Välkommen till Franklins Tower, en ny byggnadsklyfta på Kitty Hawk Preserve. Detta är ett mycket privat 2 sovrum, ett badrum pensionat ligger i Kitty Hawk, NC. Oavsett om du gillar att ligga på stranden, otsport, fågelskådning, träning eller naturens ljud kan du ha allt här utan att känna att du är i ett turistmål. VIKTIG Anmärkning till mina gäster: Detta hem är utformat som gäststuga. Boytan är 700 kvadratmeter med ytterligare 300 kvadratmeter privat däckutrymme. Det känns inte litet på grund av högt i tak och layout, men kanske inte tillräckligt stort för familjer med flera barn. Great Get away

My husband and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at this secluded rental. When we arrived, there was a bottle of wine and a nice note from the host. The rental was extremely clean, and there were many amenities.

PERFECT OBX rental

Communication with host Dave was incredible. Home was gorgeous, clean and very private. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck nestled in the trees, bike riding on a very nearby path & just the quietness of this 2 BR/1Bath house. We never have stayed in a more well stocked VRBO; there was nothing we couldn't find lol. Our hosts made our welcome very special & personal, offered suggestions to local restaurants & shopping when needed. We enjoyed every minute & even relished the only 1 day of rain; allowing us to turn on the fireplace lights & relax. Thank you Dave & Sheli (we'll meet you next time) and Philliy See you next year!

Everything we needed and more

This property was the perfect size for what we needed. It was very clean, and it had everything I could possibly think of, down to the pump to put air in the bicycle tires, when we wanted to go for a ride. Also, I needed some bug spray and sunscreen, but again, that was also provided. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a two bedroom with everything, in a very quiet location.

We are 3 ladies who have known each other over 30 years from meeting while our spouses were in the military. We try and do an annual girls trip and this place did not disappoint! Don’t pass up an opportunity to relax and enjoy Franklin’s Tower. Oh and our host Dave was pretty amazing too!

Spectacular Treehouse Getaway

We absolutely LOVED Franklin’s Tower! We called it our OBX treehouse! Our hosts provided everything you could possibly think of for an outstanding experience of hospitality! This contemporary 2 bedroom suite was spotlessly clean, convenient to beaches, restaurants, bike paths, shopping and entertainment! Our favorite feature was the spectacular deck with a gas fireplace and dining area. We had coffee each morning with blooming hibiscus and hummingbirds while looking right into the natural charm of surrounding trees! Thank you Dave and Sheli! The charm of our spectacular getaway filled our memory bank with joy!

Amazing retreat

Franklins Tower was amazing. The hosts were extremely caring and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It felt like home. The deck outside was so peaceful, relaxing and comfortable as you felt like you were in a nature retreat. We saw hummingbirds, squirrels, and a baby frog visited us nightly. We had a great time and would love to visit again. Thanks.

Fantastic!

Lovely home with awesome owners! Had a death in the non immediate family and they offered to let me stay an extra night bc we couldn’t come on the original day. They refunded me for the night and was completely with in their rights to not do so! They went above and beyond to make my stay perfect! Highly recommend this home and will be staying here again

Mini vacay!

Very nice getaway on this private property. My family really enjoyed the back deck. Very peaceful, watching the hummingbirds and little tree frogs. The beach was close within driving distance. An added bonus was that the property owners had the house fully stocked. They provided beach chairs and a tent (however- this was broken when we got it out but we made it work for our beach day). The owners through in some wine and chocolates. Overall- great experience and just enough space for our family of 4.

Very nice property that is partially secluded. Very quiet area with a short 5 minute drive to beaches. Property is well maintained and very clean. Has all of the amenities you want for a beach house. Owner was responsive and friendly. 5 thumbs up!! Loved the outdoor shower. Check it out!

Quiet and convenient

Super welcoming. Pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen was. Unfortunately the weather was anything but beach weather but the stay was comfortable and secluded.
