Amazing Uthyrning: Vi renoverade nyligen hela vår enhet. Den har importerat italienska granit bänkskivor i köket och bad, körsbär skåp, massiva trädörrar och trim och avancerade utrustningar kvalitet och fixturer. Det är takvåning lyx på ett vanligt hotell pris!

Hotellinredning: Vi erbjuder gratis tidig incheckning och / eller sen utcheckning om det behövs, förutsatt att det inte är en Back to Back HYRA. Dessutom har Imperial Hotel (där vår enhet ligger) en ägare lounge en våning under oss vilket är bra för de med sent flyg ut. Du är välkommen att stanna där på din kolla dag tills du åker till flygplatsen. Det finns en storbilds-TV och biljardbord i vardagsrummet. Om du vill gå till stranden på dagen för utcheckning, kan du ta ditt bagage till receptionen sättas i ett låst rum och dusch i ägarens lounge innan du åker till flygplatsen.

Absolutely breathtaking views from the large balcony. Condo was as described, beautiful. Great location, very walkable. Requested a later checkout, property manager very responsive. Staff at the Imperial very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Would Stay Again!

This is a great location for relaxing and exploring that’s close to everything. Fully equipped with anything you might need or want. We even cooked a few times. I would stay here again!

Return trip amazing

This was our second time in this exact suite, and we loved it again. Less than 5 minutes to a glorious beach that was not crowded. Lots of great places to eat!

Great location and access

Very flexible in checking in and out. In the center of Waikiki, short walk to the beach and many fine restaurants. We stayed a week before our cruise and enjoyed the place

Honolulu Vacation

Great experience with Cindy leading up to my stay, all needed details were provided well in advance, check-in once I arrived was very easy. The property is quiet, a 2-min walk to the beach and very close to restaurants & shops. Fantastic location, great unit!

Penthouse

Unit was clean and had many amenities. The owners even stocked the unit with appliances and things like aluminum foil to make meal prep easier. Great location…easy walk to beach and shops!

Very nice find close to the beach with huge Lanai view

Very nice well stocked vacation rental with good restaurants nearby. Stayed 7 nights - very comfortable bed. Great kitchen and ABC store with deli in the lobby. Nice personal pool entrance to the huge Lanai. Just remember to bring your door key to the pool with you. The Catamaran sunset cruise was perfect. Mai Tais in the owners lounge was a nice extra perk. Short walking distance to so many things. We rented a car two individual days to see the rest of the island and returned it each night with a key drop off avoiding any overnight parking charge. Very convenient. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Thanks Cindy!

Unit was clean and had nice furnishings. Pictures were accurate. Property manager was lovely to work with and very responsive. We’re very glad to have found this nice penthouse in the heart of Waikiki!

Ideal Waikiki location with all the amenities

We stayed 11 days in what I would consider an ideal safe location to walk, shop, and dine. We were able to walk everywhere locally and did. We walked and dined at the Halekulani, Dukes at the Outrigger, had the best Mai tai’s at the Mai Tai Bar at the Royal Hawaiian and had Happy Hour at Ruth’s Chris Restaurant right across the street and also walked to the Hilton Hawaiian Hotel for an early dinner.

Everything you need

Great location, this apartment was clean, accommodating, spacious and quiet. We would stay here again. Hotel charges an additional $10 per night for self service amenities and use of facilities, which is very reasonable. $100 weekly rate for valet parking is also incredibly cheap in Waikiki.

Great Rental

This rental was a gem. It was reasonably priced in a great location. Penthouse suite with great views of the ocean. The bed was comfortable and suite was nicely decorated. The manager Cindy was very receptive and friendly. She offered early checkin and late check out for free. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Anniversary stay

We loved our stay at this beautful updated condo. The staff at the Imperial were all very nice. We had great ocean views from our balcony as well as private entrance to pool. The rooftop lounge right next to our condo was open on Friday nights for sunsets and fireworks and the drinks and views were amazing. You really don't need a car everything is in walking distance restaurants, shopping, beaches. The condo also had beach chairs umbrellas boogie boards for the beach. We did rent a car for one day from the sheraton next door to take a drive around the island. Thank you Cindy, we would love to stay here again.

Can't go wrong here!!

Thanks again Cindy for providing us with a wonder stay and a seamless booking process. If this unit ever comes up for sale we wanna be 1st in line......absolutely love this place! We really enjoy the benefits of the owners lounge especially on a friday night when the fireworks show is on....what a view!! Since our last visit we like the renovations the hotel has done and couldn't fault the staff....very friendly and helpful......I think it's called the Aloha spirit! We'll be in touch when we get the chance to return to paradise!!

Excellent Penthouse and Location

My wife and I LOVED this property for our Honeymoon! We had been to Waikiki, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii before and this property was beautiful and the location was spectacular! This well appointed property with a huge ocean view lanai and private access to the rooftop pool is a MUST rent for anyone looking to spend time in Waikiki. Clean, quiet, good value. Bottom Line: If you are even considering renting this property, RENT IT! You will NOT be disappointed! Furthermore, you will be hard pressed to find a property with this space, view, furnishings and locations for the same value!

We purchased the penthouse in 2006 and quickly went to work gutting and refurbishing it from top to bottom. We carefully made it to our tastes, as our home away from home and hope you will feel the same way. We come stay here ourselves a few times a year and continue to perform upgrades as needed as well as cleaning and maintenance, above and beyond that which the hotel provides.
We have just had to raise our rate a little for the second time in the 15 years we have been sharing it with others. We hope you will understand and appreciate that this unit is still a great value. Just read our reviews and you will see! We are still able to provide an appreciative discount to our return renters at this time.

You are right on the beach/ocean end of the Beach Walk with so much at your fingertips. This is a beautiful unit at a great price with views of the ocean by day and city lights by night. The hotel is newly renovated.
