"Sehr Aussergwohnlich"

Eine sehr charaktervolle, liebenswürdige und einmalige Bleibe! Der einzige Wermutstropfen: Die Matratzen bzw. Schlafgelegenheiten alleine würden die 5 Sterne nicht erreichen. Die könnte man bei Gelegenheit mal durch neuere ersetzen.

Perfect little hideaway in a great location

Great location, tucked away, but walkable to tons of stuff, including the boat taxi that takes you to all the landmarks.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed the unique loft accommodation. It was close to all the sites and shopping in Paris with privacy. The courtyard was great providing security. Everything we wanted was within walking distance I couldn’t have asked for more. Louis was extremely helpful showing us the Local amenities and making useful recommendations. Checkout process was simple. I would recommend this to anyone wanting necessities of home. It maybe difficult for older travellers with mobility issues due to the walk up access.

Stayed here with my 2 teenaged daughters. Charming and attractive apartment. Arthur gave us a great quick tour of the neighborhood that really helped us get oriented. Really lovely.

Perfect start to vacation in France

This property was a sweet little find in a lovely, quiet location in Paris. There was very easy access to the metro, so our arrival from the airport was a short train line on the RER line then a quick transfer to the metro followed by a 5 minute walk to the apartment. The space is exactly as advertised, except I cannot stress enough that the courtyard space for this building gives this apartment a sense of privacy and quiet that I have never experienced in Paris before. The space is very well equipped, but school yourself on making italian-style coffee on the stove top if you want coffee in the morning. The bathroom was spacious for such a small apartment, and the pictures don't really do it justice. The shower was FANTASTIC, and we needed it because we were there during the intense heat wave at the end of June. There was no AC, which is not unusual in France, but there were three fans and closing/shuttering the apartment during the day while we were out and then returning to open everything up and turn on the fans kept the space pleasantly bearable during an incredibly warm couple of days. I would ABSOLUTELY try and get this apartment again when I return to Paris with my husband, but may not because he is likely a little too tall (6'2") to be comfortable in the loft space. For me and my travel partner this time around it was perfect!

Great location!

Within easy walking distance with luggage from the Bastille metro station. Great location. Perfect, cozy loft for 2-3 people. Don’t forget to make reservations for the very popular cafe across the street!

Perfect spot to stay in Paris!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Louis was a wonderful host, helping us check in and sharing information about the area. The flat is cozy. We enjoyed listening to music when we fixed dinner and planned for our next day's adventure. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice bathroom and shower!

Perfect apartment in the Le Marais

Location of this apartment was fabulous. Close to Les Voges park and in the heart of Le Marais but in a very quiet street and building. One block from Metro and restaurants all around. The interior was very authentic with a homey and Parisian feel. The apartment was perfectly clean and had every thing we needed. Including French music!! Although the bed space was small, as is shown on photos the feel of the apartment was great. Loved every minute spent in this apartment and will surely rent it again when and if we return. The host, Louis Blanchard, was very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was on time and very easy.. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Schönes Appartement in guter Lage

Netter Gastgeber. Sehr angenehme Lage. Wir haben an Einrichtung/Ausstattung nichts vermisst. Check-in und check-out flexibel, sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben über Parclick (ebenfalls unkompliziert) für eine Woche einen Platz im Parkhaus in der Rue de St. Antoine gebucht (5 min zu Fuß zum Appartement).
