. Cody is a cute town with good shopping and restaurants, including the Irma Hotel/ Restaurant. Restoration on the house was well thought out and includes a pretty side yard with gardens. Very nice place to stay.

Gorgeous Farmhouse

My family and I quite enjoyed our stay in Cody! The house was immaculate and had all the amenities we could possibly need for a week's stay. We found so much to do right in town and highly recommend the high-energy Cody Rodeo! The property management team was very easy to reach and helpful during our stay. We would definitely come back again!

Long weekend stay in Cody

The location and house was exactly as explained and worked great for us-very comfortable and homey. Very clean, nicely decorated and very flexible management. We were able to check in a bit early and out a bit late due to travel arrangements so was very appreciative! The only minor issue and is more ours than the property, is the ceiling to go upstairs and the bedrooms are rather low and we are a very tall family (shortest is 6'), so had to pay extra attention so no one hit their head! Most people likely won't have this issue but worth mentioning for other tall fams!

Great location! Perfect for our family

We are a family of 6 and this house was a perfect size for our vacation. We loved the location and walked downtown often. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. We loved having the yard and even enjoyed some lunches at the picnic table. Staff was attentive and was great to work with and when the AC froze up (Cody was experiencing a heat wave) they quickly brought a window unit to help cool the house down. I will warn people that the house has a piano and my 6 and 3 year old we’re heavily tempted by it. We had to set some major ground rules. Not all music is beautiful;) We loved our stay and we would highly recommend this house to others visiting Cody!

A fantastic home away from home!

This was our first time staying in a home rental, and we couldn't be more pleased. We absolutely loved the home we rented. Its location, cleanliness, and welcoming decor were great. An added bonus was how well stocked the house was with everything needed for day-to-day living. We'd assumed we'd have to buy things like coffee, filters, plastic wrap, clothes soap, etc,... but this place came with everything! We didn't use it, but I could see the Instapot being a big hit with guests, too. Thank you to the owners and management company for making our trip top notch. We look forward to returning sometime soon.

Great super clean home!

We stayed at the downtown farmhouse in Cody Wy. What a marvelous play to stay! It was super clean and so cute. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and just overall wonderful. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Very homey feeling. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for keeping your home away from home a place to be. Loved the farmhouse feel.

Pleasant Home Away From Home

This older home has been wonderfully renovated. It was very clean and the decor is very welcoming. The location is great as it's a short distance to Sheridan St. The large, fenced backyard was great for our dogs.
