Uppdaterad i början av 2019 och professionellt inredda, är denna hyra perfekt för ett bröllop, vinprovning eller familjeåterförening vid sjön. Denna hyra är perfekt beläget nerför backen från Bristol Harbor, och 15 minuter till centrala Canandaigua och Bristol Mountain Ski Resort. Detta är en anmärkningsvärd sjöfastighet med massor av charm och karaktär.

Detta hem funktioner (4) sovrum och (4) hela och (2) halv badrum, sover (10) bekvämt med drottning bunks i nedre planen, sover (14) i sin helhet.

Insidan av Lodge har alla knutna talltak och väggar. Massor av fönster ger en ljus och luftig känsla. Fastigheten är belägen i skogen och ger vacker utsikt över sjön i paritet med skogen.

På första våningen finns kockkök med Vikingskök och ugn. En matsal erbjuder en stor modern bondgård bord för formella matsal och hangout område. Ansluten till köket är ett familjerum med en SMART TV, kabel och WIFI och en sol veranda som leder till ett utomhus underhållande område. På huvudnivån har vi ett sovrum, båtrummet. Detta rum har ett fristående badrum direkt intill det.

Den andra våningen funktioner (3) ytterligare sovrum alla med eget badrum. Varje sovrum har en inbyggd garderob med mycket utrymme för kläder och bagage eller porta-crib vid behov.

Den lägre nivån på Birch Lodge har ett annat mysigt uthängningsområde, komplett med soffa, Smart TV, bondgårdssängbord, bordtennisbord, drottning våningssängar och halv badrum. Den här nivån går ut på uteplatsen där du kan hitta ett vackert gräsområde för gräsmatcher och lounging.

En kort promenad ner till vattnet, har 100 meter sjön front utrustad med ett fullt båthus. Båthuset har stränglampor, ett halvt badrum och förvaring för vattensporter. Medan vi inte tillåter våra gäster att använda Pontoon båten parkerad i vår glid, finns det plats för dig att docka din båt medan du bor på Lodge. Det finns en Sun Fish segelbåt också tillgänglig för användning och andra leksaker som inte spelar vatten.

Gorgeous Lake Home

Our large family loved our stay at Birch Lodge. The home was so welcoming. We especially loved the lakeside area and the yard games. So many fun things to do! The kitchen is so well-stocked, and each living space beautifully designed. It seems there was nothing the hosts didn't think of!

Wonderful Time

Thank you for remembering our 50th anniversary. Your lodge was impressive. All of our family had a great time. It was easy to get to the PGA Tournament and back again. You have the lodge set up beautifully, both of our son cook, and could not have been more pleased with the kitchen. The grand kids enjoyed the lake and made use of the kayak and paddle boards. We had a wonderful time at the lake.

Property was wonderful. Beautiful setting Top end cooking supplies Lots of games/toys Super kid (and adult) friendly Spacious Wonderfully appointed furniture Well stocked amenities (towels, blankets etc) Refrigerator and music at boat house. Will probably return.

Amazing in Every Way!

WOW! This property is absolutely amazing! Stayed from Saturday to Saturday and wished we did not have to leave! The house is incredibly comfortable with so many different areas to relax and have some peace and quiet if you wanted. There was 10 of us in the house and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Meg was more than helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our group. I brought my brand new sailboat with me and meg was concerned about how much wake there would be on the dock from all the boat traffic, so she just went ahead and had a mooring ball dropped in the water just for me! Top notch move that made me feel very comfortable keeping my boat there. Anything we needed was already in the house

Your Search For a Canandaigua Lake House Is Over

Our group of 10 stayed here for a week in June 2023. To say that we loved it would be an understatement. This house is better than it appears in the photos. The host Meg is amazing and goes out of her way to give you a resort like feeling at a lake house - welcome gift bag and tons of extra touches everywhere. We loved both of the firepits, the outdoor seating with fantastic views and the yard games.The only drawback is that it is a steep walk to the water. It's not a long walk but it's steep and not elderly friendly. Other than that everything is absolutely perfect at this house. When we come back to Canandaigua, we won't even look at other houses. Thank you Meg for a fantastic vacation!

