Great Place

This home was a great place to stay for my group. It’s in a great location of Aransas Pass, and if you want to go to the beach in Port Aransas, it close enough to the ferry to come and go. The house had plenty of room and worked well for a group of 7 adults.

Spacious & Comfy with all necessities!

Home was clean, comfortable and close to everything. This host had just about everything you would need to feel at home away from home. Our favorite part was the open kitchen with the family size pots. We were 10 plus so made cooking a breeze. Would book again in the future.

Great Place to stay

It was a really homie and spacious. Really enjoyed the way the home is designed, very unique. Quiet neighborhood. Had plenty of nice little perks. All in all for the age of the home it's really cozy. We really enjoyed it and so did the kids.

Comfy crash pad

We were more than comfortable staying here. We had 4 adults and 5 children ages 4-9. It was nice finding boogie boards in the closet, the kids loved them. We had plenty of utensils to cook with. Plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. If we find ourselves back in the area and the house is available we will stay again. Thank you!

Nice stay

Cute old house at a great price. It had everything that we needed and the inside of the house was nice and clean. The yard could have been mowed but with that being the only complaint, we had a great time.

Oct beach trip

Nice property, in good location. Well stocked kitchen. The layout of the kitchen/ dining/ family room is perfect, because everyone can be hanging out together. If you stay here, be sure to take your own bath towels and washcloths!

Family Vacation to Port A

This is home away from home little house that is close to everything you might want to see , it is a nice quiet neighborhood , neighbors were very friendly , this is a place that gives you the feeling of being home , a place that my family will definitely stay at again .

Great stay

I will definitely be staying here again, plenty of parking for a boat and very close to the boat ramp, great place to stay for a fishing party. The owner was very accommodating to all our needs.

I'm originally from San Antonio but have always loved going down to Port Aransas beach with my family.

Varför värden valde detta boende

My father who shared this same love for this same beach bought this house in 2011 in Aransas Pass in order to go to Port Aransas beach frequently and not have to pay the high rental costs on the island. My father passed away in 2013 and left the house to me.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Since then I've made several upgrades including new flooring and putting in a new bathroom. I have also recently put up TV's in each bedroom and equipped the home with wifi.