Loved it

Birch Lodge is truly lovely. A spacious house with a gorgeous view of the lake, a very well-stocked kitchen, nicely appointed rooms, and even a fun selection of toys for the little ones. The host was quick to communicate with a few simple questions, none of which involved any problem with the house. Would come back again if we’re ever lucky enough to be in this picturesque location.

Great Family Property

We were a group of 8 adults, 4 kids ages 6 to 10, and one infant, celebrating our parents’ 70th birthdays this year. This was a wonderful family property- we spent the majority of the week at the waterfront, enjoying swimming in the very clear water, stand up paddle boards, kayaks, floats and fishing. We enjoyed some day trips: hiking at Watkins Glen state park, Ropes course at Bristol Mountain Aerial adventures, exploring the gardens at Sonnenburg Mansion, blueberry and sunflower picking at a nearby farm. The area is beautiful, rural and mostly agricultural. The house is well stocked. We cooked all dinners in and found all the tools we needed. The dining room and outdoor patio were both large enough to seat our party of 13. All of the bedrooms (even the basement bunk room) were comfortable and set away enough from the living areas to allow for early bedtimes or sleeping in late if desired. There are 2 washers, 2 dryers, and 2 fridges- so convenient with a large group! Don’t hesitate to rent this property!

Nothing missed

Our week here was nothing short of amazing. This rental and experience with Meg is a poster child for what a VRBO experience should be. The house has everything…. Everything that a family would need. Items we’ve packed before for rentals weren’t needed here. The house itself is beautiful and every room has something to offer. Lake access is like walking into a pool. We will be back!

A perfect place to stay

The property was very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very quick to respond to our questions. We had 4 generations, accommodating provisions for all, even baby gates and a monitor! We had a wonderful week. Thank you!

Another Great Week

Such a nice escape from the city and another great week relaxing again at birch lodge! Couldn’t have asked for a better time at the lake and will cherish the memories paddle boarding & kayaking with friends almost every morning. Love the addition of new fire pit so much that we ate every dinner outside around it! Already looking forward to next summer at birch lodge.

Beautiful house with all the amenities

Birch Lodge is an absolutely lovely place. The amenities, from the plush, soft towels to the top notch appliances were superb. I find that I value reviews most when they mention the negatives of a property, so I will mention two negatives, noting that my overall rating of Birch Lodge is excellent. The walk down to the lake is steep and would be a challenge for the elderly, the very young and anyone infirm. There are some stone steps in the house which were difficult to manage for a family member who has knee problems, not to mention an active 20 month old boy. Having said that, this property has everything you could want in a vacation home; nothing is missing. The view is spectacular, the amenities abundant and the location great.

Family Reunion

Birch Lodge was perfect for our family reunion as we had my 3 sisters and their husbands, my brother & his wife, my wife & me, and my sister-in-law. Three bedrooms had bathrooms ensuite and a 4th bedroom had a full bathroom immediately adjacent. There was also a half-bath so there was great accessibility for showers, etc. Birch Lodge is a beautiful complex with a great view of the Canandaigua Lake.

Family Vacation

We had a fantastic week at Birch Lodge. When we arrived we were greeted with a fantastic welcome package including supplies for s’mores and even a birch lodge onesie for our littlest family member! The lodge was tastefully decorated, updated, and very clean. It was well equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing and fun week at the lake. Lots of toys and supplies for kids in our group as well. The kids loved swimming in the lake and especially enjoyed the floating raft. This was the perfect spot for our large family to be together while also having plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend!

Spectacular Lake House

Incredible house 20 minutes from town. House was very well stocked with everything we needed. Very clean and plenty of space for 7 adults and 3 children. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house and definitely will rent again.

Lakeside Retreat Of Your Dreams

The home is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. It has all the amenities you could ever want or need. Paddleboards, sunfish sailboat, firepit, lawn games, bathrobes, fireplace, a kitchen that has everything you might need to prepare a gourmet meal and so much more. Amazing spot to get away from everything and spend quality time with family and friends. Great spot to watch the sunrise from the house or boat dock. One of our best vacations ever. Birch Lodge exceeded our expectations.

The perfect lake house getaway!/

Birchlodge is exactly what we pictured for our family getaway to the finger lakes. The location and views were ideal. The house was beautifully decorated and stocked. The layout was cozy but spacious . We could not have dreamed of a better house to house our 10 guest s. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
